Great bubble tea! Their classic is amazing. I would definitely come back here again. I can understand why people would wait on long lines for their drinks. You get served pretty quickly and the drinks were delicious read more

Tiger Sugar - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Brooklyn, New York

I ordered a brown sugar boba milk with cream moose. First of all, it's great. It tastes delicious. The brown sugar is rich. The bobas are very chewy. Their textures are spot-on. For me, it's not too sweet or too bland. The store is clean. Luckily I don't have to wait a long line (I waited less than 10 minutes). However, one thing I gotta say is there's too much ice. I don't expect them to give me THAT MUCH ice so I didn't tell them to reduce them. Next time, when you're ordering, make sure you're telling them to give you less ice. read more

There's been so much hype about Tiger Sugar, I was a little hesitant to go at first because I didn't want to wait in line either. I'm glad I finally went (their new Brooklyn location at 2pm during a workday wasn't too bad of a line) because it was delicious!! People usually order 6 - the max limit - and freeze a few so they don't have to come back and wait in line again. The tapioca is cooked to perfection and the sweetness is not overbearing. read more

Tiger Sugar - B - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Brooklyn, New York

Got their signature Brown Sugar Boba & Pearl w/ Cream Mousse. I personally still prefer YiFang's Brown Sugar Pearl Latte as the taste and aroma of the brown sugar is more pronounced. Tiger Sugar's drink looks nicer before shaking it up and YiFang's drink tastes better. The wait was ~40 minutes on a rainy Labor Day. The drink itself was pretty good, worth queueing up for a try. Would I do it again? Most likely not as YiFang is just down the block with a 10 min wait. read more

Honestly the best brown sugar bubble tea I've had in my life. The first sip blew me away with the brown sugar flavor gushing in my mouth instantly. It was worth the 30 minute wait when I went. I tried Yi-fang and The Alley brown sugar boba and they both do not compare to Tiger Sugar! Only downside is that they put too much ice and i finished my drink in literally 5 minutes (ice is non-adjustable) and the drinks only come in one size... I wish they had a large size cause I need more! read more

I waited 40mins on this brown sugar bubble tea! The waiting time was not a fun experience. I went on a Friday mid-afternoon, thinking it would be quick since it didn't wrap around the corner but still a line even when you get in the door!! Everyone is jumping on the bandwagon to try this place out. I got the first drink on the list-the one with the cream. I felt like the tea did not have much tea flavor. The bubbles had a herbal taste. Overall, I would not wait another 40mins to drink this again! read more

I was walking home and passed by tiger sugar, surprisingly the line was short , so i got the signature tea with the pearls . Tea was amazingly good , you can taste the richness of the cream and yet you could still taste the tea . I am pretty sure i will buy tiger tea again only if there is no long line . read more

FYI: They accept credit cards! First time trying this spot. Joined the hypetrain and I get it. It's stupid good. Came around 3pm on a weekday and there was still a short 10-15min wait. Get the brown sugar boba milk with cream mousse or the version with the small pearls and boba mixed. read more

This cute store has made many accommodations for COVID and looks very clean. The staff is nice and accommodating. I only rated it a 4 star because it was kind of hard to order on the kiosk and you could not make any accommodations on the drinks (at least the ones that I got). I usually get 50% sugar but I couldn't this time and it was WAY TOO sweet for my liking. It was more like melted ice cream than milk tea. read more

Grand opening was today so there was a line which took about one hour to get inside. The brown sugar milk tea cost about $5.50 each which is a reasonable price for a hyped drink. I live near the Bay Ridge area so it is very convenient that Tiger Sugar opened close-by. This place is definitely worth checking out. read more

Love the convenience of quick, clean and easy service and that's important to me for a bobba spot. When I see a long line at tiger sugar I know that the wait is generally not bad which is impressive for the volume they get on their daily basis. Also love that I have access to them on most delivery platforms. Oh and their drinks are delicious. My go to is brown sugar milk with pearls and cream foam. read more

