WOWZA! Great experience with the food and experience. Immediately upon seating we were introduced to Adrian our server. No hurry between drinks, appetizers and entree's. Traditional Old Fashioned was excellent. I tried the Italian Old Fashioned and was just okay as my preference is a traditional old Fashioned. Highly recommend the Mussels for the appetizer. The mussels were perfectly cooked and the broth was delicious to be dipped in with the bread; so delicious. The Sicilian Chicken is OUTSTANDING! Tender, served HOT and perfectly prepared; highly recommended. The Rissotto Seafood was great. I wanted to see the seafood and it was very good with a nice twinge of pepper flakes. I could do more heat but it was perfectly prepared. Ambiance was fantastic and Asian our server was outstanding personable too. Will definitely be back and asking for Adrian. If you don't want to go to The Hill; Buzzetta's is THE PLACE! Highly Recommend!!!

Great service and a cozy, welcoming atmosphere! We reserved through OpenTable and were seated right on time. The warm bread was such a nice touch (hard to find these days!). The fried calamari paired so well with the mildly spicy dipping sauce and the crispy fried spinach. I had the linguine frutti di mare and loved it--the portion was just right, with a great mix of seafood and perfectly textured pasta. My husband ordered veal chops from the specials menu; he enjoyed it but wished the flavors were a bit more flavorful. We definitely will be back again to try other items on the menu.

Wow! What an excellent meal. Food was great. Service was great. Got lucky, no reservations and got. Table Friday evening. Later in the evening around 7:30 there seemed to be a wait. Nice, reserved decor. Fancy. The meatball app was delicious. Tender and flavorful and enough sauce for me. The fried spinach was crispy, light, good. The bread came out hot and they bring the WVOO and balsamic. Very tasty. The rigatoni was so good. Slightly spicy but not too spicy for me. Flavors were amazing. Scrimp scampi were huge and delicious too. Skipped dessert but it looked good! Commend the staff, all so friendly and genuine in wanting the guests to have a great experience. Shared parking lot, no worries about finding a spot. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed Buzzetta's! The food was great, the service was good, and it's a nice spot tucked away in the corner of the strip mall. Tried: scallops with a pink sauce pasta side, chicken Parmesan Loved: I really enjoyed their pink sauce and the chicken parm was great Disliked: The portions weren't very big - usually I think Italian restaurants have enormous portions, but we were hungry a few hours after we ate after getting an additional $6 pasta side.

I honestly am not sure how to even discuss the fact that our meal was absolutely one of the best Italian dinners we have had...like ever...the tortellini was nothing short of perfection. Many times when you order a pasta at a restaurant, it has an overwhelming taste of one ingredient such as garlic or cream - and this was just amazing. Then the chicken was the perfect amounting smoke/char to lemon sauce ratio. The absolute only part that could have been better was the risotto - there was a tad bit of a chew noting a bit under cooked - but the flavor completely made me want to eat it anyway! Well done Chef - we will be back!!!

Stopped into Buzzettas for dinner and it did not disappoint. Some of the best Italian I've had in STL. Service was a little slow, but the ambiance and food made up for it We got toasted ravioli and meatballs to start off. Breading for the ravs was delicious, meatballs were flavorful and juicy. The Sicilian Chicken was 10/10 would get again. The breading was perfect and the chicken was juicy. Also got the parpadelle pepperoni pasta, very light sauce with immense flavor. Desserts topped off the night. Tiramisu was delicious, as well as the chocolate cake. The salted caramel cheese was outstanding. Chocolate cake wasn't really cake, more like a mouse texture.

Truly authentic Italian cuisine! The ambience, service and food all top notch! You know you are in the right place when you witness entrees being brought out on a serving cart! You just don't get that everywhere. Party of 4, we had reservations rather early at 5:30p and we're promptly seated. All of the staff were friendly and attentive. Toasted Rav for the starter and I was happy to find out that were filled to the brim, no awkward air pockets here! The flavor was enjoyable as well. For my meal, I opted for Fettuccine Alfredo and the appetizer order of meatballs. The pasta was definitely made fresh, nice and light not heavy and the sauce was buttery and cheesy. I took home 1/2 of the meal. Definitely a wonderful experience. No need to drive to The Hill, West Co has the Hill right here!

