In the mix. Quite lovely, eh?

First, I stumbled upon this because I'm a review based seeker of experiences. The music, wine, and BYOF (bring your own food) is a selling point with me. The customer service was phenomenal and every customer was greeted warmly. All made sure you were enjoying the experience. That's what it is all about. The menu is fantastic! 7 pages and cocktails are included. You won't be disappointed. Atmosphere is rustic married with glamour. I will be back! Next time you're in the area, stop by, and support. They opened roughly a month ago. Did I mention the bar is owned by women? The atmosphere all makes sense!

Great place for an evening dine. Kind service & atmosphere is immediately inviting. Cute place with the ability to go outside to a nice spacious patio. Wine was great and crispy which is how I prefer my Rosé. First time and definitely not my last. I will be back!

Wine Flight... love it in here!!

Scarlet's Wine Bar -- Wuthering Heights, But With Cocktails…read more Had Emily Brontë given Catherine and Heathcliff access to Scarlet's Wine Bar, Wuthering Heights might have been a significantly happier book. Forget wandering the moors crying out for your tortured lover. Get yourself to the patio, order a cocktail, and pull yourself together. Scarlet's is a hidden gem with just the right amount of romance and charm. It's perfect for a light lunch, a romantic dinner, or an afternoon spent dramatically staring into the distance while wondering why Heathcliff hasn't texted back. Start with the cocktails, which arrive mixed to perfection in beautiful, classic glassware. These are not drinks served in some unfortunate tumbler. These are the sort of glasses Catherine Earnshaw would have dramatically clutched while declaring, "I am Heathcliff!" before ordering another round. Then comes the food. The watermelon salad is out of this world--fresh, bright, and absolutely delicious. Frankly, there would have been considerably less misery at Thrushcross Grange had someone simply served everyone a proper salad. Follow it with the pear and prosciutto pizza. Sweet pear, salty prosciutto, crispy crust--layers of flavor almost as complicated as Catherine and Heathcliff's relationship, but with a much more satisfying ending. And then... The blueberry cheesecake. Light. Fluffy. Dreamy. As soft as the clouds drifting lazily above Scarlet's patio--and considerably less ominous than the clouds hanging over the Yorkshire moors. The staff is fantastic: warm, friendly, attentive, and thankfully no one appears to be harboring a decades-long revenge plot against another family. But the real star may be the patio. Sit outside. Order another cocktail. Let lunch stretch shamelessly into the afternoon. Watch the clouds roll by. Discuss lost loves. Curse the cruel hand of fate. Or just order another piece of cheesecake. Scarlet's Wine Bar is romantic, charming, delicious, and wonderfully relaxed. So forget Wuthering Heights. For one glorious afternoon, make it Wuthering Delights. Heathcliff! Heathcliff! ...I'll be on the patio.

I really enjoy their goat cheese salad, as well ad their hugo spritz and white sangria. Some food items are a bit overpriced, but overall a solid wine bar.

Omg ever since we tried it. I have been thinking about going back…read more Honestly this place has just became my Saint Louis top 5 restaurant. First of all, great environment, offer inside and outside seating. The drink selection were amazing, their mojito was so fresh and delicious. For the dishes we ended up with the risotto, the Yukon potato, and the spicy shrimp pasta. Honestly it blew me away. The flavor and taste was right on. For people who likes more bland and simple taste it might feel a little overpowering but for someone who grew up with Asian seasoning and flavor it was like heaven. I will be back many more times because I would like to try everything on the menu and I will be inviting everyone I know to try as well! Service was great, you can tell staff are busy but they are very attentive, parking could be a little tricky but there are many places you could park down the street or just in parking lots behind Main Street and just walk to the place. Highly recommend!!!

Adding the dip on top made it more of little pizza bites instead. Table favorite! Rigatoni alla vodka is my favorite pasta and I've had it at multiple establishments including my own kitchen and this one wasn't anything special. I actually couldn't taste the alla vodka part at all. It really just tasted like cheesy pasta with salmon. No real flavor. I guess that's why it's not listed as a crowd favorite. Ambiance is low lit and in the main dinning area, it can get really loud so if anyone is hard of hearing, it's best to get a reservation outside as it was difficult for one in our party. It didn't help that our waitress would step two steps back away from our table and let other waiters and waitresses pass in front of her instead of behind. Street parking is horrendous but my in-laws were able to find a spot right out front. We opted for the parking lots in the back as we don't mind walking a bit. It did rain a bit but we had an umbrella.
