Beware!!! The Tide at Higley/Chandler Heights will destroy your shirts! I have alerted management but, they have not identified the cause nor done anything to fix the issue. Over the past few months, 15 of my shirts were returned to me with either missing buttons or cracked buttons. This happened with brand new and old shirts...so, it wasn't the shirts. Since they can't fix this, I had to find a new dry cleaner after 10 years here. Bye! Been coming here pretty regularly. Today I came to pick up my dry cleaning, 6/22/25, 3:32PM and my total for a few items is $30.50. I ask the cashier if they accept cash, and he proceeds to tell me yes. I only had a $50 bill which I presented to pay with. The cashier then states he doesn't have enough change to give me which means I cannot use the $50 bill... how is it that there isn't $20 in the drawer? There should be that amount in there at the very minimum. Was running really sort on time annd needed to have several dress shirts only ironed. Everything was cleaned already, I just ran out time to actually do the ironing. I found this cleaners very close to my house so for convenience sake I took a chance. I had 18 pieces. I was impressed that they were finished the same day. I dropped off when the opened at 7am and I received a text at 3:00 pm informing me my order was ready. It was pretty costly, $6.60 a shirt, especially for just ironing but I excepted it since I was desperate and it was very convenient. I also found a 25% coupon online as I was a first time customer. When I got home and went through my shirts, over half of them look horrible. I will still have to touch them up with an iron myself. Definitely NOT worth the $6.60 a shirt if I am needing to touch them up again. Really disappointed with the lack of quality of work. I will never be going back again. Not worth my money. I've used Tide Cleaners for several years, 5-10 items a week, approx $100-$200 a month. Last month they lost an item, they charged ne for the cleaning however the Hanger and plastic bag was empty. Just 1 shirt after thousands of successful pieces. I let them know the shirt was missing, expecting a refund for the cleaning charge. What I received was a letter from their office informing me that they know I am wrong, that their system rechecks the order 4 times. Really, you lose my shirt, charge me for cleaning and then decide I am the one who is in the wrong. You've lost my business. Just terrible. Do not try to get mending or alterations done here. We took in three pairs of jeans--two to be hemmed, one to have a rivet fixed--and four women's tops, to have the straps shortened. Went to pick it up, and here's what we got: first, the four women's tops were not correctly labeled, so the poor lady behind the counter had to search for them. Finally found them...and nothing had been done on them. Turns out that although we had been told they could shorten the straps, that was a lie. They don't shorten straps. And the jeans? They don't fix rivets. They did hem the two other pairs...for TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS EACH. I had avoided going here because a few years ago, I came in to get some pants mended and when I got them back...they hadn't done anything to them! Hadn't mended them. Had to take them back.... Anyway, maybe they're good at cleaning clothes, but do NOT trust them to mend or alter or anything. They're incompetent. Oh...and the pants were...damp. Why? Ya got me. Since Tide took over the site a couple of years ago, prices have gone through the roof, $7.80 for a dry cleaned dress shirt w/starch. The people that work here are super friendly and helpful! My problem is that I showed them a few stains on a dress I brought in. The dress came back with the same stains even though they had been marked. The second time I came to pick up the dress, I could barely see the stains. Oh boy! An absolute mess. Went in a few days ago and dropped off three items. One little Abercrombie dress, mind you it is not Chanel couture, and two sweaters. They quoted me seven dollars for the dress and eight per sweater. Sounds reasonable to me. Went to pick up today and the dress is $11, one sweater was rejected? Not sure what that's all about, and the white sweater came back with the exact same stain that was on it when I dropped off. Honestly, come on! I come here often. It's real close to my house and very convenient for me. They offer what they call a Value Club that I am a part of. For 5 bucks you get a laundry bag that you can drop off in a bin. There is no waiting and you get a discount on every item in the bag. I mostly just launder shirts so my discount is always 15%. It's a different discount for different services. The staff is always very nice (they're mostly teenage kids). The manager hangs out sometimes and gives his customers creepy looks, the only negative that I have. But they have never messed up one of my shirts, not once in the 9 months that I have been going. My last dry cleaner would rip buttons off a shirt at least once a visit. And my shirts are always ready the next day. If they keep this up I'll never go anywhere else! read more

