I came here around 7pm on a Wednesday with a friend. We were sat immediately. As it was on a whim, we were not dressed up at all, but normally I would've dressed nicer for this place. Nevertheless, they were welcoming to me in my t-shirt and cut-off jean shorts. We started with the berries and burrata, which was delicious. The bread they brought out was pretty good as well. For dinner I got the vegan mushroom bolognese, which was just so freaking delicious. I'm not vegan, but I love mushrooms, and it did not disappoint. For desert we tried the peach bread pudding and an affogato. I'm not the biggest fan of bread pudding in general, but it was pretty ok. My friend really liked it. I got the affogato because I've always wanted to try one. It was fine. The restaurant is intimate, the service was very good. I would definitely come back here. read more

Wow! We had an incredible meal here last night. You would never guess that this place just opened. The entrance is in the room with a full bar and high top tables. They also have a separate dining room and a patio with tables just outside. My wife and I had the filet for entree. My mom had the filet and scallops special. Our steaks were cooked perfectly medium rare. We shared a lobster pot pie as a starter and it stole the show. if you go here you should try it. Thanks for such a great meal Timothy's! This was a mixed bag for us. From the outside it didn't look like a fine dining establishment. But the inside was nicely appointed but pretty loud. We had a great waitress with a good personality. But it took over an hour for entrees to come out, which probably felt longer to me than the others at the table as I was the only one who didn't order a salad. My sister-in-law said she couldn't find any lobster in the lobster pot pie. I had the shrimp and grits, which was fine, but not the best I ever had. There was some kind of crunchy pieces that I think were fried onions that gave good texture but didn't have much taste. I wish there had been more bacon as the piece I had was good. The shrimp were good but could have had more seasoning. The grits were also just ok. I did clean my plate (unlike my sister-in-law) so my dish certainly wasn't bad... but for 30.00 I expected great. The guys were much happier with their meals. One of them had the duck special which he really enjoyed. The other had the pork belly which he wished was thicker, but was very happy with. He did say the Caesar salad was the best he ever had! So while I would go back if someone invited me, I don't think I will plan to go back on my own. read more

Just found out about Timothy's restaurant and love it. The staff and food are amazing. They worked hard at wanting to please us and give us a wonderful evening. I had the dinner special being offered that was a pasta with morel mushrooms. So good. The salad I ordered was the house salad that was a variety of unique lettuces and vegetables with goat cheese and I think a buttermilk dressing. So good. There was Asiago bread on the table. We stayed late talking and while having wine with our friends, I watched the staff work setting up the tables for the next day and was impressed with their professionalism on how the table was set up with precision. Everything was lined up on its mark. Only carrying and handling the water & wine glasses at the bottom. Cloth napkins. Etc. Everything you would expect from fine dining and a five star restaurant. We had a cocktail before dinner that was a special offered by the bartender, it had fresh fruit & herbs on top, very good. The wine section was outstanding and enjoyed a couple of bottles in our group. Highly recommend this intimate place for its food, drink, service and atmosphere. Really a hidden gem. This is on my list of places to recommend! My 3rd time visiting and the food is just delicious and keeps me coming back. My friends all had different entrees and I had the pork chops... again! I can't seem to tear myself away from them. I'm sorry I didn't take a picture. The servers are unmatched! My one friend has a garlic allergy and BAM!! It was acknowledge and she was accommodated!! I have a citrus allergy and our server advised me on all ingredients in the dishes I inquired about. Waiter seemed on edge at first, no greeting just walked up and started talking about the special. We ordered beverages , appetizer, salad and entree. They tried it again and that brought out a raw burger twice, we ordered a shrimp roll and it was actually dripping and it was on a hotdog bun. The staff, however, is incredibly nice unfortunately the Chef needs to do better. The whole reason we went was because the menu online listed a gluten-free flatbread and we went at lunch and it wasn't available until dinner and they had very limited gluten-free options for lunch. Went to Timothy's for my birthday. Pimento cheese deviled eggs are delicious, the duck special was gorgeous and lush, and the shrimp and grits tasted like home. Service was impeccable, the server very knowledgeable. The space was really lovely, smaller and not overwhelmingly loud like so many places can be. I look forward to returning! read more

Creve couer doesn't not have a lot of upscale restaurants so it's nice to have a newer edition. However the food was fairly bland. A friend and I came out here today for lunch as neither of us have ever been. The interior is beautiful and intimate. Our server was nice, attentive, and knew the menu well. The food was ok. I got a chefs salad. I guess because it was lunch there was little protein. I was even considering to add more but was given the impression it was enough. It looked like 2 thin slices of turkey chopped and sprinkled on a plate with 1 deviled egg. So 1/2 of an egg and it was $15. Flavors were good. But again it's just a chef salad. There wasn't anything special about it. My friend got the steak salad and said it was nothing special not even half gone. $40 for 2 lunch salads...yikes. read more

WOW! This place is so jacked up! "Lobster" pot pie was nothing more than a small serving of bisque with one tiny .01 oz. of lobster & a puff pastry top, just $20! One expects some lobster in a pot pie, especially if you charge the price of 1/2 lobster. Featured redfish was 1/2 bloodline which shouldn't be served at all, otherwise fishy, undercooked, & flavorless. Risotto tasted like something you find in a grammer school lunch line. The pork "ribeye" was two small pork medallions that were all salt. Carrots were so hard they should have been served cold with a dip & celery sticks. Drinks were fine, wine selection is extensive & reasonably priced. Here's the most disgusting part: a roach crawled across our table & the manager shrugged it off saying "yeah, they come in from the patio". Amazing that the knucklehead manager had no apologies & in fact tried to defend the awful fish despite seeing the plate full of dark, slimy, fishy tasting parts of the fish, & had zero sympathy for the roach.
