My haircutter recommended the Singapore Chow Mei Fun. The Chow Mei Fun to meat ratio was not their. every bite meat shrimp or pork was just missing. It was good but put some meat and shrimp $15. I ordered their large spare ribs they were the bomb Jucy Lucy omg sooo good moist and meaty in every bite.i had 4 as as I got them. I Mr Mike Ed them for a minute a they were tough. So heat them in Mr Mike for 30 seconds or toaster oven for 4 min. So good . I think I might eat that for myself. Sorry son. read more

Food was disgusting and chicken seemed raw ... I got a stomach ache right after eating it I actually threw all the food out I want a refund . read more

We have been using Jacky Kitchen Delivery for more than 20 years. The food and service have been excellent. Tonight we learned that they now do delivery through Door Dash. That means delivery fees. I told them we would no longer be able to patronize them due to this change. We all know how food costs are going up. To have to pay for delivery in additiom at this time is not feasib read more

Food was ok. Ordered chicken wings, egg roll, pork fried rice and bourbon chicken. I made the mistake thinking the bourbon chicken would taste similar to the chicken at the mall but wasn't even close. It's made with dark meat and has a hint of sweetness to it. It wasn't bad but I didn't enjoy it very much. Pork fried rice was flavorless. Chicken wings and egg roll were good. Overall, It's decent Chinese food nothing spectacular. read more

Food is great as always. I used to live in this area but make sure to come here everytime I visit friends or family in the area. Nothing in the city compares read more

Tried them out being that its within walking distance from my place and I have to say im a little bit disappointed. Regardless of it being just Chinese take-out. The food though looked appetizing was just so bland. Very low on the flavor profile. The service was good and the staff was friendly. Maybe I will update this in the future but for now it just wasnt for me read more

I love this place so much. The fact that it's been open for like 25 years (at least) tells you everything you need to know. The food is delicious and consistent and fairly priced. It's a family owned restaurant and they have had the same people there for years. My go to Chinese place. read more

Everything is great. Sevice, attitude and most importantly the food. Love ordering takeout from here. Always been my first choice since moving out from NYC. read more

Food is always great. Staff is friendly and their new interactive online menu is amazing.

Food is good. Service is also acceptable. I come back every now and then because I enjoy their steamed chicken and string beans.

I ordered from here for 4 of us this past Sunday, August 13, 2023. We have been ordering Chinese Food from this location for as long as I can remember (over 15 years) This last time will be the last time I order from here ever. The food was not good at all. Everything that they used to make that was delicious, was absolutely awful. Their Hot & Sour Soup is NOTHING like it used to be. It wasn't good at all (it used to be the best) Their General Tao's Shrimp was terrible. Again, this was my favorite dish from any Chinese Food Restaurant on Long Island and now it is uneatable. It is such an absolute shame that this once very, very good restaurant is just not good anymore. Nothing we got there was worth ever ordering again. Such a shame. We were absolutely disappointed. read more

I have been a customer of Jackie's kitchen, since their son Jacky was a baby. He's now Thirty ! I've had good food ! They are like the Post office, will deliver within their time frame, rain, sleet or snow ! You have to have good takeout food if you're going to last 30yrs. I've had the pleasure of knowing &watching their immediate family grow ! They're very diligent & kind, decent people ! My parents who are now deceased enjoyed this takeout as well ! I've had to order a couple of times, at other takeouts when this business, was closed for repairs from a car running into their restaurant . Both restaurants I tried, takeout were terrible. I've been all-over the world and had Chinese food in different countries, still didn't meet their standard ! I have also ordered for work groups & friends & of course referred . Enjoy ! They serve lunch & dinner, but are quite busy at dinner time 5-7 pm or so . They deliver as well, small fee. I never thought to write review, because as the sun rises, I find products quality change. I hope this never happens ,as I've been a good customer ! read more

Best Chinese food in the area. They are the most consistent and have perfect portions! I love their fried chicken wings, boneless spareribs, chicken and broccoli and general tsaos chicken! Go there once a week since it's that good !! read more

Old school greasy American Chinese... just like in college. The kind you only want to eat every do often with a day to recover lol! Great egg rolls! read more

Terrible Chinese takeout. Ordered a few dishes. Chicken and broccoli was completely bland. Sesame chicken tasted sour, inedible. They didn't even provide the traditional sauces-soy, duck, etc. read more

Tiny little spot, you get what you pay for. Quick, easy, and tasty. Is it spotless inside? Definitely not, but this is a takeout spot. Definitely a reliable chinese spot read more

Great lunch special General Tsaos! Spicy crunchy and very tasty. Great fried rice too!

Jacky is my "go to" place. I can walk there. The food is consistent and fresh. I usually get the shrimp in garlic sauce - lots of shrimp! My husband love the sesame chicken. The people who work at the counter always have a friendly greeting. The service is very quick. read more

A stones throw away from home! A tiny joint catering specifically to the on-the-go and eat-at-home crowd fiending for some american food. They do have a couple of chairs available if you're the type of person to dine-in, but you're better off on elevating your eat-at-home experience by eating on the fancy dishes at home or laying on the couch and dropping some yum-yums like the royalty you are. Jacky's has got my vote for some decent grub, especially if you aren't in the mood for cooking or want to be naughty. In particular; I enjoy their chicken lo mein (often). read more

