The staff was attentive and made a point of checking in on me throughout my visit to see if there was anything else they could get me. He also really liked the large selection of bourbon and whiskey. They do not have food but you can order from Napoli Bros and they will deliver the food. There were also a few TVs with lounge sets in front which was very nice! Overall, I enjoyed my time there and I will come back when I can enjoy a drink or two! I'm a regular at the lounge because they have a great variety of quality cigars in a wide range of prices. There is a huge selection of whiskey and enough other spirits, wine and beer to have the perfect drink while you enjoy your cigar. The lounge also features plenty of large screen TVs and seating including leather couches, arm chairs and other seating with small tables and comfortable chairs. The plush couches and chairs, ample tvs, full bar, strong cigar selection and good ventilation. They also have a few seating spaces outside. If you happen to be here when the mall closes and you parked out front, don't fear, you can get through the gate. This lounge has indoor and outdoor seating with a lot of cozy intimate gathering places. It has a welcoming atmosphere where familiar friends and/or acquaintances can socialize while having a cigar and/or drink. In addition, they have a large humidor with a large selection of cigars. The ambiance was nice but clearly not the place for people of color. The service was horrible, the behavior was as if this was a "White's Only" establishment.
