I looked through a lot of clothes, but unfortunately, I didn't find anything I liked that day, so I didn't end up buying anything. Even so, it was a fun and enjoyable shopping time with my mom. cf) The On sneakers normally cost around $200 - $300, so it was great that she was able to get them for about half the price at Nordstrom Rack.

There are so many beautiful models, colors, and quality fabrics to choose from. I especially like the dresses here -- the styles are very trendy and elegant. What I didn't like was the long line at the checkout, although there were already four cashiers working, which helped move things faster. There was also a big line for the fitting rooms. However, the staff handled the situation professionally: they called another employee to help organize people for the fitting rooms while the first employee was busy giving out online orders. I also think the store could really benefit from having self-checkout or express checkout lanes. Some customers have carts full of items, while others are waiting in the same line with only one or two things to buy, which makes the wait feel longer. Overall, I left satisfied with my shopping experience. The prices are above average, so I don't come here very often because of that. But I always check the sale sections, and that's where I usually find beautiful dresses for myself. The store also has a great selection of men's clothing. Overall, a stylish store with a wide variety of options and helpful staff.

Secondly, the waist for my blazer was too large. I asked the manager if I could get a size smaller in the waist and she said "it's a rental, its meant to fit most people. This is unacceptable because I paid $230 for a rental and this large corporation cannot provide me a suit that can fit my body as they advertised in the standard Navy Blue color? I had to go down stairs and find another rental days before my wedding and thankfully rented a perfect well fitted suit at Tuxedo Junction which the man was very professional and saved me for only $198. The lady originally working the fitting rooms told my wife and me I could go back to help her, since she's newly pregnant and looking for some pants to accommodate her as she continues through the process. She had many options to try on, so I went in and waited as she tried on each. So far so good. A few more people came in to the fitting room area, found some rooms for themselves, and all was well. After a few minutes, it seemed like the shift for who was working the fitting room had changed, and another lady came in to the area I was waiting. I had made no noise or issues, but the woman told me that I absolutely must leave the area, and that "There are many women changing in here, so you must leave immediately. Sir, you CANNOT STAY HERE." She got progressively louder and more aggressive. I told her I was here to support my pregnant wife, and was trying to not make her walk back and forth 50 feet each direction each time she tried something on, and she told me she didn't care and that I must leave. I cannot say when the last time was that I was accosted so heavily, and for no apparent reason. I was made to feel like a pervert/creep by this woman, despite having done nothing, and having been told by the previous employee that it was fine that I was there. Far be it from me to criticize someone working in customer service/retail, but I've had some of those same jobs, and I could have handled that situation in 15 better ways than she did. Unfortunately she had a large mass on her toe which prevented her from being able to walk without a boot, which after months leads to body pain throughout. Her poor foot and ankle always hurt, and swelled up real bad. She had pain throughout her body from the imbalance and reliance on crutches. I didn't think we could find a pair of hokas that would fit, and even better actually heal her feet. Then we came in and met Dan, the kindest most knowledgeable specialist we could have hoped for. He was patient and supportive at every step, through mama's laser measurements- which are amazing and they email them to you if requested. Then he began the work, we tried 4 great recommendations but alas none fit, all too tight around the ankle. But Dan wasn't done, he looked at the measurements and put in an order for a men's size in extra wide trusting it would fit- and if they didn't we could exchange within 30days. Four days later, my mom put on her first pair of shoes that fit in over a year. Im in tears of thanksgiving. To see her walking in a new pair of hokas, with proper balance and arch support. She's so excited and we are forever grateful. Also, they didn't try to sell me the most expensive pair, they had an awesome shoe that was less than what I expected!
