I have many Tiffany products, from silver to gold to platinum to diamonds... so, I legit could give this location its well deserved 1 star. I have also visited many stores and have purchased from different sales reps, including my engagement ring. I have a diamond band where one of the stones happened to break, then after paying to get it replaced, one of the stones actually fell out of the setting (two weeks after getting it checked and cleaned!) and was still asked to pay for the replacement. Now.... I don't mind paying to get my ring fixed; however, as a loyal customer or even if I were a first time customer, I should not be made to feel like it was solely my fault for the ring's defect. The tone and demeanor in which I was spoken to from the male sales rep at this location was ridiculously unacceptable. Then he tried handing me his business card for future inquiries. NO, thank you, jerk. Tiffany advertises stacking rings and everyday wear accessibility with their jewelry yet it's my fault for just wearing the ring? All the sales rep had to do was apologize and somehow even pretentiously act like after this "fix" they would ensure the ring would be better... and that would have been called good customer service. I'm sorry. We have purchased many items from this Tiffany's store, but this last time was the end. We bought a necklace that turned after wearing it for 2 hours. We went in to return/exchange it on a few days after we bought it and they would not do it. They told me it was a 100% satisfaction! So, we have decided to tell all that the quality we purchased there was horrible, and they did not back it up. Their "Team Manager" Jaclyn Scurto was also very rude and had no intension to help. You could tell by her manorisms that she was determined to win. Not to listen or help. I felt like she was trying to set an example for her "Team" that she was strong, and she was right. After I made my final decision on where to place my Horseshoe charm, they take a photo image of what you brought in so there can't be any " Where's my blah, blah and blah"? they also print out exactly what you brought in and what you are adding and require your signature ( so please read details before signing). She let me know when it would be ready for pick up and they would call me as well. I told her how lovely her service was compared to the Glendale store and she inquired about it and I explained the rude & stereotyped service that we received there she also explained unfortunately they don't have a customer service department there and that location was more to try on items and see what Tiffany merchandise offers and for purchases only... made sense to me, but still I don't excuse them for the horrible treatment I received there ( refer to my Tiffany's Glendale Location Review) As we left the same security guard greeted us with a smile and open the door for me. I will first start by saying I am a manager in the retail industry, so I can identify exceptional customer service and associate, and that is Nohely. She is everything I expect from my own associates. Now, onto me. Yes, I work in retail, so I know how difficult the month of December is as the foot traffic is crazy in the stores and customers aren't always patient; especially on December 24th, Christmas Eve, which brings me to my experience and pleasure of speaking to Nohely. Earlier in the month I had taken my jewelry in to be cleaned and polished, and I was missing one bracelet when I got them back. I didn't think anything of it, because I also had repairs, and I assumed it was in that set for me to pick up another day. By Christmas Eve I realized it wasn't in the repair set, so I called the store and spoke to Nohely, who was so kind and helpful to ease my stress of possibly losing my precious bracelet. She took the time to investigating the situation and assured me not to worry, because she was going to make sure to find it for me no matter what. Bear in mind, this is Christmas Eve, so the stores are extra busy with last minute shoppers, and as a person in retail I know commission is most imperative on a day like that, but that wasn't the concern for Nohely, her concern was in helping me find my missing item and easing my stress. With her inquisitive investigative skills, exceptional care of her customer, she successfully found my missing bracelet and advised me on what to do next since it wasn't cleaned or polished with the rest of my items. So, i came across a neck with a blue heart charm in the middle, it caught my attention, i asked to see it. He had brought it out for me. Again, I had asked how much is this necklace and charm together. He said, its $150.00. Wait, how come it less than the flip flop charm, he replied maybe because it new to the collections. I really think it depends on who is working at the time you come here. I've been here twice and had two completely different experiences. Both times, I was dressed casually (but not sloppy) and came with something specific in mind. The first time, was not great. The woman helping me looked me up and down, was uninterested in what I was shopping for and didn't really try to help me find what I wanted. I felt really judged, but she put on a huge smile once I decided to buy something that was more expensive. In the end, she was still pretty dismissive and I even considered going to another Tiffany's that's out of the way for me to avoid a repeat experience. I decided to give this store another shot and the second experience was perfect. I had so much fun chatting with Jessica Comorre. I did not feel judged at all and she made me feel like my purchase was special. She asked me a few questions to see if they could find what I was looking for and really dug around the drawers to find something I would love. She offered to steam clean what I bought and told me about Tiffany's services. She really turned my perception of this store from negative to positive. Stopped in Saturday afternoon to drop off my necklace for cleaning (complimentary). I was very confused since the first time I took my necklace to get cleaned a few months prior was during my tip to Hawaii. The Tiffany & Co in Oahu quickly cleaned my necklace and gave it back within 10 minutes. However, it appears normal procedures at most Tiffany & Co is