Massaman curry (but we ordered it with ingredients from the green curry)

Located just off of Main St. in downtown Huntington, Long Island, Thai USA is a charming family owned Thai restaurant. The food is pretty decent. We really loved the PAD THAI WITH SHRIMP which was 5/5 - the noodles are springy and the sweet-savory balance was just right. I requested my SEAFOOD RED CURRY to be extra spicy and they obliged. My husband's MASSAMAN CURRY was good too, mild and sweet. Though the bowls of rice that came with our curries are rather small, and we ordered more to soak up all the soupy goodness. The BEEF & BROCCOLI (actually the Thai version of it, beef stir fried in oyster sauce, NUA NAM MUN HOY), isn't something I would normally order, but only got it for my toddler because it's one of few vegetables he'll eat, was a bit too salty (plus I prefer a more dry-sauté texture). And the seasoning on the BLACKENED TUNA appetizer was heavy on Old Bay which IMO doesn't really go with seared tuna. My MOJITO was nice and strong. The staff are very nice and accommodating, so I'm bumping my rating from 3.5 to 4.

Stopped in for dinner on a rainy evening. Our server was great and our food came out quickly. I had a spicy vegetable curry with tofu and it was delicious. The portion size was decent. My boyfriend ordered a noodle dish that he really enjoyed but it came out too spicy for him so make sure to specify the heat level. Overall very good and will be back.

Nice Thai restaurant with lovely decorations. We came for dinner. The server was nice and helpful. We ordered stir fry Bok choy, Gang gai, crab wonton, fried rice with chicken, chicken satay, drunken noodles, fried small beignets and pumpkin pie.

Food was extremely tasty and fresh. I got the lunch Basil Chicken. It was amazing. It came with vegetable soup. It was so fresh and seasoned to perfection. I will be going back. Already advised my friends we must go!

I'm giving 3 stars instead of 2 stars because the girls who work here were genuinely worried that I wasn't picking up my to go order after 45 minutes. I called back and asked if they deliver since it's so cold here and I was lagging leaving my warm house. Food is extremely mediocre and not because I was late to pick up my order. Tom yum soup was ridiculously HOT and not good at all. This is our true test of a good Thai restaurant Pad Thai with shrimp wasn't bad hence the 3 Mee krob was crispy and probably the stand out tonight Chicken sate is a solid C. Peanut sauce was better than the scrawny chicken sticks Total $70 plus cash tip for take out

I ordered Pad See Ew, which arrived in a sealed Staples shopping bag and was packaged in a standard black plastic takeout container with a clear lid. Everything seemed normal until I was about 95% finished with my meal. Out of nowhere, I bit down on something sharp. When I spit it out, I was shocked to discover that it was a piece of glass. As a result, my mouth was bleeding in two different places. Finding a chicken bone or a piece of cartilage in a meal is one thing, but finding GLASS is completely unacceptable and presents a serious safety hazard. What was almost as upsetting as the glass itself was the restaurant's response. I immediately called and asked to speak with a manager. After explaining what had happened, the reaction was surprisingly indifferent. I received little more than a casual "Sorry to hear that" and an offer of a refund. There was no apparent concern for my well-being, no effort to investigate how glass ended up in the food, and no sense of urgency regarding the seriousness of the situation. A refund does not erase the fact that I was injured while eating food prepared by this restaurant. Customer safety should be a top priority, and the lack of concern shown after such a dangerous incident was mind-blowing. I cannot recommend a restaurant that serves food containing glass and then responds with such a lack of concern when a customer is injured. Proceed with caution.

I really liked how most of the menu has pictures of the items so you know what you're ordering. I ordered the Spring Rolls (2 pieces) and Pad See Ew with Shrimp (came with 4 pieces of shrimp). Everything was delicious, flavorful and freshly made. I also ordered the Thai Iced Tea which came in this cute ball shaped glass and was delicious. Our server was very nice and patient with us. The decor inside the restaurant was very cute and there was plenty of natural light coming in. There was limited seating inside as it's not very big but there was also some seating outside. My friend was also very happy with her food, especially her Tom Yum soup. I would definitely return to try other menu items!

