I honestly can't say enough good things about Three Brothers Moving Inc!!! They completely exceeded every expectation I had. From the moment they arrived, they took care of everything. I didn't have to lift a single finger! They wrapped every item perfectly, handled my furniture and boxes with so much care, and somehow managed to pack my entire apartment in what felt like minutes. At one point, I went downstairs to grab something, and when I came back up, my whole place was already packed and ready to go. I was completely blown away by how fast and organized they were. Not only did they pack and move everything flawlessly, but they also cleaned up my apartment after -- it looked spotless when they left. You can tell they take real pride in their work and care about their customers. Their schedule was super flexible. I was able to pick the date and time just a couple days before and they were able to get me at the last minute!! Super impressive. They went WAY above and beyond and even asked if they could help me unpack and organize when we got to my new apartment. All of the men were so so kind and helpful. If I Couldn't rate this company at 0 stars I would. They contacted me to rely to "from my move. I did not have time when They called and made arrangements to talk the following Monday. They then texted me every day. 2 days before we were scheduled to talk I got a "and asking to talk earlier. I asked them to stop contacting me because the" was much higher than other companies. I then received several harassing texts calling me a liar and telling me that I don't care about anything and making all sorts of wild and kind of psycho Accusations. I called the company to file a complaint and when I asked for a manager, Peter, the gentleman who answered the phone, hung up on me. I called back and spoke to another person who said he wasn't a manager but then later said he was because he was friends with the owner as are all the guys who work there. He told me they did not care about complaints and that I should just focus on my move and do what I want to do . My wife and I were looking for a mover to pick up a reasonably small load. I called Three Brothers Moving Services and they spoke to me as it's all covered for $3100. They want a third of that up front, a third at pick up and the rest before delivery. All good right? Wrong!!!!! Did you know that three brothers is not a moving company only a broker. They will call movers to pick it up. The $3100 is there fee to broker the deal. HERE IS THE IMPORTANT PART!! Upon pick up, the moving company will give you THEIR bill, on top of the $3100. For example, if I used Three Brothers Moving, I thought I was going to pay a total of $​3100. To my surprise, the moving company wants their bill for an additional $7500.00. A total of $10,100 dollars. They sell the package as if the small fee covers the movers, etc. It's a big scam!!! Spread the word and beware of THREE BROTHERS Moving Services out of Florida. Everytime I set up a call, I had to call them. WHAT A SCAM!!!! In the end, my gut was telling me it's to good to be true. DO NOT USE Three Brothers Moving Services. I have used many moving services in the past and never had I had an experience like this. We wanted to use a small business with COVID 19 happening to support during this unknown time. We got a quote for $235 for the first 2 hrs and $79 for each additional hours, which is a fair quote and told them we would need a 26ft based on the items we have and the size of our home (they agreed). The day of the move, May 1st, 3 movers arrived (around 10:30 am) and showed them what needed to be moved, Moe took pictures of all the furniture and they started to wrap our items. About an hour or so into the move, Moe comes and tells me, they made a mistake and sent 3 movers when we got a quote for 2 movers. I was told it would be $50 for the first 2 hrs and an additional $20 for each hour after that. They've already started to load the truck so we said fine, even though we really weren't and it wasn't Moe's fault. As they geared toward loading the truck, we found out all 3 men are fasting and my wife and I felt they needed a great tip to be working in such a field when fasting (not an easy job by any means). We arrive at the new house around 2 pm and start to unload. They are visibly exhausted and out of energy and after moving the furniture we told them to just leave the boxes downstairs (about 50+ boxes) and we would take care of it. We ended up tipping ea $100 even though the move took 6 hrs. The next day as my wife and I are moving boxes up, the cabinet use see in the pictures, was underneath all the boxes that got stacked on top and around. We noticed it was damaged all the way around and inside to where we could not use it anymore. I reached out to them and shared the photos here a long with the invoice we paid and asked for a reimbursement (May 3rd). Here where things get out of the ordinary. Later that day, one of the movers calls me and begs me to let me work it out with him because he will get fired if I go through the company. This is not right, nor is it ethical for a business to do that to their associates nor their customers. Why only 1 of the movers is responsible when we had 3 movers? I did not like that and proceeded to let the guy know that is not an option. May 5th "Adam" tells me via email they have a resolution to me with 3 -5 business days so we waited. May 11th, Adam emails me and offers $76.80 based on TX mover liability. Unhappy with their proposal, I called and was told he was out of the office. A few minutes after my call, I get an email saying he will call me the next day. May 16th, I follow up because I have yet to get a call, and Adam tells me he called but there was no missed call from him nor a vm. He finally called later that day and we spoke and shared my frustration with the result and as a manager, he has the power to make