Great place to get cookies in Houston, Texas! The service here was amazing as she was able to help me pick which cookies I wanted. The cookie looks hard, but on the inside was so gooey and soft and chewy, it tasted exactly like cookie dough! This is the type of cookie I like anyway so I'm glad that I enjoyed it. Overall, I highly recommend and I would come back.

After being such a loyal fan to Pudgys cookies which is 5 minutes away, this was the first time a cookie place came close!! The cookie butter cookie was excellent!! She warmed them up for us and it was so delicous. I also got the gingerbread seasonal cookie which was way too gooey from being heated up so it fell apart in my hands due to the cream cheese middle (pudgys gibgersnap cookie tops this one). However if you are a gooey and thick cookie fan, this is the place for you! Can't wait to try more flavors soon.

If you're a cookie lover, Bittersweet is a dream come true! Bittersweet stands out among the cookie competition because not only are they mom/pop small business but their cookies are unique in design and flavor! Built in a warehouse, you can smell the freshly baked cookies as soon as you walk up. Every cookie is perfectly soft, chewy, and packed with flavor. My first time visiting, I was overwhelmed with all the different choices and options to choose from. I selected a three pack and chose: - Cookies & Cream (topped with Hershey's cookie's and cream bar, marshmallow cream, and an Oreo) - Birthday (made with sprinkles, white chocolate chips, and golden Oreos) - Cookie Butter Stuffed Snickerdoodle (stuffed with cookie butter and topped with Biscoff cookies) my absolute favorite!! These cookies are incredibly decadent. I recommend sharing and not eating them all in one sitting! New flavors are always coming out so there's always something new to try. You can get petite cookies for $3, a regular cookie for $6, a half dozen for $30 and a dozen for $50. Whether you're treating yourself or grabbing a box to share, this is the ultimate spot for a delicious dessert. 10/10 would recommend!

Had a stressful day and work and needed something sweet to take the edge off. This place is close to my job and I'd seen it advertised by influencers. I'm so glad I was influenced bc their cookies are delicious!! I bought 3 minis: Oreo, s'mores, and triple chocolate. They were warmed up, which I highly recommend. I also bought a milk carton, with was also a good idea. As soon as I sat in my car I devoured the triple chocolate. It was like butter in my mouth! I'll be going back and recommending to everyone I know!

Stopped by after dinner to satisfy our sweet tooth and boyyyy was it satisfied. So I will say bittersweet is in an unexpected location and if you're not keeping your eyes open, you may miss it. The cookies ordered - cookie butter stuffed snickerdoodle, wedding cake, birthday cake, and cosmic. I can't pick a favorite because they were all delicious. I'd you're hesitant about coming here or need a dessert recommendation, please stop by!!

Would've never known this place existed if it weren't for yelp. I searched for desserts and up popped this place that's hidden in what looks like a warehouse. Staff was friendly and helpful. They serve Gelato and cookies. We ordered the birthday Gelato which was like ice cream with pieces of cake in it yum. I also ordered the butter cookie that had a biscotti on top, it was almost like eating a muffin it was divine. If you have a sweet tooth, I definitely recommend checking this place out

Wanted a Pudgy's cookie, but they were closed, so I found out about Bittersweet. WOW, where has it been hiding? Oh yeah, in a sketchy looking spot on the side of the warehouse that houses Nundi's. Don't be scared and roll on back to the side of the building. They have such a great selection of cookies and the ones we tried were delicious. They gave big cookies or if you want to try several flavors, they offer smaller sized ones. Give it a go! I'm definitely going back when I have a cookie craving.

