Incredible dinner experience at Napoli Bros for a girl's night! Service, atmosphere and drink program were everything you'd expect and love from a Napoli restaurant experience. This is a sexy, upscale dinner option for Chesterfield. We started with the coal fried ciabatta, and it sounds crazy, but this bread alone merited a 5 star dinner. I've never had bread at a restaurant that managed to somehow be crispy and firm, but melt in your mouth at the same time. This is bread that's anything but overrated. Next, we shared the STL salad, a refreshing, light start to the meal that was perfectly balanced. For entrees, we shared a vodka pizza and the bolognese, both of which were stellar choices. Friend dinner! This is a great choice, we enjoyed the food the service and the company! I always order the coal fired ciabatta with rosemary butter. We shared it and enjoyed it so much, got a second order! It is soft and crisp at the same time, so good. We also shared the meatball appetizer. These are larger and plenty to share. Covered in sauce and a mozzarella cheese blend, these are one of only a few I order out - good meaty flavor with sauce and not overpowered by a parmesan or other cheese I don't like. I ate these without the mozzarella and they are so good. For dinner I went with Vodka pizza, Vodka sauce base, buffalo mozzarella, basil, and pepperoni. Great flavors together with a little kick. Napoli Bros was the first restaurant I tried from the Napoli group and I really enjoyed it. We started off with the calamari, which was DIVINE. I then ordered the pizza diavola with straciatella which was also very good. I'm a sucker for neapolitan style pizza. It's a big place with many seating options and good service. It's an average pizza and pasta place. They do have about four other types of food entrée on their menu and of course appetizers and salads and lots of drinks. I had a reservation, but I had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated. They were busy taking orders at the check-in desk. I asked for a shady spot outside. They accommodated me just fine. It took the wait staff a while to take care of me. It was like they were waiting for my other party member to show up so they didn't come over to the table till after she arrived. The inside does have an up skill f feel and is very nicely appointed. I believe their website said business casual, but it was very casual. Quite a few few people in shorts and athletic wear. If you have been to other Napoli locations, some things will feel familiar and some things will be new. The food will be very familiar from the perspective that everything we had was excellent. We started with calamari, and to our surprise there were also a small group of onion straws on the plate. It was served with 2 sauces (one marinara and one aioli - both were excellent). Don't skip the fried lemons, they are an added treat. We then moved on to the Napoli salad, it is as described on the menu...crisp, and appropriately dressed. Then we had the special pizza of the evening, it was a black garlic base (not strong) with mushrooms and burrata on top - delicious. We also happen to be sitting next to the area with the pizza oven - a must see if you are there. We did sit inside, but outdoor seating was available. What might not be so familiar, but I thought was great, was a more casual atmosphere, and decor, I would classify is as upscale casual. Our server was very pleasant, the only thing that surprised me was the time in between courses seemed a bit longer than expected, but that gave my friends and I a chance to catch up. The manager was nice though so shout out to him! The food was alright! The highlight was honestly the White Truffle Fries - big portion and piping hot! The Rigatoni Genovese pasta my husband ordered was salty and was difficult to eat so that ended just being leftovers for us to eat with bread at home. The Grilled Caesr salad was not great! The charred romaine lettuce released a very bitter flavor that was not complimented by the dressing and I typically like bitter foods (ampalaya, anyone?) and the leaves ended up being tough to chew. I hope they revisit this one because I like the IDEA but something needs to be switched up here. I ordered also the Napoli Bros pizza and found the meat combo (sausage, bacon, and pepperoni) to be too salty! But the marinara was SO GOOD and I wish I asked for it on the side. It was a decent experience with fine service. It could have been an off lunch day! I think if they rolled out a lunch menu with smaller portions, I'd come back. We started with the White Truffle Fries that come with a ~generous~ helping of siracha aioli. SO GOOD. We decided to try Napoli Brothers Pizza and Pasta after hearing good things from friends. We went mid-afternoon and overall had a solid experience. The arancini was delicious--crispy and