Our servicer was personable & phenomenon! Although we didn't have reservations for date night, we were seated immediately. The food flowed perfectly from the bread, to drinks, appetizers, followed by the entrees. This is the perfect spot for date night, a girls night out or a group gathering. There is a bar with plenty of seating & televisions for the sports fanatic. Come with an appetite for a sultry experience in one of the best parts of St. Charles, MO. Valet parking is available.
Parking is a bit rough depending on what time you go because the restaurant is in a busy shopping area. The entrance itself is pretty with a flower wall and the host/hostesses were friendly. We were seated and our server was Marshal and he was wonderful. He was very informative about the menu as well as the specials. The bread and butter were both good and not too big so as not to fill you up. My husband ordered the Blackberry Bramble to drink and I got the Cucumber Delight. They were both delicious and refreshing. For dinner I ordered the Salmon with a contorno of asparagus and my husband ordered the Farfalle. Everything was wonderful! So good that we wished we hadn't eaten so much of it! We were, unfortunately, too full to order dessert not the tables around a us that had desserts all looked happy.
The BF and I stopped in for drinks ONLY. So my review is solely based off of their cocktails. He showed me pics of their cocktails and the S'more Martini peaked my interest. We went after work and grabbed the last 2 seats at the end of the bar as you walk in. The bar is huge. The restaurant is lively and sexy, very busy, chill atmosphere where you can either dress up or dress down. The lighting is low and noise level is loud. The staff is really nice and our server/bartender was AMAZING!!! I ordered the S'more Martini which is made with Marshmallow vodka, Godiva chocolate liquor, Kahula and a graham cracker rim. I absolutely LOVED this martini!!! The best way to describe it is to say it's an elevated chocolate martini that takes you to the moon. The top layer is the charred marshmallow which is heavenly and the martini itself is so creamy and smooth. The glass is oversized, so one drink is more than enough. The flavor profile is layered and taste exactly like s'mores in a glass. He began with the Maple Bacon. It's made with High West Rye, Maple Syrup, Smoked bittered Bitters, Muddled orange and cherries and Candied bacon-very booze forward. He liked it. To finish the night, he ordered a dirty martini which is served with their homemade blue cheese stuffed green olives. I'm not a dirty martini fan but I know the BF is, so I encouraged him to try it. He loved it!!! For me the star of that cocktail was the homemade blue cheese stuffed olives. OMGGGGGG when I say we should have ordered an extra side of them, we should have ordered an extra side of those bad boys. So plump and delicious, filling, could be a great appetizer. Their cocktails are delicious, reasonably priced for the size and crafted to perfection. We will definitely be returning for eats.
We celebrated our 18th wedding anniversary tonight, and choosing Napoli 3 at the Streets of St. Charles turned out to be one of the best decisions we've made for a special occasion. I booked a 6:15 PM reservation through OpenTable, something I highly recommend because this place fills up quickly, especially on weekends. We arrived a few minutes early at 6:08 PM, and our server, Maddie, greeted us right at the front with a warm smile and seated us immediately. Her friendliness set the tone for the entire evening. The moment we stepped inside, the ambiance struck us. Napoli 3 has such a romantic, intimate atmosphere, dim lighting, elegant décor, and a cozy layout that makes it perfect for anniversaries, date nights, or any celebration where you want the night to feel special. It truly felt like the ideal setting for marking 18 years together. To our surprise and delight, the staff brought out complimentary sparkling white wine to toast our anniversary. It was a thoughtful touch that made us feel celebrated. They also served their hot bread, which was decent, warm and soft, but not quite as memorable as the bread service at some other restaurants. Still, it was a nice start. For drinks, I ordered a Sauvignon Cabernet to pair with my 16 oz ribeye steak, while my wife chose the Chicken Piccata. We also decided to share the Fried Calamari as our appetizer. The calamari arrived piping hot, clearly fresh out of the pan, and perfectly crispy. The marinara sauce was rich and flavorful, and the spicy aioli added a great kick. It was one of the better calamari plates we've had in a while. Then came the entrées, and this is where the night went from great to unforgettable. My ribeye steak might just be my new favorite in St. Louis. Cooked to a perfect medium, it was juicy, tender, and seasoned beautifully. I've always considered Annie Gunn's the gold standard for steak in the area, but honestly, Napoli 3 may have surpassed it for me. The peppercorn sauce I ordered on the side was outstanding, creamy, peppery, and the perfect complement to the steak. My wife's Chicken Piccata was equally impressive. The sauce was bright, buttery, and full of flavor, with just the right balance of lemon and capers. The sides, mashed potatoes, broccoli, and truffle fries, were all excellent and paired wonderfully with both dishes. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared and well-executed. From start to finish, the entire evening felt special. The service, the atmosphere, the food, and the little anniversary touches all came together to create a perfect night for us. After 18 years of marriage, it's moments like these that feel extra meaningful, and Napoli 3 delivered in every way. I couldn't be happier with our experience, and we'll absolutely be returning.
I will begin with the positive aspects. The service was excellent! The ambiance/feel of the place is nice. I dislike leaving negative reviews but, the food was not good at all to us. I ordered chicken piccata and did not enjoy it at all. The chicken looked as if it was boiled. It tasted as it was boiled. It was covered in mushroom that had the texture and look of canned mushroom. The piccata had an overwhelming mushroom smell. I do not believe in sending food back or throwing it away but I was very close to doing one of those things this time. The meal was just overall flavorless I will say the broccoli was good. My wife ordered the shrimp and lobster scampi. The dish looked beautiful but she said it was flavorless and did not finish it. If our server wasn't so good this would've been a 1 star review.