First time in and decided to check it out on the advice of some friends. It is located in the same shopping center where Oishi is. This used to be the old location for Filippos. As soon as you enter is the hostess and we were promptly seated earlier than our reservation time because we arrived very early. I like what they've done to the inside. The bar is the central feature to the restaurant with some bar seating in case you didn't make a reservation or just want to watch a game. There are plenty of tables and I think there is even a private room. Our server was very professional, friendly and attentive. He explained the specials for the night and they had 3 different fish specialties which we were thrilled about because it is hard to find good restaurants with lots of seafood options in STL. Three of us ordered the Chilean Sea Bass special with asparagus and my son ordered the Filet. The filet was cooked perfectly according to him and the Sea Bass was a very large piece and prepared in caper wine sauce. Also cooked perfectly. I would say the only downside is the price. It is on the pricey side and once we received the check is when we realized that the fish special also had a special price of $55 a plate yikes!

First time eating here. Was a Saturday night. Didn't have reservations and was able to get in, but wouldn't rely on that again. Really enjoyed the live music. It was subtle but great vocals and added to a nice date night. Ambiance is great, similar to the restaurant that was previously in this spot. Service was pleasant and responsive. It was obvious they were adequately staffed which seems a challenge these days! The chicken spiedini was great, would get this again. Chicken Marsala had good flavor, needed more wine reduction sauce which we asked for and was provide without question. Really liked the cocktail menu. What is not indicated in the menu is that they offer gluten-free pasta. I'll be returning knowing that I can easily get any dish on the menu that won't ruin my stomach for the next two days! Will be back!

My wife and I went here Saturday night for our date night. If you have never tried this restaurant, I highly recommend it. It's tucked away in the popular Chesterfield Valley area right next to Oishi Sushi. Our waiter was the son of the owner of Buzzetta's and he was very timely and professional. He recommended our salted caramel cheesecake which was delicious. We ordered the calamari for an appetizer and were pleasantly surprised it came with flash fried spinach as well. The sauce for the calamari was addicting! My wife ordered the tortellini and I ordered the steak medallions. The tortellini was savory and the steak was cooked perfectly. If you're looking for a fancy Italian restaurant that won't break the budget, Buzzetta's is the place. From the decor to the staff to the food, everything was excellent. My wife and I will be back very soon!

Family owned and operated this new place has delicious Sicilian style food!! Run by Tony and his Mom, the kitchen prepares fresh, homemade dishes - i've been here twice and both dining experiences were terrific, especially Tony's table-side 'special' dessert! Ambience is dim like Italian fine-dining, but dress is relaxed (smart) casual, or you can get dressed up for a special occasion here. Service was friendly and efficient, and they do have limited hours so check ahead or make a reservation. Overall, a 4.25+ rating for me. Expect entrees to range $20-35pp, with daily specials perhaps more (so ask). Starters run $10-15, great to share. A couple standout apps we tried were the Eggplant Parmigiana, and flash-fried Spinach. LOVED both, in fact the Eggplant could be a meal by itself! For dinners, the Bolognese was very good, with slight sweetness in sauce taste, but plenty meaty and tender to eat - and they were flexible for us to select a different pasta choice vs. Capellini. The grilled Salmon special was delicious served over Risotto! The Chicken Spiedini was freshly made and hand-rolled with plenty of Spinach, Prosciutto, and Fontina Cheese - yum! To top off our meal, Tony prepared table-side flambé with vanilla ice cream dessert - WOW fantastic treat! If you're looking for a new spot to try and like Sicilian style Italian food, come visit Tony at Buzzetta's. ENJOY!!

I had been a few times in the past but it was my family's first time. I don't drink alcohol and they have a great mocktail section! I got the NOPE-rol Spritz, it was delicious! I got a pizza (the Arugula) and unfortunately I feel as though I ordered wrong (which was my own fault), I didn't really care for it. I think the best part of the night was the service. We had Grace as our waitress (she was training another girl, but unfortunately I don't remember her name). We then moved on to the Napoli salad, it is as described on the menu...crisp, and appropriately dressed. Then we had the special pizza of the evening, it was a black garlic base (not strong) with mushrooms and burrata on top - delicious. We also happen to be sitting next to the area with the pizza oven - a must see if you are there. We did sit inside, but outdoor seating was available. What might not be so familiar, but I thought was great, was a more casual atmosphere, and decor, I would classify is as upscale casual. Our server was very pleasant, the only thing that surprised me was the time in between courses seemed a bit longer than expected, but that gave my friends and I a chance to catch up. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and I will be back!
