No one answered the phone but I left a message which was then promptly returned a half hour later by a gentleman named Ray?, who gave me patient and courteous attention to describe my problem with a new LG OLED TV. He penned me in right away today for a visit by his technician and when Ricardo arrived, he was polite, professional and thorough in his diagnostic exam of the TV. He interfaced by email and other communications directly to LG , and received a phone call shortly after from them and they spoke at a high tech level about the problem. Ricardo then quoted us different prices for several solution paths. We are most pleased with Day One Services. My wife and I are confident that we will make an informed decision based on their outstanding customer service and advice we requested during the visit.

Brought in my MAC, an old Dell laptop, and several DVDs that I wanted transferred to a thumb drive…read more I needed to install the new OS for my MAC and didn't have enough room, so brought my computer in for them to clean out old files and install the new OS. Instead, they charged me $150 to install a new hard drive with more memory and failed to install the new OS. When I ran the update at home, I was locked out of one of my profiles. When I brought the MAC back, the man said, "What did you do?" and acted like I did something wrong for installing the newest update. I told him he didn't do what I had asked him to do. He fixed it, after mansplaining to me, and then told me he should charge me but was going to give me a break. The DVDs were going to cost $300 to transfer to the thumb drive, so I said I'd wait. He had told me it would cost me $80 to try and get any data off of the Dell laptop. So I left the computer there and said I'd comeback for the hard drive. To be fair, this was in April. I went in today to try and get the hard drive, and at first, they said they didn't know what I was talking about, and then tried to insist they had given it to me (they didn't) and then finally just said, "Well, we don't have it". If you choose to go here, get EVERYTHING in writing!
