I have to say, he was very punctual and respected my time, an admirable quality in anyone. He explained the root of my issues and what needed to be done clearly then got to work. Based on an update recommendation he took the laptop to his office to complete the cleanup and returned it as promised. Again, on time. He completed the final piece with my printer connection and my laptop is now functioning the way I need it to be, faster and cleaned up.