Rigatoni bolognese (tagliatelle on the menu, but they can swap it out.), salmon, pork chop modenese, and veal picatta for entrees. Everything was amazing Ambiance 5/5: mixture of fine dining chic modern atmosphere combined with sports bar feel. My husband and I visited Napoli III for Valentine's Day, probably wouldn't do that again...We've been there once before, and I'll be honest, our first experience was much better than this one...the vibe and ambience was high, energetic and busy. My husband ordered the Cajun shrimp pasta, off menu item...and it was extremely spicy, Not flavorful spicy... just overpowering. He couldn't even finish it. I ordered the raw half oysters and the angel hair pasta with mushroom sauce. It was okay, but it definitely lacked seasoning and didn't quite hit the mark. I was also disappointed in the table setup. It felt very small and cramped for a Valentine's dinner. However, I will say the manager did step in and try to accommodate us by moving us to a bigger table, which we appreciated. We waited about an hour for our food, which we expected since it was Valentine's Day and the restaurant was busy. The staff did make genuine efforts to reconcile the issues we experienced, and that did not go unnoticed. Overall, this visit just didn't match our first experience. We're willing to give the brand another shot and will try Napoli Seafood next time around.
Delicious arancini and pasta. I went with the bolognese because the most of the other pasta dishes on the menu at the moment had an ingredient that I wasn't jazzed about as an ingredient for pasta (smoked salmon, beef cheek, kalamata olives, arugula). I wish their tortellini was available on the dinner menu but it's a lunch item only. The bolognese was very good and a big enough portion to reheat for leftovers the next day. Very attentive service and great ambiance. Definitely recommend.
This was my first time here and color me impressed. Our waitir was fantastic! He was so fun and engaging. He made our two birthday guests feel extra special. He knew the menu well and had great recommendations. Our food was devine. From start to finish a perfect dinner spot. The softly lit candles on the table made for the perfect touch.
I have been to this location a few times now and they never disappoint! This particular visit was a celebration graduation dinner for my sister and they did not disappoint. The service was great! We made reservations ahead of time and our table was ready upon arrival. They had several people working out party which was great. The restaurant is always very clean and well sanitized. The food was great per usual. Everything was fresh and cooked to perfection!

I loved the location, and the restaurant's décor is absolutely exquisite. The service was top notch and made the experience even more enjoyable. While the menu prices were on the expensive side, I did enjoy my fettuccine Alfredo. That said, the menu didn't offer many options that typically appeal to my personal tastes. I was there celebrating a birthday, so I made the most of the experience and still had a pleasant time overall. Although I can appreciate the quality of the restaurant and understand why others enjoy it, I don't see myself returning. Not because of anything negative--it simply isn't my type of dining experience. read more
They get it! The decor is modern and beautiful. The restaurant is clean and has a romantic vibe. (Not going to lie, it's a little too dark but I get it!). Customer service is top notch. You're greeted at the door. My waitress was friendly and professional. THE FOOD! MAGNIFICENT!! The s'mores martini was sooo delicious! I love this part of St. Charles. It's soo beautiful with so many restaurants and activities. I had an awesome time and can't wait to return. PS. I made reservation for one person at 8 pm on Open Table. Get the chicken parm- it's huge! Good quality chicken and loved the sauce and cheese on top. I enjoy their take on an espresso martini. Our server was great and I believe it was the manager who came by to check on us and greet us when we first came in. I didn't prefer the bread, but again could just be a personal preference. Well, the Anti-Chicken-For-Consumption League might have taken down my Chicken Parm photo. And I don't blame them. You will just have to take my word for it that the Chicken Parm was excellent. The portion was average and the bow tie noodles were good yet not exceptional. Really cool staff and relatively fair pricing. Recommended. read more

