    PAD THAI FRIED CHICKEN
    Jada P.

Food was delicious. Came around noon on a nice and sunny Saturday, but surprisingly there wasn't a wait! Kids get mini pancakes with fruit for FREE! My daughter ate the entire plate. Tiramisu French toast was soo good and not too sweet. The sauces they provide with the dishes pair very well with it. We will definitely be back.

First time eating at this location. Very impressed with the whole experience. The restaurant is very well decorated. It's spacious seating. Food is delicious no doubt. Been to the Pleasanton location in the past and this one in Livermore is no exception. Great tasting Thai food. I recommend this Thai restaurant.

First time I visit this location. Have always like the Pleasanton location. Very welcoming decor, ambiance, and comfortable seating. Pad See Eu was quite delicious. The B.e.c.k fried chicken was as good as Pleasanton's, Pla Rod (fish) was also tasty: batter was light and flavor was great. Eggplant was just about right, not too greasy. Parking was plenty. Service was good. Will come again.

I am surprised to see Thai style breakfast and Italian with Thai influenced dishes offered on their menu. My party came here on a Sunday afternoon. Not crowded at all. We were able to get seated right away. The service was just ok. Our server was not that friendly. The food that we ordered was good. If you want non-traditional Thai food and not care too much on good service, you should give this place a try.

Huge shoutout to Audrey was her exceptional bright and friendly service. She took the time to answer all our questions and did great in helping us to choose what to order. The omurice and the fire o'clock sandwich were both great and we especially loved all the spicy condiments available on side. For the sandwich, give the fried green beans a try as the side - you'll be pleasantly surprised!

Can't believe I haven't written a review for this location sooner - we come here all the time. We love the food and hospitality. Bo is absolutely wonderful and always so cheerful. The restaurant is very clean and I love when they decorate for holidays too :) It's rare to find a Thai brunch location, and the brunch here is fantastic. We typically come for dinner, which is easiest after work right before the dinner rush starts. They recently released a lunch menu and we've tried that a couple times and like it. PLENTY of great options on their full menu - I really think you can't go wrong with anything you select. Some of my favs are listed below: -fried chicken - their speciality -pad thai -pineapple fried rice -pumpkin curry -cashew chicken -tom yum soup Both time thai kitchens are definitely worth a visit! We love bringing our family since there's something for everyone to enjoy.

Spicy Caribbean Basil Pasta June 2026

The only reason we drive all the way to Livermore is because of this dish called spicy Caribbean Basil Pasta, OMG it is sooooo good that I could lick the plate. I told everyone it's the best pasta in the world, brought everyone I love to this restaurant for this dish. Last Sunday we came and ordered the pasta and shocked to see that the size shrunk, not just the prawn but the pasta. I was so so sad, what happened? I don't care that the server was a bit rude or price a bit high, but please keep this dish like before.

Time Thai in Livermore provided an exceptional brunch experience for our group of five, including a baby who thoroughly enjoyed his complimentary pancakes. The food completely stole the show, starting with the spectacular Oreo French toast, which was shockingly well-balanced and not overly sweet, and the chicken and waffles. The real standouts, however, were the savory dishes: the fabulous Tom Yum scramble truly showcased its vibrant namesake flavors, and the Saap wings were absolutely to die for, delivering a unique, almost salt-and-vinegar chip aesthetic with a perfect hint of spice. Combined with great service and an incredibly accommodating atmosphere for families, it was a fantastic meal, with our only minor critique being that the Thai coffee and the Matcha Cloud drink were just okay.