to drop off and pick it up in 24 hours. BEWARE OF DISCRIMINATION IF AFRICAN AMERICAN!!! Visited this store after having a lovely brunch for my birthday with a friend. When we walked in no one greeted us. People were being helped and 3 sales associates were standing off to the side. We walked around the store twice before my friend got the attention of a salesman. She asked where the charms were located and he stated the charms were in a box in a case behind the counter and proceeded to pull them out. He then stated he was going to have STEPHANIE show us which then he handed her the box. When STEPHANIE walked over she then said " How can I help you?" (which she already knew) in a rude manner. STEPHANIE AGAIN smirked and rudely said " they haven't been on display for over two years , there going a different direction." My husband and my cousin spent over 10k here in February 2020 and bought multiple items. They got me a necklace for my birthday (late February 2020). Unfortunately, I didn't like the design and wanted to exchange it for something else. BUT the pandemic happened and all the stores were mandated to shut down for months. Therefore, I called in May 2020 to inquire about my exchange and a Tiffany representative advised me they were still closed and told me that they can do the refund/exchange for me once they opened and not worry about the quarantine. So I waited 2 weeks for things can calm down and called in June 2020. At this time, they only took appointments and not walk-ins. i couldn't book an appointment because they were completely booked and advised to do walk-in in a week or so. Unfortunately, our family got exposed to covid in July / August 2020 and we had to stay quarantined (per the CDC and Los Angeles county). When we finally cleared from covid in September, so I finally went to the store to do my exchange. The store clerk looked at the receipt and told us that she couldn't do the exchange because it's store policy. I told her the situation about covid ( I even have proof). She looked at me dead in the face and said no. I was so heart broken and was like WOW. She didn't check with anyone, ie. Store manager or corporate. She couldn't ask her manager- talk about going above and beyond (great customer service). They can easily take 10k and kiss our asses, but they will NOT honor an (1) exchange because it was past the 60 days. Regardless of covid situations or your medical issues - They don't care about you and your family, they only want your $$$$. I do NOT recommend this experience for anyone. Came here to purchase a simple necklace for casual everyday wear. My friend and I were greeted by a friendly man who looked like the security. As we walked further into the store and looked around, no one in the second room acknowledge us. So we stood there for a minute after looking at a few items and finally asked the sales person who was helping another person if he can find someone to help us. There were two other ladies standing in the same room chit chatting so we didn't think they could be workers because they were so deep into their conversation they didn't even notice that there were customers. Until someone called one of them over to help us then they began to be friendly and helpful. We were also able to get the cleaning service for free for our previously purchased jewelry. He also gave us great tips on how to specifically care for the jewelry at home and how to keep it in good condition. Due to some last minute complications with one of my best friend's birthday gift, I had to quickly think of a last minute gift to present to her for dinner. Her favorite color is Tiffany blue however she doesn't own anything from Tiffany, so I thought a necklace would be a perfect gift. We were having dinner in Eagle Rock so the closet Tiffany was in Old Town. My friend dropped me off so I quickly ran in. When I walked in, no one greeted or acknowledge me but it's okay because I was in a rush to get in and out; however, that was not the case. I walked around and waited for someone to become available but for some reason it was really busy that day. Dear Tiffany management team, I would like to share our recent negative experience with your Pasadena store and namely, your sales associate Joyce Wang. My wife recently gave birth to our daughter and I wanted to give her a push gift in the form of a diamond infinity ring. We had to wait until her fingers stopped swelling, which was an 8 month process. We shopped online and went into the store last week. Joyce assisted by measuring my wife's ring size, placed the special delivery order and explained to us the sales process. We were satisfied and made our $2200 payment. Today, my wife went to pick up her ring and it was just a terrible customer experience! The ring size did not fit and it was Joyce who took the measurements. Next, she informed my wife there would be an additional charge of $150 to enlarge the ring. This was not disclosed to us prior. During the ride home, Joyce called and told us she would waive the $150 fee. Why didn't she do this while my wife was in the store?! Purchased my bracelet and ring there a while back. The charm on my bracelet fell off so I brought it in to get repaired. Hoping I didn't have to pay for it since it's only been a year. Customer Service took my item and said it will take about 10 days until i find out if I'll have to pay for the repair. She said I would get an email of my service, kind of like a claim number, within 10 mins. After about 5 hrs. I decided to call since they took my bracelet and I had nothing to show for it. They just didn't get to it. About an hr later, I got my email confirmation. Over 10 days had passed and I haven't received a call regarding the status, so I called the 1-800 number customer care. A very friendly lady help look up my claim, and informed me that my bracelet has been shipping back. It was not repairable, but was defective, so the store will be replacing it. SCORE! I called the store after that, and they didn't have my bracelet, but I received a call a few hrs later from the person that originally helped me to inform me that I can come in when I'm free to get a new one. Though, once I got in, it took forever before someone actually greeted me and ask if I needed assistance. She