This review is solely for their oolong peach mochi. It all started when one coworker brought it in to share which got another coworker addicted to the mochi. It's a pink, jiggly mochi shaped as a peach! Inside has a cream filling and I think pieces of peach. I was too busy gobbling it up to really examine the insides of the mochi. The mochi is incredibly soft to the touch. I tried fresh and overnight after being in the fridge, and honestly it was still so soft and delicious. This place is okay, local neighborhood dessert spot. Nothing amazing and on the higher end of things. Please note that there is a minimum $10 spending for credit card. I wasn't a fan of their tiramius. As someone who loves tiramisu I didn't appreciate the mousse layer in between I felt like If it didn't have that layer it could have been a 9.5 but with that layer it was more of a 4.5. My friend and I had spent the day over in industry city and had a taste for something sweet when she saw there was a mango mango in the area. That's where we went The staff was friendly. The music was great and the space itself was super cute.. I went for the creme brulee crepe cake and it was fantastic. The top was not as crisp as a regular type, but it had a little bit of crispness. I also got a scoop of the mango ice cream, which was outstanding and I would get over and over again. Came here on a Saturday night with some friends and we were able get a table quickly even though the place was pretty busy. The interior is super cute and modern. I did want to note that the cashiers/waitresses were not welcoming. I think I can chock it up to a long day or people not tipping. My only other complaint is that they serve super hot water in plastic cups...that doesn't seem very safe to me since the plastic seemed like it was almost melting from how hot the water was (they bring everyone hot water once you sit). The dessert was pretty good but I would most recommend the waffle ice cream sandwich because the waffle was warm and crispy and paired perfectly with the creamy ice cream. Mango Mango still hits after not having it in a while. There's not many dessert spots around Brooklyn's Chinatown, so It's good Mango Mango still stands and is open when most restaurants are closing. The service was great, offering us water as soon we sit down. The Pink Peach Lychee Cake ($8.75) caught my friend's eye from the pictures, but not anymore after seeing it in person. The cake tasted like something from Sugar Miss, another store nearby, with an emphasis on the tart cream. I appreciate the new cakes but I would say play safe and still get their crepe cakes/their classic sagos. The Strawberry Mango Juice Sago & Lychee Jelly w. Mango Ice Cream ($8.25) was delicious! I need their mango ice cream to-go, as it had such a fragrant mango flavor that goes along with the jellies and mango juice. The mangoes unfortunately must not be in season as they were sour. That explains why the Mango Mille Crepe Cake ($8.75) was also very tart. At least we know they're using real mangoes! I was surprised at how long the crepe cake was rather than tall. Nonetheless, this was a very solid creamy cake. The worker was nice to recommend us a tea, but I wish we didn't listen as the Rose Peach Oolong Tea Pot ($10.49) was not our style. It was fruity tasting and on the sour sweet side if that's your cup of tea. I love the new teapot menu addition though, and the cups and pot were nicely sized and so cute! It was small, but a crowd were looking thoroughly at the fresh fruits. I was curious and took a look closer. Thai fruits were available also. One is Durian, a delectable fruit that you can try. Mangosteen and lychee were abundant too. We finally headed gingerly for Mango Mango Desserts. Once we'd reached there, I've found the front of the store to be quite impressive. With bright window frame and the word Mango Mango at the top was beautiful.We went inside and took a seat at the sofa, which consist of the cushioned back and seats, along with a cushioned chairs across from it. The place was not big, but it accommodates many customers. There were two families there, enjoying the desserts. It's nice to see other countries there too. The Mango Desserts came. I've never seen this before. Two yellow Round balls filled with whipped cream and small cubed sweet mangos in the bottom, was cut in half with a spoon and eaten deliciously with delight. The combination of Mango cubes with tapioca and mango ice cream was soft and melt-in your mouth, so yummy, in the glass bowl. We've enjoy every bit of it. Over all, this combination Desserts was not too sweet and blended very well together. The bill was paid and we thanked my son. When we were leaving, a crowd of customers came in. This is my first time ordering from this location and I was really disappointed. I ordered 3 cakes to share - Pink Peach Lychee Cake, Matcha Herbal Jello Cake, Earl Grey Lavender Chestnut Cake. Peach Lychee Cake: This came frozen and it was difficult to cut the cake with the fork for that reason. I can faintly taste the peach, but not so much the lychee. Matcha Herbal Jello Cake: This is probably the best one out of the three. I think the jelly was a unique touch and I did like tiny bits of crunch (possibly chocolate?) in there. Earl Grey Lavender Chestnut Cake: Unfortunately, the texture of this cake tastes and looks like the toast I had for breakfast.