We've been using Delia's since they opened at this location, there are several other cleaners in the local area and had tried them all with mixed results (we wont hesitate to change to a different cleaner if the service isn't great, wound up at Delia's and have stayed with them ever since) Delia's always does a fantastic, timely job. There have been one or two occasions where a garment was lost (in what has probably been a decade doing business with them). They seem to research the incident and ultimately will reimburse. I appreciate that they do seem to make an effort to look for the garment, and they've never once haggled on the value we placed on the lost garment. This place is spotless and well organized. I take my company's items here every other week to be cleaned. They always accommodate my tight turn a round requirements and do so with a smile. They remember who I am and what I need without me having to remind them. I will continue to bring my business and personal items here for a long time. I give them 3 out of 5 stars because I was told my entire order would be ready by Monday at 5pm (tags say the same thing) but my alterations weren't complete until Tuesday. Also called before I picked up to confirm my items were ready and was asked to hold. I agreed and waited 5 minutes before I was hung up on. I called right back and told the employee I was hung up on. She recognized me and apologized because she was the one who disconnected. Prices aren't too bad so I might come back. read more

Update: The manager Janette called me today to remedy the situation. I was promised a store credit and an amendment to my profile settings on their system that will ensure my shirts be Dry cleaned rather than Laundry washed - For this reason I am moving them up to 3 stars. - I suggested that no matter what the system shows their colleagues should never assume what service the client wants and always ask. I will continue to visit this store due to the apt managerial response ____________________________________________________________________________________ Upon arrival I stated to the colleague working that I have 4 shirts for dry cleaning. I called up 4 days later to ask if they were ready and how much. Strangely they could not find my information regardless of me respelling my last name more than 5 times. The result was my shirts ended being laundered (washing machine) rather than dry cleaned as I requested. The girl on the phone asked if I requested dry cleaning and I said yes I did otherwise I would have washed them in my own washing machine. Naturally there is not much she can do for me at this point so her attitude was blasé and nonchalant. In my 25 years of using professional dry cleaners I have never had this strange issue before. Perhaps the staff should ask their customers if they want their shirts wet washed or dry cleaned seeing as it does not seem obvious that most people want their business shirt dry cleaned. I see the polo shirts were considered "dedicates". They're $20 cheap polo shirts which I used to wash myself for many years however the $140 casual button up shirts were only $2-3. Makes no sense. Despite my unhappiness with how Delia's handled my shirt problem in 2013, I continueded to use them because of their convenience. I've moved the ranking from a 1 to a 3 because they're consistently doing a decent job. I did not rate higher because I had a white dress shirt come back with a black mark it and the front desk person couldn't fix it, not did they reimburse me for the shirt. The conclusion is they mainly do well but they are bad at exceptions such as damages. If you use this business you'll have to accept mediocre as their standard. read more

Been a loyal customer for about a year now but I just can't anymore. The staff are always courteous and helpful, but the actual cleaning is hit-or-miss. They've put pins in my wife's expensive clothes, they've used starch after I repeatedly asked them not to--it gives me a rash on my neck--and the worst is that they're in such a rush to get all their items pressed that items end up pressed wrong with creases in incorrect spots. This has happened to my wife's jacket and happens to my dress shirt collars. Every. Single. Time. They're great about redoing items for free but I'm tired of them not getting it right the first time. I'd love to keep going back, but it's not worth it if they can't press a collar right and I have to redo it at home. I'm over it. No amount of smiles and "sorry, we'll redo it for free" are worth it. On Monday (7/10), I dropped off two shirts, two ties and a pair of pants to be cleaned. There was only one gal working and she was having problems with the computer and trying to get everything correct on a previous customer's order. There was one other customer ahead of me and she was picking up an order. It took at least 20-30 minutes to get my order dropped off. It didn't bother me any, I was not in any rush to go anywhere and I was able to drop off my order when reinforcements arrived. Today, I picked up my clothes and the manager did not charge me anything for the ENTIRE order. I am much appreciative such generosity and great customer service. I can understand comping one piece, but the entire order was over and above great customer service in my books. read more

Long time customer. Recently pants swapped with others. Then one pair completely missing since 12/31/12. Had to file THREE times. Now they will not pay or replace my pants! I received a $60 store credit and a letter stating they did not lose my pants! They are the ONLY dry cleaners I have used for years! I would NOT recommend this place. Several times they gave me the WRONG clothes back, somebody else's clothes. In other words, somebody else now has my clothes. The major reason this bothers me is that I just bought $1000 worth of clothes and of course I ended up with the junk stuff. Just wait until they do this to you and see how you feel. read more
