We came for some quick treats. The staff here very friendly. We walked away with a chocolate chip cookie, apple pie and one of my personal favorites Pecan Pie. I'm personally not a big fan of apple pie, but this one was good. Still wouldn't buy my own but it wasn't too bad. The cookie was very soft and sweet, but the pecan pie definitely hit the spot. We got my sisters birthday cake from Three Brothers and WOW, we had multiple people tell us it was the best cake they had ever had! It was so moist and fell apart in your mouth. We did plain vanilla cake and vanilla frosting and my sister added the flowers on top. They were so easy to work with and pricing was fair. Their bakery is so cute and clean. I'm shocked this place only has 3 stars!! I went here after my doctor's appointment, which is right next door and got myself some kolaches.. which btw are prob the best kolaches I have had. They have jalapeno cheese kolaches, and man, the cheese was melty and so fire. The employee gave me fresh seasoned kolaches that just got out of the oven.. and man, it did NOT disappoint. The staff was super lovely. None of the food in the case is labeled properly so you just spend too much time asking 'what is this?' The traditional brownie was super heavy, almost flourless. The ice oatmeal cookie was ok but really sweet. The tri color almond cookies lacked almond flavoring. Ice coffee was ok. Nothing was bad but nothing was amazing. However, my cookie was super hard and had no relevant to title flavor. The hardness felt that of a cookie that had been sitting in the glass all day long. We asked if they had any vegan options (my man is severely allergic to dairy) and they recommended items with buttercream and mascarpone cheese... Disappointed. I remember when it opened and the great reviews it use to be. I use to love theirsl ginger bread cookies. I would pay $5-7 for it! Last time I went I got it and A few other cookies. From croissants to seven layer cakes, treats for your fur babies and everything in between. I don't usually care for sweets, but it's almost impossible not to walk out of there with multiple items. We had the beef jalapeño kolache, cherry danish, and a white chocolate strawberry cake ball. The kolache was one of the best I've had in Houston, it was just perfect. The danish was not too sweet, but very tasty, and the bread had a hint of cinnamon. Then the cake ball...it was so moist, extremely sweet but delicious.