things right. In the middle of our call, he tells me he has to let me go but will give me a call in 5-10 minutes. He calls me back and tells me he will have a resolution for me later that day, I said ok. I get an email that night saying he will call me the next day (May 17th). May 17th I get an email saying still waiting for a resolution from the owner. May 18th, I get an email saying he will call me the next day to tell me the resolution, no call, no email, no nothing. May 20th, I follow up with an email and nothing. I follow up today and was told the resolution is $100 off my next move. FLOORED by their "resolution" to how they mis quoted us and the destroyed cabinet. All of this info was shared via email and when I spoke with Adam. My husband and I are filing a complaint against TBM as they did not resolve or offer a partial refund for scratching my floors that would be very expensive if we had to redo them. They only offers some guy to come wipe some tint on them. This is a brand new house and the first of several scratches and cuts on our floor are by them. I would not recommend them and we will be reporting a complaint to the BBB. They are super high and even after tipping their guys $100 we still never received a follow up partial refund for a resolution. The only way to get a resolution is partial refund for our floors. Please go with someone else who is more professional and does not mess up your flooring by dragging furniture across it and actually cares about your new place. read more

Just spoke with someone to give me a quote. Be prepared to be shut out and hung up on if you decide to not go with their initial offers. The first quote was $2300+ and the second was $1500. That is a big discrepancy. They like to play games to try to rip you off. I said I was shopping around to get quotes and they were the first full service company I called and he was pissed that I would want to see about other companies. He also said I was lying about my self serve quotes and said nobody will actually honor the prices. Seems very sketchy to me. I called them last minute, and they were able to move us the next morning! So that was where the 1-star came from. Their window for arrival was 3-5 pm, they showed up at 6:15. They called and said they would be late, that's understandable. After the move was over, we realized our dishes were smashed, even though they were packed appropriately and labeled FRAGILE all over the box. In a second box labeled FRAGILE, our CORELLE plates were shattered to pieces. It takes a pretty determined person to smash corelle! That's why we bought it! So kudos to three brothers for finding a way to break that. My nightstand got broken to pieces, but we were reimbursed for that. So I would say the bigger pieces they take care of and take pictures of, but I would say move the smaller, more fragile boxes yourself. Which kind of defeats the purpose of hiring a mover... But wait! Our biggest disappointment was that our arm chair was "stolen." A year old $350 full sized arm chair, just completely missing. First response from them was that "we signed off on the truck being empty." Does that mean you aren't liable??? I reached out to Adam, and he said to file a police report. We aren't sure if it was stolen or was just misplaced, but either way it shouldn't have been left unattended for long enough for that to happen. How does someone take off with an armchair?! I feel like it was just misplaced and it might actually still be around the complex somewhere. Either way, super huge disappointment, I would encourage you to look elsewhere. This is the 2nd time I've used 3 Brothers Movers. Both times I had exceptional service. They accommodated my most recent tricky move. They moved us out on a Thursday night and stored our belongings overnight and then they delivered it Friday night to our new new (this accommodated closing on the sell and purchase). All this was scheduled at a short notice (we originally thought we would have more time to move out due to a leaseback on the sell of our house, but our buyers dropped the leaseback at the last min). Nothing was broken or mishandled and everything was accounted for. The owner even brought all of his men over to help the original two guys unload the truck at no additional charge to us. Can't say enough good things about these guys. They hustle and take care of your stuff! read more

Moving my elderly mother-in-law from one senior living center to another during the Covid-19 outbreak, first of all the crew was courteous and hard working. I can forgive not bringing wardrobe boxes so I personally had to move all the clothes (although they were told during initial contact they were needed). I can forgive having to make extra trips because they didn't bring a large enough truck (I'm told they don't make any sight visits ahead of time). But showing up to move a senior, entering a senior care center and moving to another WITHOUT ANY PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT during a world pandemic, is inexcusable! From the CDC: "CDC recommends wearing cloth face coverings in public settings where other social distancing measures are difficult to maintain (e.g., grocery stores and pharmacies) especially in areas of significant community-based transmission." Where have Three Brothers been the last month, in a cave? Yes I know, recommended does not mean mandatory, but come on man, this is not smart. Thankfully the second center had masks made by their own volunteer residents, that they offered. I'm sorry but Three Brothers does apparently does not consider protecting their customers, their own employees, or the public they serve as part of their mission. read more

