Small cute lil place to pick up some of the yummiest cookies. Conveniently located in midtown in a strip where there is always plenty of parking, is this delightful cookie spot. The cookies are all delicious, from the snicker doodle to the chocolate chip cookie to the oatmeal cookie. Stopped by today (March 7) to try the flavor of the month which is a tiramisu cookie, believe me when I tell you it is so worth it. You get a bit of cocoa, expresso and small chunks of marscapone... 7/30/2019: Okay guys, after Sebastian from Tiff's Treats reached out to me about my experience, they have officially won me over! He gave me the opportunity to try their popular (or should I say famous?) baked to order cookies. In fact, I received four different flavors - half a dozen each, along with a pint of bell homemade vanilla ice cream and two bottles of milk to share. This was all delivered right to my door by a friendly driver. When I say this warm cookie delivery was amazing, Tiff's really added that WOW factor. Baked to order cookies are still warm upon arrival, and it's like they just came out of your own oven! The cookies were perfectly soft and just the way I like 'em. If you've never had Tiff's, I recommend ordering ahead of time for their baked to order cookies to ensure the best experience possible. And if you didn't know, Tiff's treats is actually the FIRST US bakery to even offer a warm cookie delivery service - so do take advantage of it. I've gotten to try almost all of their cookie flavors in just two days - chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin, snickerdoodle, M&M, peanut butter chocolate, and white chocolate with almonds. Your basic cookie shop for when you just NEED something yummy and sweet. Nothing to rave about per say. Came into today after lunch to get our sugary fix. We each got a cookie. They aren't warm from coming out of the oven. They are warm because they rewarm them up for you... We then got their ice cream treat to share. It is vanilla ice cream with chocolate chip cookie and brownie pieces mixed in, topped with sugar cookie crumbles. It's a fun idea! It was a good amount to share to kill our sugar tooth. read more

These were the best hot cookies. When I picked them up, I asked if they were hot. I was told they were and if I had a problem with them be sure to let the know and to come back. I was taking them out of the bag at the same time and the box was hot. I brought the cookies home but had to make another run before eating them and the ice cream which I could tell had been in the freezer. (Thank God!) When I returned home 3hours later, the cookies were still warm, pretty and taste great! I had the mixed box of chocolate chip pecan and the peanut butter cookies. All were delicious. Now, I see why my daughter loves them. My daughter ordered Tiff's Treats for my birthday from a different location. They were horrible and not warm. This has to be one of the best Tiffs Treats location in the city! The staff is very friendly and fast. Every time I order from there I am greeted with such a warm welcome. I was trying to give Tiff's Treats money and they refused my order. I had to go through about 25 different "I'm not a robot" questions and I'm sure I answered them correctly. I literally was addicted to this place at one point. I had to stop eating them when I started training, but omg these cookies are so freaking good. I usually get chocolate chip, because that's the only kind of cookie I like. I'm not really a cookie or any pastry type of person so if I eat these cookies it must really be good. I would recommend. We were even nice enough to to tell her not to worry about warming up cookies (really we were ready to go), she just threw them in the box and left them on the shelf. 2 customers walked in behind me and asked if they were open open because the cashier didn't say anything to them even after asking the question, the other employee just continued to clean and didn't say anything either. Tiff's has always been a popular go-to cheer-up/encouragement/celebration present since back in my UT Austin days. Tiff's works great as an office treat, especially with the delivery. The cookies are warm and gooey. I think they're a bit oily (probably from the butter)...but I don't eat sweets to be healthy. I've come here a few times to buy cookies on the spot. They have some cookies pre-made that can be warmed up (vs. ordering ahead to get a fresh batch of cookies). I tried calling ahead to see if I could get the pre-made cookies warmed up...but Tiff's uses a call center and it is not possible to directly call the store...which frustrated me. You can call for a pick-up, but it wouldn't be ready immediately. I found it interesting that they print their receipt on a sheet of computer paper. They are also happy to write a personal message and address the recipient if you want them to print out a greeting card, which is just a computer paper printed on both sides and folded in half. Everyone has been really nice and cheery here. However, what I always thought would be a 3 min in-and-out experience tends to be more of 10-15 min...largely because warming up cookies takes time. Presentation of the box and greeting cards are beautiful and well-done. The cookies are a bit pricey at ~$1 per cookie (vs grocery store prices), but you come here for the warm cookie feeling and the brand. read more

I have to give this Tiff's Treats a high five. No, this is not about their cookies and ice cream so much as their excellent appreciation for what makes a happy customer. Earlier this year, I ordered Tiff's for a friend who was a bit down on her luck and needed a little pick-me-up. Her address was outside of their direct service area, so they had to use a third-party courier to deliver. As luck would have it, the courier confused two orders and my friend got the "Get Well, Jim. Love, Dave" order with the wrong cookies and no ice cream. Since I'm quite the cut-up, my friend just assumed it was one of my practical jokes and thought nothing of it, until we compared notes. I was pretty direct when I contacted Tiff's as to what I felt needed to be done to make things right. Without putting them in a precedent-setting situation, let's just say they went out of their way to make sure that my friend was made happy and that I felt they cared. Tiff's, I can't thank you enough for the totally stand-up manner in which you handled my order. I may be in the minority, but my favorite from Tiff's is their Snickerdoodle cookie!! Served warm, there is nothing more comforting than one of Tiff's Snickerdoodle cookies and ice cream (ok, maybe 2 cookies...). I love to send Tiff's as a surprise to friends and family at work for birthdays, anniversaries, or just because. They always come presented in a clean white box, and served warm so that they taste just like they came straight out of the oven. If you are feeding a crowd, I recommend getting a mix of 1/2 Snickerdoodles (duh), and 1/2 chocolate chip with M&M's or just plain chocolate chip. The chocolate chip cookies are always full of gooey, melty chocolate chips that are basically irresistible. I like the Oatmeal, too, but it's definitely not my first pick for a mixed box. They often have season flavors, but none of those have really topped the deliciousness of what is on their regular menu. One dozen cookies always goes fast, so if you have more than one dozen people to feed (or just a super hungry group of any size), then you need to order more! These are not cookies people share, these are cookies people go back for seconds of....and thirds....and fourths....you get the picture. Cheers! read more

These guys are a life saver! A good friend of mine is in the hospital in the Houston medical center. The nurses on his floor are taking excellent care of him so I wanted to do a little something nice for them. I had two dozen cookies delivered to the day shift and another two dozen to the night shift. Both deliveries were completed at the promised time and I even got an email letting me know they had been delivered. I'm shocked and disappointed at Tiff's today! I waited 8 long months for them to bring these 3 layered brownies back and they were so cold, old and hard. I didn't realize it until I got back to the office. It seems like they're better when you get them delivered vs picking them up. Also they were smaller this time and not the same size. You can tell from the pic 8 months ago the brownies were hot and falling apart in my recent photos on today the brownies are hard as a rock. The worker even told me they messed up on my order and gave me the regular brownies I guess that explains the old ones I receive. This is the first time I have ever been here. The minute I walked into the shop, I knew that I was not going to be disappointed. The smell of buttery, sugary cookies hits you the minute you step in. I had the oatmeal raisin cookies. The cookies were soft and buttery and had the right amount of sweetness. If I had a glass of milk with me, my cookies would have been perfect.
