I looked through a lot of clothes, but unfortunately, I didn't find anything I liked that day, so I didn't end up buying anything. Even so, it was a fun and enjoyable shopping time with my mom. cf) The On sneakers normally cost around $200 - $300, so it was great that she was able to get them for about half the price at Nordstrom Rack.

What I didn't like was the long line at the checkout, although there were already four cashiers working, which helped move things faster. There was also a big line for the fitting rooms. However, the staff handled the situation professionally: they called another employee to help organize people for the fitting rooms while the first employee was busy giving out online orders. I also think the store could really benefit from having self-checkout or express checkout lanes. Some customers have carts full of items, while others are waiting in the same line with only one or two things to buy, which makes the wait feel longer. Overall, I left satisfied with my shopping experience. The prices are above average, so I don't come here very often because of that. But I always check the sale sections, and that's where I usually find beautiful dresses for myself. The store also has a great selection of men's clothing. Overall, a stylish store with a wide variety of options and helpful staff.

The lady originally working the fitting rooms told my wife and me I could go back to help her, since she's newly pregnant and looking for some pants to accommodate her as she continues through the process. She had many options to try on, so I went in and waited as she tried on each. So far so good. A few more people came in to the fitting room area, found some rooms for themselves, and all was well. After a few minutes, it seemed like the shift for who was working the fitting room had changed, and another lady came in to the area I was waiting. I had made no noise or issues, but the woman told me that I absolutely must leave the area, and that "There are many women changing in here, so you must leave immediately. Sir, you CANNOT STAY HERE." She got progressively louder and more aggressive. I told her I was here to support my pregnant wife, and was trying to not make her walk back and forth 50 feet each direction each time she tried something on, and she told me she didn't care and that I must leave. I cannot say when the last time was that I was accosted so heavily, and for no apparent reason. I was made to feel like a pervert/creep by this woman, despite having done nothing, and having been told by the previous employee that it was fine that I was there. Far be it from me to criticize someone working in customer service/retail, but I've had some of those same jobs, and I could have handled that situation in 15 better ways than she did. It made me feel terrible for even being there to help my wife, and for spending money in the store. I won't be making that mistake again.

I took my first class last October, which was taught by Anjie, the name of the class is Terrortwist. Picture yourself being transported into a quirky b horror movie with killer music ranging from Rocky horror picture show to the Goosebumps theme. The best part is that there are various scenes from different classic horror, movies playing in the background while you work out. Another great class to take is with one of the co-owners Vanessa and her classes called, Slashercize. In this class, you have to use prop plastic knives and a toy chainsaw which actually works believe it or not you get a good sweat and again another great energy class who needed you to get an ab workout pretending to stab a killer. Another class that I've also taken it and really enjoy is called Death by Dawn, taught my coach Dawn herself. She incorporates various functional training moves using the 35 lbs kettle bells which are shaped like skulls, light dumbbells ranging from 2 lbs to 10 lbs and resistance bands. The class structure is similar to a hit class, but again there are various themes. She's currently teaching a Jaws themed class for the summer which is super fun. I purchased a 20 class pack which is completely worth it. Oh an extra perk is that street parking up front is ample on any day of the week. If you are still not sure, know that there classes are also on Classpass. They also have punchcards, which get you a free class once filled. Totally worth it! Also great for all fitness levels, ages and genders. I encourage you to to dressed with colors that pop out in black light.