The only reason I picked these movers is because they essentially had good reviews. After being quoted $189 for 2 hours and making the down payment of $25. I expected great service to be upheld. The only positive is that I had movers for my move that day. For being the only customer they had during COVID-19 days, you would Have expected exceptional service for being the customer serving a small business. One of the movers was on his phone the whole entire time, leaving the other mover to do most of the work and making him lag on my time. I wanted to keep my move at 2 hours, it went over to 2.5 hours. They didn't pay attention to my marked boxes to determine which goes to apartment and which goes to storage. It got the the point where I had made comments to focus on the big items to move so they can hurry up. I ended up tipping them $35 just because moving is hard work and I get it. Money is essential during these times. But what got to me was that the mover who was on the phone the entire time, took the $20 and gave the other mover the $15. Also, pretty sure they didn't deduct my deposit and they hooked up my washer and dryer when I didn't ask for the service but didn't even hook up the dryer properly. It wasn't a great experience. My appointment was supposed to be for them to arrive at 12-2. They called asking if I was flexible on the time and I said not really. They said no problem and then showed up at 2:45 anyways. I felt like they had somewhere else to go because we had to leave behind my refrigerator and daughters crib because they didn't disassemble and didn't remove the front door to get the refrigerator. They told me they would have HQ calle to send another truck on Sunday. Nobody called. I called them back Monday and they said they were super busy and couldn't come until Tuesday. This is a "make work" company as they charge by the hour. Poor quality movers who slow walk the work. They brought a truck too large for the driveway and had to carry an entire bedroom set up three flights of stairs unecessairly tripling the time. The quote was around $350 and they charged over $1000. They damaged the furniture and then denied any insurance claim. When I filed the claim I never heard from them again. The lead mover was deceptive and slowed the work to run up the bill. When I complained they held hostage some furniture saying "its lost" saying if I gave them a better rating they might find it. The remaining furniture came 5 days later after complaining. This is not the company you want to do business with. While moving my stuff the lead was off doing work for others at the estate sale for cash. Double dipping. When I confronted him he said he would reduce the bill. He did not. This moving company was so unbelievable. In a bad way. They deserve zero stars but I'm giving 1 because Omar was very nice and nothing was broken. BUT. A few things. 1. I asked for 3 movers so it wouldn't take as long. They only sent 2 guys even though I had confirmed they were planning on sending 3. And they still wanted to charge me the price for 3 men when only 2 showed up. No. Not ok. 2. The fuel charge was more than they told me over the phone. Even though it was only slightly higher, I expected they would charge the amount they told me when I reserved the movers. 3. I would have expected to be charged for the time spent AFTER they had finished moving all of my items, but they tried to charge me for everything before they unloaded all my stuff. For longer than it would have taken. 4. They tried to charge me for a full hour after the 2 hour minimum. Even though I was told it was charged per 30 min after 2 hours. The move ended up being about 4 hours with 2 guys for a one bedroom when I wanted 3 guys and it would have taken about 3 hours. Overall, they did an okay job, but made me feel like I was getting taken advantage of at every step of the process. I would not recommend unless you want to have to deal with being nickeled and dimed at every step or want to deal with unnecessary awkward confrontation during the especially stressful circumstances of moving. I regret using this company. They tried to cheat me on more counts than one and I am very dissatisfied. Will never use again. BEWARE!!!! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I spoke to these guys on the phone and we did a video walk through of the contents of my garage to move cross country. They quoted me $5,000 which I agreed to do and I gave them a deposit of $2,000 and signed a contract. When Julio and 1 other guy showed up at my house with a truck to do the move, they claimed the contents of my garage was far more than on the contract (though I hadn't changed a thing) and said the price was going to be more than $20,000. I told them no way and that I wanted a refund. They refused to give me a refund because they said the contract didn't allow for it despite that being ludicrous. When I called the management they were very hostile and said sorry - no refund. 3 weeks later they have not refunded me, they performed no service for me, and they feel they can just keep my money because they sent 2 guys to my house. Very sad that "companies" like this are out there for the sole purpose of scamming good, honest people. I am getting a lawyer and suing them. I just want to take time to say thanks for the two guys who helped me move into my apartment. It was a big job! I needed to take things from a storage unit and a third floor apartment and then take it all up to a new third floor apartment. I called them the day I was moving and they had boxes in hand within 4 hours. They were quick and systematic in getting everything into the truck. They also went above and beyond to help me with some last minute packing, which I appreciate so much! The two guys were Jimmy and,so sorry I forgot his name but, the man who just had that sweet little baby with his wife! That's another thing, they were kind and chatted with my dad and I throughout the process. Also, their prices were great and customer service, as far as getting the move started and lined up, were amazing!! Thank all of y'all so much! I really appreciate everything.