flavorful--and definitely a standout. We also ordered a Napoli salad and a wedge salad, both of which were very large. I enjoyed the wedge, while my husband felt the Napoli salad wasn't something he'd order again. The rosemary ciabatta bread with garlic butter was excellent and one of the highlights of the meal. My daughter had the chicken wings, which she liked. We shared a margherita pizza, which was unfortunately the weakest part of the meal--pretty bland overall, and parts of the crust were burnt. The dining room is spacious and dimly lit, creating a nice ambiance that would work well for a date night. I also had an espresso martini, which was good and well made. Overall, there were some strong items and a pleasant atmosphere, though the pizza itself didn't quite live up to expectations. We came here for lunch on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend and were treated wonderfully! We ordered a variety of pizzas for our party to split and loved each of them. We had the vodka (my personal favorite), arugula, and Napoli bros. Someone in our party preferred the cauliflower crust and ordered that- holy moly probably the best cauli crust I've ever had. These were both phenomenal and would be items I would get again the next time I am in! Decided to check out Napoli Bros with a friend. Inside the vibe is a little moody but also like a sports bar with multiple TVs playing various games. I made a reservation and we were seated immediately. Both the hostess and server were very nice. We were going to a show at the Factory so we wanted something lighter. The restaurant was aesthetically pleasing and our waitress was very nice and helpful. She provided excellent service throughout our time there. We started with the Cheese arancini for an appetizer. They were crispy on the outside, cheesy on the inside and the sauce paired with it brought it all together for a delicious treat. After listening to the specials they had, we ordered 2 dishes to share. We tried the shrimp scampi pizza, which was really good. It comes with a caper aioli but I'm not a fan of capers so we got the sauce on the side. My husband really liked the caper aioli though. I asked for a side of balsamic glaze and I really enjoyed that pairing with the pizza. The other dish we ordered was the seafood pasta feature. It was shrimp, lobster, oysters, and mushrooms in a garlic cream sauce with linguine. That was my absolute favorite dish and I wish it was a part of their every day menu because I probably would order that every time. The shrimp were huge and the amount of seafood given was impressive. I loved the fact that it was saucy because many times when ordering pasta dishes, they can come out dry. I took my family to Napoli Bros for my mother's birthday dinner. Perfect place for a date night or night out with friends or family. I had been a few times in the past but it was my family's first time. I don't drink alcohol and they have a great mocktail section! I got the NOPE-rol Spritz, it was delicious! My family and I split the white truffle fries and ciabatta as appetizers and they all got pasta dishes that they loved. I got a pizza (the Arugula) and unfortunately I feel as though I ordered wrong (which was my own fault), I didn't really care for it. When you took a bite it was like all the toppings fell off on the first bite. I think they cut the pizza before putting the toppings on which just made it harder to eat. I think the best part of the night was the service. We had Grace as our waitress (she was training another girl, but unfortunately I don't remember her name). They did a fabulous job - Grace did a wonderful job training her! It felt like we were at one of the more elevated Napoli's like Napoli III. They were so attentive and gave us great suggestions. I have eaten at Napoli Bros several times and in each case, the experience was great. The staff is always a pleasure even when the place is overflowing with customers and they are run ragged. The first time was a late night light dinner after a concert at the venue next door. Not packed so we just walked in without a reservation. A fresh salad topped with chicken hit the spot. The restaurant itself is decorated very tastefully which just adds to the wonderful ambiance. After that, several walk in lunch visits with family and friends, always trying different pizzas and crust types and each time was as good, if not better than the last. Then another concert evening which required a reservation. While completely full, the staff didn't miss a beat and our dinner was delivered timely and was as fresh as it could be. I will say, that for my palate, I think they make the best pizza in the St. Louis area. Also, I know pizza type and taste are very subjective, so just humor me with this one. I also love how they prepare individual portions for shared salads. For