Brought in my MAC, an old Dell laptop, and several DVDs that I wanted transferred to a thumb drive…read more I needed to install the new OS for my MAC and didn't have enough room, so brought my computer in for them to clean out old files and install the new OS. Instead, they charged me $150 to install a new hard drive with more memory and failed to install the new OS. When I ran the update at home, I was locked out of one of my profiles. When I brought the MAC back, the man said, "What did you do?" and acted like I did something wrong for installing the newest update. I told him he didn't do what I had asked him to do. He fixed it, after mansplaining to me, and then told me he should charge me but was going to give me a break. The DVDs were going to cost $300 to transfer to the thumb drive, so I said I'd wait. He had told me it would cost me $80 to try and get any data off of the Dell laptop. So I left the computer there and said I'd comeback for the hard drive. To be fair, this was in April. I went in today to try and get the hard drive, and at first, they said they didn't know what I was talking about, and then tried to insist they had given it to me (they didn't) and then finally just said, "Well, we don't have it". If you choose to go here, get EVERYTHING in writing!

The Amp went IN to their service with the issue of "not loud enough, and it should be louder as it's 50 watts" The Amp came BACK sounding like a sputtering MESS of noise and "splat" tone. I got tired of arguing with them.....they have no professionalism, and no pride in their work. I can only assume their backline service and rentals is where all their money comes from as I can't imagine they have repeat customers on the repair side. i don't know what the hell this person did to my amp....but they certainly insisted on getting paid to have done it. Obviously I'm going to dispute the credit card charges and let their staff sort it out. NOTE they lost out on MANY MANY repair projects I might have brought them. I dropped off this one 90's amp as a "test run" to see if they could handle some serious repair work on 60's and 50's gear I have in the racks. they ruined their reputation as for as I am concerned.
