I have browsed the items in this store before, but January was the first time I had purchased an item at this store. Parking: First 90 minutes free across at Delacey parking garage; plus there's some street parking. We arrived on a Saturday, in hopes of buying a gift for a Monday. When you walk in, there's a security guard at the front door (its always been a man and he's always been friendly). The clerks were all busy, so it took a few minutes before we could get help. Turns out they didn't have the necklace in stock. Clerk called and found that they had it at their warehouse, but it couldn't get to our house until Tuesday. He offered us drinks, while we were waiting and was friendly and helpful. He gave us an extra box for when the necklace arrived (however, it arrived with a box & bag.) We've had subsequent cards from sales clerks thanking us for purchases. So why 3 star? I had to bring the necklace bag to get repaired when it got damaged. They told me they had to send to jeweler to get an estimate. After waiting for well over a month and not hearing back, I called them back. Turns out that they had written my email address wrong to tell me the quote, but neglected to call me. Poor form for Tiffany's. When I called, they apologized and when the necklace was ready, they did call. You can't go wrong with quality here, but for being a high end jewelry store, you need to up your customer service standards to get a 5 star rating. read more

We were walking in Downtown Pasadena and happened to see a Tiffany's. Since we are in the early stages of looking at engagement rings, we decided to walk in to see what they have. From the moment we walked in, it was obvious that they were judging us based on how we are dressed/how we look. I think they probably thought we're just a couple teenagers who can't afford it. We had this female associate who "helped" us. She asked us "what carat size, what price range, etc." Obviously, I'm right next to my boyfriend so he didn't want to say the price range right in front of me. We were mostly there to look at what kinds of rings they have/different prices. Instead of the associate informing us of the options, she simply stared at us until we left. It was the most uncomfortable 5 minutes of my life. I've always dreamed of having a Tiffany's jewelry some day, but after that experience, it ruined my love for the brand. read more

Customer service here is awful compared to other Tiffany's locations. If you aren't wearing the right clothes they basically ignore you until you directly ask for help. I had the best experience with a Tiffany's customer service rep named Noellie (sp). I had brought a sterling silver ring on for repairs as one of the bands had broken on it. Not an expensive ring but meaningful to me. It came back from repairs and Noellie felt that it wasn't up to the Tiffany standard and ended up replacing the ring and not charging me for the repair cost. Wow! I was blown away by Noellie's gesture. From my first visit to this store, I was impressed with Noellie's professional manner and kindness, she is a very sweet person. read more

Having just found out earlier this year that Tiffany's now offers free cleaning of any/all of their Tiffany jewelry in-store now for free; I got so excited that I could finally clean some of the pieces I had laying around just screaming for a good cleaning. Finally having a chance to do it one weekend, I bagged up a couple of pieces I wear daily and brought them into the store to drop off. For fine jewelry, cleaning is done within an hour in store and any other silver pieces are within 24 hours of drop-off. Parking in Pasadena have options for either parking lots or street parking if you can find any. Right along Colorado Blvd., this Tiffany takes up the corner spot near 21 Choices and the same block as the Cheesecake Factory & Sephora. After asking the security at the front where to go, I walked in, down to the next room over and to the far left, a small room with 2 tables and a couch ready for the Tiffany's rep to jot down my information and accept my pieces. They're very through in noting the length sizes of each piece, any engravings, and color markings to ensure that there are no mix-ups. Afterwards, they hand you a receipt as confirmation for pick-up the next day. If you cannot personally make it to pick up, you can ask someone to by either giving them the receipt or putting their name down on the receipt & they should be able to do with a valid ID presentation. Overall, very easy process & quick. So glad it's free now! read more