We enjoyed Napoli 3 for a date night out. Liked the menu options having some seafood, especially since Napoli Sea is right next door. The service was great as well. Service was great, everything was explained and the drinks were good. Ordered a carbonara and would not recommend though, found it bland and nothing out of the ordinary, salmon was also not bad but not good either. Wonderful ambience and good location make a perfect spot for dinner. They have a full bar. happy hour specials and daily specials along with a perfect menu . Salads are ala carte and they are crisp and dressed nicely. The Chicken Parmesan was enough for 2 and it was seasoned perfectly , crispy and covered with a rich , flavorful tomato sauce.The Linguine Frutti de Mare had nice plump shrimp and miso and a nice wine sauce read more

I love Napoli, never disappoints! The gnocchi and calamari were great. (Ask for extra bread to go with your pasta) The service was attentive and fast. Cute place for girls/date night. Not too loud to hold a conversation. read more
I order DoorDash so i did not get a chance to see the actual restaurant. I ordered the linguine Frutti di mare. It came with bread and butter. Delicious! For what I paid, there was so much pasta and seafood in my linguine. It was super delicious and the pasta was cooked nicely. I will definitely be trying other things and getting to the restaurant as well. read more

On 4/17/26 I ordered food from this restaurant via Grubhub. This was my first home delivery order from your establishment. The in-restaurant dining experience typically offers exceptional cuisine. I've never had an issue with taste, quality or portion size. While I anticipated variations in temperature and presentation compared to dining in, I did not expect a decline in portion size and overall quality. My lasagna was small and edges black/burned to were it was crusty and you can taste the burn. I subsequently addressed these concerns with the store manager in person a few days later. His response involved attributing fault to the delivery driver and exhibiting a dismissive demeanor. I clarified that the driver was not responsible for the meal preparation, thus placing accountability with the restaurant. I also sent an email to the corporate address requesting a follow-up, but I have not received a response. read more

While in St. Charles, we saw this restaurant near our hotel. The check-in staff and wait Staff, Maddy (Maddie) were all pleasant. It's a very nice restaurant to at was not too stuffy. We were in town for a soccer tournament so we didn't pack our Sunday best but still felt very comfortable/relaxed. The food was really good!! The Caesar salad was not the best, maybe more dressing, not sure. Everything else was great. Calamari and Caesar Salad for our son. The Farfalle for me Parmesan Veal and steamed broccoli for the hubby. I would definitely return if in the area. Still give 5 stars as these are minor nuisances. read more
Dinner out with friends was awesome. The ambiance is very nice. Seating can be inside or outside. Reservations are recommended but there is always bar seating. For those who want to keep up with the game there are televisions. Table lighting can be adjusted by tapping the lamp. The menu has great options and there is also daily specials. We were all over the place with our orders. They bring bread to the table with butter. Two of us had the "New" Old Fashion to drink. The ice cube has the name of the restaurant on it. Impressive I got the special a pasta with seafood, there was also fettuccine with steak, and another pasta dish. It was all very delicious. read more

We had dinner on a Friday night. The ambiance was really nice. It's a romantic restaurant, good for a date night. Our server was super friendly and attentive. I had chicken piccata and my husband had a New York strip. I also had the wedge salad which I LOVED. I also had a drink called another one which was a pineapple drink and it was very good. While visiting friends that live in St Charles, we went to Napoli for a birthday dinner. We started with cocktails and calamari as an appetizer. The level of mixology from their bartender definitely left a lot to be desired. My friend liked her espresso martini, but the other 3 of us didn't care for our drinks. I had the cucumber delight, but the elderflower liquor was over powering. When we informed the waiter that we didn't care for the drinks, he had a really bad attitude and said he had never had anyone send a drink back and he was so surprised. Personally, I think he should not make such comments, and then continue on with a few more passive aggressive comments. The worst part was that he was training a new server, and that is not a good habit to pass on! The calamari was delicious, as was the Parmesan fries and aioli dipping sauce. I loved my pork chop dish, and everyone else loved their choices as well. The seafood pasta was delicious, as was the spicy farfulla that my wife got. The ambience was nice, and it's a nice spot to spend for a nice lunch or dinner. The food was a five star experience but the service was 2 or 3 star at best. read more
