The movers were incredibly professional, efficient, careful, and courteous from start to finish. I have several antiques and delicate glass and china pieces, and I was extremely impressed that everything arrived safely with no damage. There was a minor mishap involving my printer, but their claims department responded immediately and handled the situation professionally. Their willingness to quickly address the issue and make things right was another example of their excellent customer service. Due to financial constraints, I decided to store my things locally for now while I relocated. I'm someone who's huge on reviews (non-incentivized) and personal experiences people have with a company or product, so Einstein caught my eye. From the first conversation with the representative when I called, I knew I was in good hands. The conversation was calm, every step was explained, emails and communication was fluid thru moving day. The truck was much bigger than I was expecting as well as the ramp placement at the side of the truck vs the rear which made me nervous, but luckily we were able to make it work in my apartment complex. Sully and Kenan were friendly and understanding overall. Asked questions along the way as needed, and took some of the stress away from what typically comes with a moving day (especially when it comes to this being my first time moving things into a storage unit). I do have to note that the move may have finished sooner had one movers not been out of commission by his lunch choice longer than expected... Also, seeing the feet of my couch during the move has me a bit nervous about how they'll look when I remove my furniture from the unit. From a few feet away when I saw them on the cargo elevator and being placed into the unit, they seemed like they were angled and scratched a bit from positioning during transport. The email after my move stated that I can inform them if I notice any damages, whenever it may be, so I'll have to do a thorough check when I next access or move-out of the unit. Other than that, I would for sure use them again, possibly even for when it's time for that move-out. I recommend this company as an affordable choice for a local move if all the movers are similar to Sully & Kenan who helped with mine. Thanks guys!

I chose Firehouse Movers because of their glowing Google reviews, and their initial estimate was very competitive. Unfortunately, the final bill was a complete shock. To begin with, they insisted on a virtual estimate and refused to come out in person and assess the job. This was a 5000 sq ft home full of furniture, and I wanted the most accurate estimate possible. I asked multiple times for an in-person estimate, but my requests were declined. By moving day, I had sold two-bedroom sets and several other large pieces of furniture that were included in the original estimate. Even with significantly fewer items to move, the final price was more than double the original estimate. On the day of the move, I somehow went from needing two trucks, as stated in the estimate, to four. And from 9 to 17 total man hours. At the end of a long day, my husband just wanted them gone, so he reluctantly paid the bill before they could log anymore hours. When I called to discuss the bill, Firehouse claimed I had verbally approved the additional associated costs over the phone, citing a recording, which was completely false. I have asked multiple times for this recording, but I have not received it. That was not a small miscalculation. Our move was grossly underestimated. This whole experience felt misleading and dishonest. Stay away.

I've hired All My Sons Moving & Storage twice before with positive results. However, a company's…read moretrue character is revealed when something goes wrong. This time, a poorly trained crew damaged my property. Management offered no apology or concern, simply instructing me to file a claim. When additional damage was discovered during unloading, I contacted my assigned claims specialist, to ask how to update my claim. Despite multiple emails and phone calls over several days, he never responded. I eventually called and spoke with another claims specialist, who was rude and dismissive. He informed me that I could neither file another claim nor add damage to my existing claim. When I questioned the legal basis for this restriction, he acknowledged it was company policy, not law. Despite repeated requests, this person refused to connect me with a manager, stating, "I'm not going to escalate every call to my manager. This situation doesn't require it." Apparently, damaged property, an unresponsive claims department, and a policy restricting additional damage claims don't warrant management's attention. The arrogance and lack of accountability are astounding. I paid this company to move my belongings safely. Instead, I received damaged property, unanswered communications, and management unwilling to address my concerns. All My Sons appears more interested in collecting payment than taking responsibility. And if you want further insight into their approach to customer service, look at the generic, copy-and-paste responses to other customer complaints in Google. A company's reputation is defined by how it handles problems, not just successful moves. All My Sons failed miserably.

Updated review: I am saddened that I even have to post an…read moreupdate for this company: Our first experience was so good, and I thought Aaron and his company were trustworthy. However, upon arrival and unpacking our moving truck (after a 5-day moving halfway across the country ordeal,) we saw that there was damage to some of our things. Our couches were scratched up and stained, with fraying and tearing in some places. My husband's one-of-a-kind woodworking bench (handmade by a disabled veteran in DFW specifically for him) had a huge gash on the top from the movers piling things on it. (Even though we asked them not to.) After turning on our TV, we also noticed there was a vertical line in it. We had Samsung come out the following week, and they told us it was damaged from the move. We immediately reported the issues with the couch and woodworking bench to Aaron and sent him pictures of the damage. At first, he tried to skirt his responsibility, but after relaying the information to him again, he said he would file with his insurance. That was December 19th. When we confirmed that the damage to the TV was a result of the move and not a technical issue, we also reported that to him and sent him the technician's report. We have repeatedly asked him about the claim, and he either doesn't answer us or says he "filed with the insurance" and we "should hear from them soon." At the time of this posting, it is January 29th. We have contacted him repeatedly throughout the weeks while also giving him ample time to respond. My husband once again texted him this past Friday, and he STILL hasn't responded. I apologize in advance to anyone who read my review and used this business beforehand. Like I said, I am saddened that it has come to this. We will likely have to file a claim in small claims court, and we are looking into other avenues to have his poor business practices reported so no one else is left holding the bag like us. If he ever does decide to do what is right and have his insurance cover the damages, I will update the review. As of right now, we're out the money we paid for the movers and the money it will cost us for the repairs ourselves. I definitely do NOT recommend this business anymore.

Maria was very responsive and patiently addressed all my questions and concerns prior to making an appointment. Rates are competitive and, most importantly, STRAIGHTFORWARD. There are too many moving businesses out there that enjoy adding extra/hidden charges -- so you keep guessing until the move's done and usually end up paying a lot more than you initially planned. With Full Circle, there are no hidden costs. The only variable is time. Which brings me to the third point -- efficiency. They're quick and have legendary stacking skills! We were pleasantly surprised when our move-out took about two-thirds of the time we'd anticipated. Move-in was also very smooth.