This review is for a year and half ago: My boyfriend bought me and Tiffany Co sterling silver ring for my birthday. Well, he didn't know my ring size/either did I because I never really wore jewelry. I guess I have a fat finger because the size 8 didn't fit. So, we took it back to exchange it . They were extremely accommodating when I told them I need a size bigger. Unfortunately, they didn't make that ring in a size 9. Well,after about 30 minutes of the sales woman asking me if I liked this ring and that ring, and I would really like them---then she would tell me it doesn't come in my size. I felt like I was being punished because I have big fingers. I adore Tiffany and Co. I love to window shop here. I have a number of pieces from Tiffany including crystal, silver pieces, platinum pieces, diamonds and pearls. The quality is amazing, but of course you will pay dearly for it. It pains me to give any T&Co location a poor rating. I came here because I had lost the screw back of one of my platinum diamond earrings. Unfortunately this was not the first time I had done this, but the last time I went to the South Coast Plaza location where the salesperson gave me a replacement for free. This time, I was out of luck. The customer service person at this location made me pay. Bummer. Considering that I'm a loyal customer, that was a poor choice. I've purchased a few gifts here and of all the times I've came here, I've been overall satisfied. Even though there were times when I'd go inside to look at things and not one salesperson asked me for help so I left the place. However, when I did need something, I was helped. Most products from Tiffany's is pretty expensive but they have a nice selection. While some products are worth the price, I feel their smaller jeweleries are most expensive than other jewelry places. With so many jewelry places having the same design, I feel Tiffany's is the original jewelry shop and a reason why I would purchase from them over and over. What girl does not like the infamous teal color box? I know my wife does! However, it's also what's inside that counts. Only issue with this location is coming here on a busy day where parking can be a pain. You have the option to use the parking structure on that street which is free for the first 90 minutes but you'll find it FULL if you come on a busy day or during the holiday season. From my several experiences, whether you're purchasing a $100 "door prize" or a $5000 bauble, you get same fine Tiffany experience, which is similar to buying a BMW or Mercedes. (I'm sure if you wanted to go all out, the service level would go up a few notches.) I had the pleasure to work with Jessica C. She was very friendly, and immediately offered us some water at the beginning of our experience. I was there to buy a wedding band, and even though the price was on par with many bands, it was on the lower end of the spectrum for a store with such a reputation. Regardless, we were treated well, and she was very helpful with information and suggestions. People may be intimidated to goto the store, but everyone is professional and seem happy, unlike some other Chinese jewelry stores in SGV that just want to sell watches. I realize there's a substantial mark up for this brand, but you're also paying for the reputation and service that comes with it. I don't like to "over pay", but good service is worth it to me. The service here is horrendous by any retail standard, not to mention a store that's supposed to be higher end (but not so fancy that they can afford to be snooty). I came in with a budget in mind Christmas week hoping to get some recommendations as I haven't shopped at Tiffany's for years. There was a crowd, and I put my name down for help from an associate. I walked around, browsed. When it was my turn, the associate was very transnational. She didn't try to make conversation and didn't ask what I was shopping for, my budget, anything. She basically was there only because I'm not allowed to open the displays and try things on myself. When I asked her for recommendation, she was impatient and said "I already showed you everything. Why don't you look around some more and then come back?" Rude, and actually, she hadn't shown me everything, only things I asked about. I did do some online research beforehand, but was hoping for some guidance in person. Next time I know to just shop online. The whole time I felt rushed and anxious for not being able to decide which $1000 purchase I would like to make within 2 minutes. I overheard other conversations too, where a guy said he wanted a necklace in $300 budget, and the sales person said "we have a lot of necklaces in that price range, why don't you look around more and then come back?" I recently bought an engagement ring from this location and overall it was a good experience. I was helped by Jessica who was really friendly and really cared about helping me pick out the perfect engagement ring. However the ring size I needed was size 5 which wasn't so common so they had to bring in rings from different locations. They brought in the rings and I found the perfect one. However, when I proposed the ring was too big. At first I thought I actually needed a smaller ring, but when going back to a different Tiffany location they told me the ring was actually size 6. I went in here a half hour before quitting time, and NOBODY was happy to see me walk in. They were counting their money, and washing the glass free of dirty fingerprints etc. I had $600 to spend on myself, and I felt pretty good about it. Where I come from these days that is a nice little wad of play money. The "lady" that "helped" me wore a blonde bob haircut, a black fitting suit, and a bad attitude. Her name was Allison (she wouldn't give me her last name, or her home address... and yes, I asked.) I was browsing and since they have their jewelry in LOCKED glass cases, it kind of forces you to ask for help. To see the piece, to touch the piece, to know if it fits, and to know the price. I told her my budget, and she almost chuckled - like how dare I waste their time with only $600 pauper dollars. By the third bracelet I had asked to see, she was sighing and walking like someone put a concrete block on her back. I asked her if she had a problem, nope - no problem! The last straw was when I asked to see a necklace and dangling pendant. I asked the price, and she said "What do you think?" ... Clearly she was going for Customer Service of the year award. It was like Cinderella and her glass slipper---a perfect fit. This wearble art was all hers! The mistress at the counter wrapped it up in a that signature blue box and topped it with a signature bow, and the girl felt that all her dreams had come true. The end. Ok, in all honesty, it kinda sucks when something so iconic such as Tiffany's gets knocked off and copied on the streets of downtown LA or NY and then loses it's value status. However, I'm still happy with my purchase and wouldn't mind making more when my funds increase. I would not recommend getting jewelry repaired here, even if it is a Tiffany's product. I went in to get a Tiffany's eternity celebration ring repaired, as a sapphire had fallen out of the band. Unfortunately, I learned they do not do repair in-house, instead mail it out to who knows where. The representative said it would take approx. 2 weeks to get an estimate, and then even longer to make the repair, which also surprised me. After one month, I received an email saying "We regret to inform you that the estimate which you have requested has been delayed." They gave no updated time estimate. After two months, I finally received an email with an estimate: they were charging 1/3rd the price of the entire eternity band's original cost to replace one stone. Obviously, i went to a well-respected local dealer, who replaced the stone with an equally high-quality one, for a small fraction of the price and wait Just because it's Tiffany's doesn't mean it's not a sketchy deal! read more