3.5 stars rounded up Note: There is a mandatory 20% tip charged for parties of 5 or more. Be aware of this before paying the bill, because they will still prompt you to tip on top of it. I've visited Time Thai Kitchen's Pleasanton location but I was interested in checking out their Livermore spot to try their brunch menu. I started with the Fried Chicken Omurice. It was a bit different than I expected; the flavor profile reminded me more of a loco moco than a traditional omurice. It did not have enough gravy sauce for the amount of rice so we had to order extra sauce. Next, we tried the Khao Soi. It was decent--not the most memorable Khao Soi I've ever had, but it was still enjoyable. The flavors were there, just a little muted compared to what I'm used to. The most unique dish was the Tiramisu French Toast. With all the Oreo topping, it tasted more like a cookies and cream dessert than a tiramisu. I would pick a different sweet item if I were to return. It's nice to have more asian fusion brunch in this part of the bay. While the prices are quite high compared to the quality of the food, I would be willing to return and try some of their other dishes.

    CHICKEN & WAFFLE
    Mari M.

Okay- so we had to visit both locations in one week. The waitress at the Pleasanton location happened to be working at the Livermore location--and she remembered us. I hope she remembered us for good reasons! We ordered the omurice and chicken and waffle breakfasts. The Thai part of the fusion brunch wasn't immediately obvious to us--but the food looked and tasted good. I ordered my 1-year-old kid the fresh fruit side. She did not care for it and preferred my omurice plate. We went on a Tuesday morning. It was quite slow. Our food took some time to come out. Reading the reviews, I can understand some of the frustrations. I experienced a similar level of service, but it didn't bother me. They were accommodating with each of my requests. Would definitely come back if I'm in the area.

    Cute waiting area

I'm not sure why but Time Thai is slowly going downhill. I have tried supporting this small business since their soft opening last year. Service was almost non-existent when we came here for Easter Brunch. The staff did not come check up on us once to refill our waters, see if we needed any utensils or napkins or to even let us know that our food was on the way. The strangest part was everyone's dish trickled out slowly. My hunch is that the tip is automatically included for large parties and they didn't really care. I will return because the food is, for the most part, excellent but will most likely order take-out.

    Beef noodles

I really wanted to love this place, but the food was just not it. Out of our spread we enjoyed the beef noodle soup the most, especially when you add the jalapeno peppers to it. The beef salad was our least favorite, the meat was too cooked over drenched in sauce. Overall cute little spot, the staff catered to our large party.

Service was great, and quick. We came in about an hour before closing, and the food came in really quick. The whole place looked so nice, and the staff were very friendly. I ordered the chicken and waffles. My husband ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and my daughter ordered the beck plate (fried chicken drizzled with some sweet and sour sauce, served with egg and rice). I'm very picky with my "breaded chicken", because most of the time when you order from other places, you get more breading than the chicken, and the whole thing is just bland..but ALL our orders from this place were so good and flavorful!! So funny how I frequent this shopping center but never thought about trying this place until recently..and I'm really glad we did. Can't wait to order, and try the rest of the menu and I really wish I had room for some dessert. We will definitely be back!!

The dinners are always particularly outstanding, the service is extremely attentive in a very gentle and earnest way you only get from a close-knit family business, and the food is just consistently good. Tonight we went with my father in law who is in town visiting - who asked to come back (he went here with us before), and he got the steak again. I got the wagyu burger (I said yes to bacon!) and my stepdaughter got the smash burger, and we both basically polished them off. Instead of a fries I got a side salad - which wasn't an afterthought either - crisp spring mix lettuce, tomatoes, etc - everything seemed farm fresh. Got a "calamary" for the table and it was outstanding - this was some of the most succulent squid I have had in a long time, the breading was light and delicate, and the aioli was just perfect. We splurged for dessert, why not (pictured a few here). Dad ordered the molten chocolate cake, stepdaughter ordered the limoncello cake, wife ordered the affogato (not my thing, but she loves 'em) and I had the apple tart, and we shared them all. Although it was a close call, I think the limoncello cake was the best, and all of these desserts look like they were prepared by Michelin chefs. Polo's Corner is very unassuming - it's set in a somewhat out of the way spot near the Lucky's on Portola Avenue - easy to miss. It really deserves to be on First Street - this is a heavy hitter!