Got stuck out in Huntington and had to spend the night in a hotel...as I'm walking in to check in for my reservation I smell an incredible smell that made my mouth instantly begin to water. There's Jacky's almost right across the street. I was famished, as was my boyfriend, so we ordered dinner. Literally THE BEST CHINESE I've had in forever!!! I always order my general tso's chicken extra crispy and extra spicy. Not only was it cooked to perfection and had amazing flavor, the sauce was out of this world. I haven't had sticky, thick, gooey, tso's sauce like that in about 10 years. The rice was fluffy, tasty, and fresh. The dim sum was delicious. Perfect meat, spice, and wonton ratio...flavor was on point. Egg roll was not greasy at all, and the dumpling sauce (I tried it w the dim sum) and hot oil were great. My boyfriend ate the cold noodle and said it was excellent. This place is definitely worth a 5 star review. The staff were also very pleasant to deal with. Very happy experience from start to finish. read more

Best Chinese American food in the area. I pretty much always order the same thing every time - chicken + broccoli and hot + sour soup. Their food is always delicious and hits the spot! The family who owns it is also VERY nice and sweet. I have tried other restaurants in the area and their food does not come close to Jacky's. I'm a fan and will keep coming back for more! read more

Favorite Chinese food spot in Huntington station. Food is always good; customer service has been pleasant every time I've visited.

Pretty good Chinese food. We always take out as it is probably the smallest Chinese restaurant we have ever seen. Haven't had a bad meal or mistake since we have been going there for the past year (maybe 4 or 5 times). Serving size is normal and prices are decent. I would recommend it to anyone local. read more

Food is delicious and owners are super sweet. The woman gave me cookies with the order :)

What happened Jacky!?? The good was nice in the beginning, slowly got worse. We called 2 times ordering shrimp chow mein, first time it's was soo dry!! Second time we called we asked for sauce and when we received our order it was super dry and disgusting. The wonton soup was old and unedible. The meat inside tasted weird. We gave the food to the dogs!! We called them back and they didn't even offer us a refund or new food, unbelievable. We have been reliable customers for years and we will never be going back. read more

I was running down the road trying to loosen my load. Just kidding; I was in a random house doing my job. But I did have a world of trouble on my mind. So, as I was saying, I was held captive in a random house by foreign intelligence operatives and the operatives were hungry. And this is the place from which we procured foodstuffs, mainly because it was two blocks away. I don't want to say that this is the absolute best takeaway I've ever gotten because I don't want to build this place up so much that you're disappointed. But I do want to say that it's incredibly solid food at great prices. Everything gets crisped up nicely (and doesn't get disgustingly steamed in the trays on the admittedly short trip to the foreign intelligence operatives) and was clean and fresh. We didn't get any gross, bottom of the barrel meat or vegetables. It may have been because we had guns but, really, I think they're good all the time. Give them a try if you're ever held captive by hungry foreign intelligence operatives. read more

Food took an hour and 15 minutes to arrive. The Sesame Chicken was hard and the fried rice very bland. First and last time I'll order from them. read more

Solid Chinese take out. Recently moved to Huntington and needed a go to Chinese restaurant to satisfy the cravings. Luckily I found Jacky kitchen and I couldn't be more pleased. It's your basic run of the mill Chinese take out place, but the food is always great and the people who deliver and take your order are always friendly. It's conveniently located right on Jericho turnpike just up the street from the Huntington Target. Don't drive too fast or you'll miss it. It's in a stand alone building across from 7/11. If you're in the need for something quick without the hassle of cooking for yourself, I'd definitely recommend Jacky kitchen. read more

Most Melville residents understand that we are in a bit of a Chinese food 'dead zone'. Most of the Chinese restaurants around here are sub-par, their delivery is slow, the quality of their meat is inconsistent and sometimes disgusting, etc. However, Jacky's Kitchen is incredibly consistent and the food exceeds my expectations. I have never been disappointed with the quality of their food. I am surprised so many have had bad experiences. Regardless I would definitely give it a shot. read more

For an area so populated by various Chinese food restaurants, I was shocked to find this was one of the only ones open past 10 P.M. For $6.79 I received a vegetable combo that came with white rice, and I got a spring roll. The inside of the store is built for take-out, a few seats by the door for those waiting. Jacky Kitchen is located across from 7-11 on Jericho Turnpike, and stands out as a small stand-alone building with parking in back. The food was comparable to many other take-out Chinese food in the area, though I don't think I would order the spring roll again. The rice and vegetables were satisfactory, the combo came with more vegetables than would fit a pint, with a generous portion of broccoli mixed with the onions and carrots. read more

Fast delivery on a snowy day. Decent prices. Food is definitely fresh. They don't use MSG so there is no overwhelming salt taste during and after your meal. Big portions. Best so far in this area. read more

The good reviews convinced me to select this establishment for delivery. Pineapple fried rice was just rice with chunks of pineapple, the hot & sour soup tasted like they added too much water and the shrimp fried rice was just as plain. Big disappointment for $28! read more

Just moved to the neighborhood and we're always looking for a good take out place. Their menu is pretty standard and the space is small, but they are mighty! I walked in to place my order and most folks waiting had called ahead and were there to pick up. This made me nervous for a long wait, but I ordered anyway. I was in and out in 10 minutes! We ordered egg drop soup and pineapple fried rice and chicken lo mein. What I like is that they have a table set up with all of the sauces that you can pick and choose how much of each you'd like. The food was pretty standard and the cost was average for the items we got (I think in total it was around $18). They offer free delivery and I live nearby so I am definitely tempted to order and see how that process is. read more

I love them there food is amazing the only thing I wish they did is have larger containers for there delicious fries