Tiger Sugar - Brown Sugar with boba + pearl with cream mousse x2 Brown Sugar boba black tea latte with cream mousse - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Brooklyn, New York

Tiger Sugar sells coffee now!!! I am so so so so excited! I usually get the brown sugar tea lattes and those are my favorite. I am not a fan of the regular brown sugar with milk. I am so excited Tiger Sugar expanded their menu and you can now get the brown sugar coffee with either boba, pears or tiger jelly. If you are a coffee lover and want to try something new, try their new coffee flavor. The coffee taste is strong, which I loved, so make sure you like coffee. It has that nice bitter coffee taste and it goes so well with the brown sugar. I also got mine with the tiger jelly which was a nice change from the boba. I wish Tiger Sugar would start a loyalty program. I come here so much so it would be nice to get rewarded. read more

Best brown sugar bubble tea ever, if that's your thing. And if it ain't, then make it your thing.

0 stars is what this place deserves. I waited 1+ hour on line for their signature drinker expecting to be blown away. I had to throw it out after one sip because it was so bad. Almost no taste to it. Save your time and money and go down the block to Yi fang for a better drink. read more

I went on the other day and it i got it real fast! Love the drink even though it's sweet but definitely suggest this shop!

Eh nothing too special. Expensive and small cup. Please don't wait in line for this.

I honestly am not being a downer but what the hell is all this hype about??? I finally tried it and..... it taste like MILK AND BOBA. Bubbles were mushy and so sweet I have no idea what the hype is about but won't be buying from here again .. can't even say less sweet cause it's just the boba that's sweet. Dear lord I ain't believing these hypes no more. read more

Pretty good milk tea. Had to wait in a pretty long line thou. The pearls were much better than normal boba as they were smaller and more jelly like instead of hard and chewy. In my opinion, the drink was too sweet but the brown sugar gave it a unique taste almost like that of cookie butter. Probably not gonna get it again because of the higher than average price and lines. read more

I remember when this first store first opening, there are a long line in 8 ave brooklyn. That time my friend told me how tiger sugar is so famous in flushing and there is always a long line, so they made opening in brooklyn. When I pass by, the line was too long and I heard that it might needed an hour and more in order to get a drink. That time I was concern how good this was that many people are willing to wait in line to buy it. I dont like waiting in line for just beverages, so I waited few weeks, assuming there wont be huge line like the time of the openning. There is still a line but not huge, so I went in and tried. Surprisinly this beverages is so good! I have order thier special called brown sugar boba with cream something and tried! It is amazing! The sweetness of the tea is not what I expected, because i thought it will be craziness sweet. Well it is pretty sweet but the sweet taste so different,(which is not sweetness overload) just like different kind of sweetness like cooked brown sugar and and whipped cream, but not mixed sweet. I can really taste the sweetness layer by layer, which it is fantastic. Maximum order quantities is 6, which I assume just given equal opportunity for everyone who is in line to get them. It took 25min of line, alot shorter than the time of openning, but it is worth it. Great beverage I have. read more

I go here like 2+ times a week. Hands down my favorite brown sugar spot. I've also tried the shop in Chinatown but the 3 times I got it there, they were overly sweet. The 8Ave location does it right tho read more

It's always been my favorite go-to brown sugar, but i wish they could actually provide a bitttt more brown sugar in my opinion.. sometimes it gets all blended up with milk and the flavor of brown sugar is not so prominent anymore. read more

Definitely get the popular brown sugar drink. It is pretty sweet so think of it as a dessert. The bubbles come with regular and small size which to me tastes like grass jelly. Line is ridiculous so if you want to try, you can wait till the hype dies down. Next time i would try it with tea. I don't think their popular drink comes with any tea at all. read more