me, a shared salad and a shared pizza are the perfect quantity of food to put a smile on your face and a happy tummy before you move on to a concert or even return to work. Grabbed dinner last night with some friends from work to celebrate one becoming a citizen of the US (so excited for her) and one visiting from Florida after she decided to seek new adventures. Grabbed our table - recommend getting a reservation if you go during peak dining hours. We opted for pizzas for the table and salad. We did the Napoli salad: red onion, hearts of palm, artichoke hearts, grated parmesan, house dressing. Pizzas: Included THE NAPOLI BROS: sausage, pepperoni, pancetta, caramelized onion, the WHITE: clams, caramelized onion, rosemary, lemon zest, and the ARUGULA: buffalo mozzarella, lemon, oil, prosciutto, shaved parmesan. The pizzas are cooked in a wood fire oven in the corner of the restaurant. Come to the table fresh and hot. I had the arugula and white, great flavor. The crust was thin and crisp. All boxes I like to check off with pizza. Those that opted for the Napoli Bros said it was delicious. Dessert. When asking an employee which dessert was the one to get, bread pudding was out of his mouth so fast that our heads almost spun around. He did break it down for us and in the end it was the most healthy dessert on the menu - beans, fruit. I was not disappointed in following his suggestion. The others went with the tiramisu, the bread pudding won hands down. Our waitress, Sophie, was amazing. The whole wait staff kept our glasses full of water, empty plates cleared, and made sure our whole experience was above and beyond. My entree, Margherita Pizza, was very good. The thin cauliflower crust had a good chew; the homemade marinara was the ideal base for the fresh mozzarella and basil. My dessert, the No Flour Chocolate Cake was the perfect size slice and delicious. All in all, I had an enjoyable night. My server, Lexi, was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. I enjoyed watching the staff move about professionally performing their duties with smiles on their faces. If I had to make a note, it's about the closeness of the tables, nearly shoulder to shoulder, making it difficult to have private conversations in the loud dining space. Writing this as someone who has been to Italy, specifically Napes and got to try the authentic pizza there. Going to Napoli, is as close as we have found in St. Louis to the real deal. Napolitan pizza the difference is it's cooked at a much higher temperature, roughly 800 degrees. So I had to try the margarita pizza and it was very good, I ate all but one slice myself! We also had the tortellini, which was very good as well. Our wine went very well with the dishes, like I said we were feeling like Italy again. While we could feel the hot pizza oven, for a 90+ degree day outside in Missouri the restaurant was still comfortablely air conditioned. Thank you to the restaurant for that! Would rate it 8.3/10. The Bolognese was good as well, my partner said it was "alright". They have lots of other pastas so you shouldnt be worried. All in all, I would come back if I need a good place to take my family for a meal. A few years ago, my wife and I celebrated an anniversary at Napoli III in St. Charles and had an amazing meal. So, I thought I would treat her to another Napoli anniversary experience--this time at Napoli Bros in Chesterfield. This location seems a little more casual than N3, but it's still a nice, upscale Italian restaurant. The menu has some similar items to N3, and when I told my wife where we were going, she said we had to get the cheese arancini appetizer. We did, and they were on point. Then we decided on two pastas to share: agnolotti and the Napoli classic tagliatelle bolognese. Both were delicious, but the agnolotti stood out with a unique and amazing sauce of brown butter, sage, and what I believe was sherry wine. The pasta was filled with braised beef and topped with crispy prosciutto. Mamma Mia! As we enjoyed our meal, we were entertained by watching the pizza chefs at work in the wood-fired oven area. They were busy making a lot of amazing looking pizzas. If only I were a bigger eater, I would have ordered a pizza to go with our pastas. Maybe next time. We did have room for dessert, though. There's always room for dessert on an anniversary, right? We enjoyed a delicious tiramisu that was prepared and presented to perfection. We each ordered the napoli salad--hers with a shrimp addition. I found mine to be fine, but thats as high of praise as i can offer. Their mixed greens' was 90% light green iceberg tasting lettuce with maybe a half cup purple lettuce on top. Also included artichoke hearts and so yummy hearts of palm. A bit of super finely grated cheese rounded out this offering. No bread nor crackers. I was snacking on my drive home!
