I ordered a brown sugar boba milk with cream moose. First of all, it's great. It tastes delicious. The brown sugar is rich. The bobas are very chewy. Their textures are spot-on. For me, it's not too sweet or too bland. The store is clean. Luckily I don't have to wait a long line (I waited less than 10 minutes). However, one thing I gotta say is there's too much ice. I don't expect them to give me THAT MUCH ice so I didn't tell them to reduce them. Next time, when you're ordering, make sure you're telling them to give you less ice. read more

There's been so much hype about Tiger Sugar, I was a little hesitant to go at first because I didn't want to wait in line either. I'm glad I finally went (their new Brooklyn location at 2pm during a workday wasn't too bad of a line) because it was delicious!! Super fast and efficient service. You can order through an app, kiosk or face-to-face but that option is cash only. I got a oolong with cheese topping. It definitely taste better in Japan but this version was pretty tasty. The tea definitely needs to be stronger and the cheese was a little too salty (but with a stronger tea that wouldn't matter at all). Got their signature Brown Sugar Boba & Pearl w/ Cream Mousse. I personally still prefer YiFang's Brown Sugar Pearl Latte as the taste and aroma of the brown sugar is more pronounced. Tiger Sugar's drink looks nicer before shaking it up and YiFang's drink tastes better. The wait was ~40 minutes on a rainy Labor Day. The drink itself was pretty good, worth queueing up for a try. Honestly the best brown sugar bubble tea I've had in my life. The first sip blew me away with the brown sugar flavor gushing in my mouth instantly. It was worth the 30 minute wait when I went. I tried Yi-fang and The Alley brown sugar boba and they both do not compare to Tiger Sugar! Only downside is that they put too much ice and i finished my drink in literally 5 minutes (ice is non-adjustable) and the drinks only come in one size... I was walking home and passed by tiger sugar, surprisingly the line was short , so i got the signature tea with the pearls . Tea was amazingly good , you can taste the richness of the cream and yet you could still taste the tea . I am pretty sure i will buy tiger tea again only if there is no long line . read more

This cute store has made many accommodations for COVID and looks very clean. The staff is nice and accommodating. I only rated it a 4 star because it was kind of hard to order on the kiosk and you could not make any accommodations on the drinks (at least the ones that I got). I usually get 50% sugar but I couldn't this time and it was WAY TOO sweet for my liking. It was more like melted ice cream than milk tea. read more

When I see a long line at tiger sugar I know that the wait is generally not bad which is impressive for the volume they get on their daily basis. Tiger Sugar sells coffee now!!! I am so so so so excited! I usually get the brown sugar tea lattes and those are my favorite. I am not a fan of the regular brown sugar with milk. I am so excited Tiger Sugar expanded their menu and you can now get the brown sugar coffee with either boba, pears or tiger jelly. If you are a coffee lover and want to try something new, try their new coffee flavor. The coffee taste is strong, which I loved, so make sure you like coffee. It has that nice bitter coffee taste and it goes so well with the brown sugar. I also got mine with the tiger jelly which was a nice change from the boba. I wish Tiger Sugar would start a loyalty program. I come here so much so it would be nice to get rewarded. read more

Pretty good milk tea. Had to wait in a pretty long line thou. The pearls were much better than normal boba as they were smaller and more jelly like instead of hard and chewy. In my opinion, the drink was too sweet but the brown sugar gave it a unique taste almost like that of cookie butter. I remember when this first store first opening, there are a long line in 8 ave brooklyn. That time my friend told me how tiger sugar is so famous in flushing and there is always a long line, so they made opening in brooklyn. When I pass by, the line was too long and I heard that it might needed an hour and more in order to get a drink. That time I was concern how good this was that many people are willing to wait in line to buy it. I dont like waiting in line for just beverages, so I waited few weeks, assuming there wont be huge line like the time of the openning. There is still a line but not huge, so I went in and tried. Surprisinly this beverages is so good! I have order thier special called brown sugar boba with cream something and tried! It is amazing! The sweetness of the tea is not what I expected, because i thought it will be craziness sweet. Well it is pretty sweet but the sweet taste so different,(which is not sweetness overload) just like different kind of sweetness like cooked brown sugar and and whipped cream, but not mixed sweet. I can really taste the sweetness layer by layer, which it is fantastic. Maximum order quantities is 6, which I assume just given equal opportunity for everyone who is in line to get them. It took 25min of line, alot shorter than the time of openning, but it is worth it. Great beverage I have. read more

Definitely get the popular brown sugar drink. It is pretty sweet so think of it as a dessert. The bubbles come with regular and small size which to me tastes like grass jelly. Line is ridiculous so if you want to try, you can wait till the hype dies down. Next time i would try it with tea. I don't think their popular drink comes with any tea at all. read more

If you're in the area and have time to spare, I highly recommend. My friend and I saw a 'short' line and we hopped on, but we still ended up waiting for at least 30-45 minutes. We both ordered the Brown Sugar Pearl Milk with Cream Mousse because they ran out of Boba by the time we got there. Definitely wasn't disappointed because I'd always prefer mini pearls. Remember to shake at least 15 times before drinking so the drink is evenly mixed. I love the creaminess of the milk and the texture of the pearls. Stumbled across this location when I went to my doctor's new office and I had been wanting to try it out. Didn't think twice about it when the line looked shorter than I've heard it could get (wrapped around the block type) so I went in and purchased the popular drink with mixed mini and regular sized bobas and a green tea with foam cream one. I didn't even get a chance to try either one immediately because my plan was to go to hot pot before stumbling across this place. Let me say this.. usually bobas change texture after a few hours mixed in tea. These ones didn't. At least not as much as most others I've had in the past. That was a great. I enjoyed the green tea flavored better as i found it to not be as sweet but you definitely taste the difference between the two and the brown sugar definitely makes a difference. I have already reviewed this spot from the flushing location and I am extremely excited about this new opening. No need to commute two hours for amazing brown sugar boba! It was so good that I had to line up twice today for an extra cup. The wait was about an hour long, but the boba w/ cream mousse made the wait entirely worth it. It's truly a unique taste that I have never tried before, especially since other brown sugar boba tastes like regular milk. This drink is a lot more creamier and sweeter-- it tastes very similar to an ice-cream dessert, but in a form of a drink. Bubbles are being cooked constantly so they are always fresh and soft I love the energy from the male cashier when I came in at around 6pm today. I would never have so much energy with a constant flow of customers lined up down the street. Will be coming back!!! I went in the morning right when it opened so I didn't wait hours like many other people. The bubble tea didn't exactly blow my mind but I can taste how it is different from other places. I think it's better than Yifang and the bubbles are very chewy, which I appreciate. I do think it's expensive for the amount you get-- from what I see, there's only one size. However, it probably goes towards the amount of labor needed to cater to the high demand. I come and get if it's a special occasion but not on a regular basis because my wallet can't handle the damage. It's really odd how the bubble tea doesn't WOW you but sometimes you start to crave it. For now, I'd stick to other local bubble tea businesses because it's cheaper... But, go support your local businesses! read more