Visited the Pasadena location a week ago and purchased a ring. I tried on 2 sizes and found a size 8 that fitted perfectly but my ring was not in stock. The sales rep by the name of C. Lo told me my ring will be ordered and I could pick it up in a few days. I received an email that my ring arrived at the store and of course was very happy to go get it. My drive is about 45 minutes to the store. As I approached the counter there were 2 sales ladies at the register and 1 helping a customer. I stood for about 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Finally someone helped me and pulled my ring out from a small bag. When I tried the ring on it was the wrong size. I asked if this was the size 8 that I ordered and apparently C. Lo ordered a size 6 ???????? I was not happy at all. I asked for an explanation and the lady who helped me couldn't assist me anymore. The store manager came to talk to me and her words were "a size 8 is like a size 6" ??????? I was blown away by this comment. Again, I ordered a size 8. Then, the manager said..."this ring doesn't come in size 8".... When I ordered the ring, I ordered a size 8, why didn't C. Lo tell me that???? WHY??? I would have never bought it if it didn't fit me...??? The manager just simply said "sorry, human error".... Did not offer any solution besides to get my money back. BEYOND DISAPPOINTED!! Customer service here in PASADENA is AWFU! Not what I expected from Tiffany!!! Left the store, checked my account and my refund was not in my account ????? My boyfriend and I have been customers of Tiffany & Co. for well over a decade and have been shopping at the Pasadena location since it opened. Historically we have had incredible experiences but sadly this no longer seems to be the case. I'm not sure if the shift in attitude/policy is company wide OR has more to do with the new store director who was hired roughly a year ago. Either way, we will no longer be doing all of our shopping for personal and corporate gifts at Tiffany & Co. If you go in here's what you can expect: You will be pre-qualified when you walk through the door as to if you're the type of person who will result in a big commission...if you're lucky enough to be found "worthy" you'll receive a greeting and a smile, if not you probably wont. If you are found worthy the sales person will show you some items but if another customer walks in who looks as if they will also spend money they will start helping the other person too (even if there are plenty of other sales people available) and you will have to stand there waiting while they toggle between two customers so they can get multiple commissions. Historically Tiffany has always cleaned their jewelry as a service..not any more. I suppose they will *if* it is gold but not silver. Now, if you want your silver jewelry cleaned you can expect to pay $15 for the service (like one of any other number of jewelry stores wouldn't happily do it at no charge in hopes of fostering good will). Oh, wait, you might actually get them to do it at no charge *if* the sales help thinks you are worthy and might result in a good sale. Over the years Tiffany & Co. has built a reputation by providing quality products and a very customer friendly, service oriented shopping experience but chances are good that you will not find it in the Pasadena store. As I mentioned earlier, I'm not sure if this shift is company wide or strictly associated with the Pasadena store but your chances of good service are probably better at the Beverly HIlls location. read more