Wish it had a few more pineapple chunks as my bestie and I shared the bowl. The servers are excellent especially if you have any allergies. I can't eat shellfish and they'll thoroughly check before placing your order. Their Thai iced tea is really tasty and comes in cute cups. They're easy to "down," so pace yourself in order to enjoy it with your meal. They have a small bar area that fills up fast when tables are occupied. The roll that has shrimp tempura didn't have any ends/tails on it and tasted like it it could've been cooked days/weeks ago, tasted like the inside of a fridge. Everything was extremely fishy and old. I called up to let the Owner know, but he didn't seem to care or worry about the food safety. Do not recommend. Edit to respond to owner: I want to note that the tone of your response here is very different from how the conversation went on the phone. It feels like you're trying to present things more carefully now, which was not my experience during our call. After speaking with you on the phone, I did not feel that my concerns about the fish were taken seriously. I eat sushi 2-3 times a week, and I have never encountered fish with that kind of taste before. Additionally, the shrimp tempura did not seem fresh - it was soggy and had an off taste, almost like it had been sitting in a refrigerator. When food is bad enough that someone has to spit it out, that's a clear sign it isn't fresh.

I ordered the chicken pad see ew, beef red curry, chicken satay, and basil chicken. Tried to hit every meat group. Next time gotta try the fish The Chicken Pad See Ew was a standout. Wide rice noodles with that perfect chewy texture and beautiful wok hei char. The savory-sweet soy-based sauce coated everything perfectly, and the mix of tender chicken and juicy pieces made it incredibly satisfying. The Beef Red Curry was rich and aromatic with a luscious coconut milk base. The red curry paste had great depth. There was layers of lemongrass, galangal, and spices. The beef was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the bamboo shoots, bell peppers, and Thai basil were fresh and plentiful. I loved how it had a nice kick that built up without overpowering the dish. The Chicken Satay came out perfectly grilled with beautiful char marks. The chicken was juicy and marinated well, and the peanut sauce on the side was creamy, nutty, and addictive. Finally, the Basil Chicken delivered that classic Thai street-food flavor. Plenty of fragrant holy basil, lots of garlic, and just the right amount of chili heat. The chicken was tender with great texture, and it paired amazingly with jasmine rice. Everything arrived hot, fresh, and beautifully presented. The portions were very generous too -- we had plenty of leftovers for the next day. As my son would say "10 out of 10!" but since we are on yelp, we'll have to settle with a 5. I ordered the vegetable fried rice and it was pretty good just a little dry. But they do have a lot of vegetables in there. I also ordered the wings and rice combo. But still enough to gain a grasp of what this place entails. I was leaning towards 3.3/3.4 so I rounded down to 3 stars so they understand how to change things up. I got the pulled pork egg roll. The first bite was great. Not nearly enough pulled pork in it, so I'd skip this. It came with a teriyaki sauce which was great. I built my own box with beef, shrimp, egg noodles, shiitake mushrooms and jalapeños. I added their 2 spiciest sauces. 1: the spice wasn't too spicy until I added my own sriracha and scorpion Tabasco. 2: the portion size was OK. Mind you I spent $30 on this DoorDash order for 2 things. Price isn't worth what you're getting. Some of the beef was extremely tender and delicious, some pieces were chewy. Adding the shrimp was ehhh, I guess okay. Baby shrimp, maybe like 4-5 pieces? Coulda been cooked better, noodles were great and their sauces gave it a lot of flavor. Not nearly enough mushrooms or jalapeños. I'd like to see more of the regular items on DoorDash. But tbh, for the price? I can go to the Chinese joint across the street from my house and get beef and shrimp lo mein for $10 lol. Nothing to rave home about, all bark no bite. More of a gimmick spot. I will say the service when I called was friendly. I spoke to a dude named gio, I asked him for extra portions due to my first time trying, he said "all portions are standard and pretty big" turns out the meat portion was a lie lol but it's cool. Idk if I'll try it again, certainly not for the price through DOORDASH at least. But I hope they take the feedback they're getting and vastly improve. Deff has potential, but they just try and promote that they got into Citifield as a food vendor, and took that success and ran with it. Real foodies will know once they try the spot. I think I'll have to go here in person and try it out fresh and then give it a fair review. Once again this review is based off a DoorDash order.