I was super excited to try Tiger Sugar because of all the hype. I love the texture of the bubbles, they were better than most places. I'm not sure if you can adjust the sugar level at this place but I got the regular and it's too sweet for me. But overall, it was pretty good. read more

good service. I'm writing this while COVID-19 is pretty severe here in NY. you go into the store and self order on a screen. you pay with card, idk if they accept cash during this time but I only saw a card scanner next to the screen. I ordered about 7 drinks and it was given to me less than 10 minutes later. the drinks are good, but they're overhyped. read more

I ordered their signatures at 2pm today and I guess I didn't drink it in time, the bubble was a little hard after 4pm. The cashier told me to drink it within 2 hours but I didn't because I was a little busy but the drinks are still great. The customer service is really good and the cashier was really sweet! I feel very welcomed! Definitely recommend this place read more

It's better than other bubble tea but DEFINITELY not worth the line. I'd take a coco.

It's a bit overrated, not saying that they aren't good but they aren't mind blowing enough for the hype when they first opened. Thank god the hype die down and if/when I have a craving, it's much more easy to get one. read more

If you're in the area and have time to spare, I highly recommend. My friend and I saw a 'short' line and we hopped on, but we still ended up waiting for at least 30-45 minutes. We both ordered the Brown Sugar Pearl Milk with Cream Mousse because they ran out of Boba by the time we got there. Definitely wasn't disappointed because I'd always prefer mini pearls. Remember to shake at least 15 times before drinking so the drink is evenly mixed. I love the creaminess of the milk and the texture of the pearls. Honestly the only downside is the waiting time, but if the weather isn't too bad and have companion it isn't too bad. read more

After trying the Tiger Sugar in Flushing, I wasn't in a rush to try this until the line dies down. It was a bit confusing ordering since there was to sign telling you which line was to order and which line was to wait for your drink. Overall, the drink is similar to the one at Flushing. read more

Stumbled across this location when I went to my doctor's new office and I had been wanting to try it out. Didn't think twice about it when the line looked shorter than I've heard it could get (wrapped around the block type) so I went in and purchased the popular drink with mixed mini and regular sized bobas and a green tea with foam cream one. I didn't even get a chance to try either one immediately because my plan was to go to hot pot before stumbling across this place. Let me say this.. usually bobas change texture after a few hours mixed in tea. These ones didn't. At least not as much as most others I've had in the past. That was a great. I enjoyed the green tea flavored better as i found it to not be as sweet but you definitely taste the difference between the two and the brown sugar definitely makes a difference. I had the 2 teas about 2 hours apart and I wish I'd gotten more lol. The location is a bit far from me but I will definitely be going back. read more

I have already reviewed this spot from the flushing location and I am extremely excited about this new opening. No need to commute two hours for amazing brown sugar boba! It was so good that I had to line up twice today for an extra cup. The wait was about an hour long, but the boba w/ cream mousse made the wait entirely worth it. It's truly a unique taste that I have never tried before, especially since other brown sugar boba tastes like regular milk. This drink is a lot more creamier and sweeter-- it tastes very similar to an ice-cream dessert, but in a form of a drink. Bubbles are being cooked constantly so they are always fresh and soft I love the energy from the male cashier when I came in at around 6pm today. I would never have so much energy with a constant flow of customers lined up down the street. Will be coming back!!! Bring cash with you because their machine was broken today on their opening day. read more

I went in the morning right when it opened so I didn't wait hours like many other people. The bubble tea didn't exactly blow my mind but I can taste how it is different from other places. I think it's better than Yifang and the bubbles are very chewy, which I appreciate. I do think it's expensive for the amount you get-- from what I see, there's only one size. However, it probably goes towards the amount of labor needed to cater to the high demand. I come and get if it's a special occasion but not on a regular basis because my wallet can't handle the damage. It's really odd how the bubble tea doesn't WOW you but sometimes you start to crave it. For now, I'd stick to other local bubble tea businesses because it's cheaper... But, go support your local businesses! read more

Same as the one at Flushing. Yummy and creamy. The best thing I like at this location is shorter line!