They make you give your name to the security guard and he calls your name over the PA system when a sales assoc is finally available to help you. They basically said that they don't have the ring and that i cannot order it over the phone. Then... i called the Tiffany & Co. on Santa Monica in Century City... the sales associates, Haley, was a HUGE help! She checked the store to see if they had the ring in stock, then she checked the inventory in the system, and she said that she had found two in NY. She had told me to call back because the store in NY was already closed. Haley was super patient and gave GREAT customer service. The drive to a Tiffany & Co. much further from me is totally worth it. Yes i admit, I'm writing this as a scorned women... My mom left her jewelry at our house when she spent the night during a random layover. I decided I would drop everything off here to get cleaned while I did my "errands" in old town which is code for shopping, but only to my husband. Anyway, I asked customer service if they could clean my ring too since they were going to clean all of her jewelry. They say "NO, we can't be held responsible for any jewelry damage unless its Tiffany, sorry" I responded "WHAT! Well then let me sign a waiver" She said sorry I'm not allowed to do that! Went back for another diamond shopping trip with my mom and Isolde enveloped us in her warmth and professionalism. Was honest in her input-- one thing I love about Tiffany's: no one tries to push junk on you or veer you away from your intentions. No one makes you feel belitted, either, meaning you can shop for jewels in your jeans. My mom definitely does not dress to the nines and as English is not her first language, its easy for salespeople to become impatient or condescending. I came back a few days later and she whisked my silver jewelry away and cleaned it in a jiffy and gave me a few extra pouches for them. Picked out some gifts with equal ease and graciousness that my mom and I had experienced days earlier. Isolde is just wonderful. From what I know, Tiffany diamond rings have experienced 2 price increases this past year. The products on sale here are fine, I have no problem with the products, and usually I look at the items online and basically walk into the store and ask to buy it. Why do I do this? Well, let me talk about being Latino in the Pasadena Tiffany's store. If you walk in casually dressed, they will assume you have no money. If you walk in business casual, they'll glance at you and will help you if you can get their attention. You come in with business attire, they're all over you. My wife is Japanese and she, like many jp girls, love anything from Tiffany's. So I came here often to buy stuff. I made the mistake of coming here a few times casually and business casually to see the type of treatment I get. So I went back home, dressed up, came back in, and they were very helpful to me. I made sure to look at all their items, took a good hour or so looking at various rings and necklaces. Then decided to buy them - so I thanked them and drove to the Century City Tiffany's. Another day I had to buy something immediately as I forgot my wife's birthday - so I walked in and was fortunate enough (in business casual attire) to meet this nice lady who helped me pick out a necklace. After shopping at the Beverly Hills, Century City, and Costa Mesa Tiffany & Co stores, I can honestly say that THIS location offers the best customer service. No pushy salespeople with dollar/commission dollar signs in their eyes hounding you the minute you step through their doors ... no eager-beaver antics as they suggest almost every and anything, hoping for a sale. Our saleswoman was the sweetest woman (actually gave us a referral of another reputable jeweler) and didn't give us the exasperated Stank Eye after we asked her to take almost half the stuff out of the glass display cases. :) She was a good sport. read more

Everyone loves the little blue boxes. Daughter picked out a necklace that didn't break the bank. Isabel and sales staff helped with the selection and packaged up the necklace in their signature gift box and little Tiffany blue bag. I'm a huge fan of Tiffany and Co as they are one of the sponsors of the Northern Trust Open Golf Tournament. They make the winners trophy. Found parking on the street. Never a big fan of going to the store because the sales people are always a little snotty. But what a nice surprise this time when we met Edwin Elizalde. We were here to return an item and of course there were a lot of people also doing the same thing there after Christmas. But Edwin greeted us with warmth and was very patient helping us with just a returned item (we weren't planning on buying anything). Let's just say we went there for a return but left with 2 purchases. Lol... Loved the experience we had thanks to Edwin and wish our future experience will be as great as this one. read more