apologized for that (though I wasn't complaining then) and directed me to the costumer service area since it was a costumer service issue. Anyhow, after 30mins in there, I got a new bracelet in replacement. Customer service desk is always professional and accommodating when I bring items back for complimentary cleanings. I wanted so badly to love this Tiffany's store. But I still get upset thinking about the staff's lack of knowledge on fine jewelry! The location in Old Town Pasadena is atrocious and staffed by idiots! The doorman and sales persons were polite and tried to be accommodating. But they knew nothing about jewelry or other housewares!!! But when I asked for a particular item, they had no idea what I was talking about. They didn't know where their pearl section was nor their availability of housewares. I was looking to replace some earrings for myself. I also wanted to purchase a cake knife, a few serving sets, and glassware for a wedding gift. They had no idea what they had in the store! One sales person brought back votive holders (for CANDLES!!!) after rummaging through the back stock for 30 min! I was looking for a glass and pitcher se. And they brought me an ice bucket! That idiot! And how can not know what flatware or serving sets are?! I had to explain to them I was looking for matching forks, knives, spoons, etc. They are absolute idiots and can't tell the difference between silver and white gold without looking at the markings! They also didn't know the difference between a glass bead that looks like pearl earrings vs. an akoya pearl earrings. Oh dear goodness! I'm never ever going to this location ever again! I would probably give this place 3.5 stars if that was an option. I bumped it up to 4 (instead of dropping it to 3) based on the fact that it's pretty close to where i live so it's relatively convenient if i need to pick something up last minute. The store is a fairly decent size with a pretty good inventory. They usually have what i'm looking for. Although if i had the time and i'm making a big purchase i'd probably prefer the South Coast location since they have a much larger inventory. I've gotten consistently good customer service here. Pretty much all the Tiffany locations i've been to (maybe 10 different locations total?) have had good customer service but due to location I frequent this location the most. The only time i had a slight problem was when i purchased an item and didn't check it before i left the store. Once i got home i realized there were actually scratches on it. I took it back and explained I received the item scratched. The salesperson was a bit irritated and said that all the pieces are examined by the sales people before they pack it up (which i specifically remembered they DID NOT in this instance). Regardless, the salesperson exchanged the item and developed a much nicer attitude towards the end of this exchange so I gave them a pass. Just as a side note, I see that some people complained about the sales people being snooty. It's not uncommon for sales people at upscale retail stores or waiters at high end restaurants to be snooty. It's stupid but oh well. I've personally never had to deal with a snooty sales person at this location. But in general i don't get that kind of attitude...possibly because i try not to dress like a bum when i frequent those types of places O.o I mean seriously, a place like this expects a certain level of disposable income from their customers....and how you dress/look is the first thing they will notice. read more

Beautiful, clean, and professional. Glad to have a Tiffany's close by :) They have a great variety here, most of the popular items you'll find on their website will most likely be here. The staff would check their stock in a back room too if you have any requests from something you saw online. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Usually they'll assist you without being too pushy and can tell when someone needs help or if someone is just browsing. I really had a great experience here. I came to purchase a charm for my Tiffany bracelet. They'll let you view the displays from beneath the glass and try them on too. Unfortunately, this particular Tiffany's doesn't solder charms/links in the store so they have to ship it out to the NYC location where it'll be soldered and sent back for pick up. I'm assuming only the NY Tiffany and co store is the only location that solders but I'm not entirely sure. Definitely come here if you're stopping by in old town Pasadena. Only downfall is parking can be difficult sometimes. Especially on the weekend. Expect to pay $1.50~$3 for parking. :) read more

I have been shopping at Tiffany and Co for years and recently received a gift card for my birthday and stopped at the Pasadena location. I walked in and the greeter at the door was very friendly; I then approached the jewelry counter and noticed staff was busy assisting other customers. I continued browsing and no one acknowledged or or even spoke to me. I am all about customer service and decided to circulate once more before leaving and that is when I met Caroline. She was friendly, extremely professional, highly knowledgeable and actually appreciated my business, how refreshing. THANKS Caroline !! I told several friends about my experience and made it clear to ask for her ONLY when shopping at the Pasadena location. I have two more friends who are Mother's Day shopping very soon. What a shame that I have to Yelp about the caliber of customer service at such a tony and popular store but since the other three associates ignored me, I just had to speak on it. read more

My first Tiffany's purchase ever turned out to be two gifts. Not complaining :) SERVICE: Service is what I would expect from a higher end boutique. I was greeted the minute I walked in, and Juan was eager to help me select a gift for my friend. He knew the merchandise pretty well and was understanding that Tiffany's gold isn't what it's cracked up to be! It seemed like every associate was bilingual, so it'll be easy to communicate for those who aren't comfortable speaking English. Always a plus! The store was pretty empty, but then again it was a Tuesday. I'd come back for gifts! :) Still eyeing the Cartier Love bracelet for myself though! read more