Let me start by saying this: yes, the cookies are $6. Yes, they're $3 for the baby ones. And yes, I still happily gave them someone else money because these cookies? WHEW. Worth every gooey, thick, sweet bite. Now, let's talk location. Bittersweet is tucked into the back of a warehouse dock like it's running a cookie heist. When I looked it up on Yelp, I was a little confused and a lil concerned. I was like, "Are we getting cookies or a load?" But my sweet sugar craving got the best of me! The owner who moved to Houston from Dallas during COVID. Started out in her mama's kitchen, leveled up to a restaurant, and now she's slinging cookies out of a literal loading dock. That's hustle, heart and delicious. I got the Cookies & Cream and baby, it had a whole Oreo perched on top like a crown. Did I eat the Oreo? No. Did I need to? Also no. Because that cookie alone was crispy on the edges, soft and gooey in the middle, and thick like I wanna be one day. It was giving luxury, handmade greatness... It was giving "Crumbl could never." We also tried the Oatmeal Cream Pie and chile there were marshmallows in the middle. The owner explained all the flavors and mid sentence, I had to tell her my teeth were hurting just thinking about it. These cookies are sweet. So if you have a sweet tooth, Bittersweet is gonna scratch that itch and then some. Its grab and go only. No tables, no restroom, no frills; just fire cookies and a passion project in motion. You'll find it in the same parking lot as Nundini Chef's Table. Just keep driving down like you know where you're going; you don't, but it's okay! Bittersweet is that hidden gem your dentist might not love, but your soul absolutely will. It's woman owned, small biz, and deserves the same energy yall give to those bougie frozen $10 cookie dough balls. Support her. Eat the cookie Anna Mae!

A cookie shop? Heck yes! It's 4.25 stars for me, but bumping it up because Bittersweet is a small local business that seems to be just starting up! Servicing out of a loading dock, Bittersweet has a hefty array of some serious-looking cookies. What it lacks in storefront decor, it makes up for in their very extra cookies-- they're big and stuffed with goodies like marshmallow fluff, whole Reese's cups and Oreo cookies, graham crackers, and all the sweets one can imagine. (There are also little mini cookies though for anyone who prefers their sweets to be petite!) The cookies are already soft at room temp (a little too soft for me since I like a chew in my cookies), so I can only imagine them becoming too gooey when warmed like recommended. But the flavors are quite sweet and delish! The peanut butter Oreo had an entire Oreo sandwiched around a Reese's cup and the combo worked really well; it was surprisingly creamy and deliciously peanut butter flavored. The cookie butter snickerdoodle had a luscious pool of cookie butter in the middle but the rest of the dough tasted more akin to a pumpkin pie than a straightforward snickerdoodle... kind of wished it was more Biscoff cookie butter flavored throughout. Wasn't expecting that, but still very tasty though as I definitely gobbled it up! I like how I can freeze these and just thaw them in the fridge or room temp-- more reason to stock up and buy a box right? :D if you get a box, there's an option for a free and cute red bow. One big bummer of the visit-- I ordered 6 different cookies but I opened the box at home and found 2 of the same ones (missing the Cookie Dough Stuffed Brownie! Nooooo), sad :( I also love how Bittersweet is open late! We came after dinner and the lady there was polite and patient while we pored over the menu. Cookies are a bit pricey, but there's no option to tip when paying with a card so it actually probably is the same cost as another favorite cookie shop down the street :) (Kudos for building the tip into the item prices!). I'm coming back for sure for another round of cookies, om nom nom!

Nutella Stuffed, Nutella Brownie, Birthday, Red Velvet, Cookie Butter Stuffed Snickerdoodle and Cookies & Cream

Why 4 stars? Because if you're looking for indulgence, these cookies are where you need to be. --- --- --- I don't remember how I discovered this place, but it was bookmarked and I was in the area. There are many-a-cookie places these days with a similar business model, and to be honest, I have yet to tire from visiting them. Truthfully, I pretty much would have loved to try every item on the menu, but I settled for the following: Nutella Stuffed, Nutella Brownie, Birthday, Red Velvet, Cookie Butter Stuffed Snickerdoodle and Cookies & Cream. I picked them up, drove an hour home, and was very happy to utilize the "reheat in the oven for 5-7 minute" instructions. I don't know that I had a favorite or a least favorite from the bunch. To tell you the truth, baking them for 6 minutes was a bit much because they were so gooey that they weren't even really cookies anymore. I did enjoy them but would recommend more like 4-5 minutes of re-heating. Maybe even just good ol' microwaving would suffice.

Such yummy cookies and incredible flavors!!! They currently have a pumpkin crème brûlée flavor, and it is fantastic. I've never had cookies like this before!! Service is quick and easy; go straight to the counter and order what you want. What a great and cute cookie shop!! Definitely will be coming back!

Delicious unique cookies! It is located in the lot behind nundini's italian restaurant and can be hard to find. Luckily there's a huge sign posted on the gate entrance as you drive in. At $6 each the cookies are expensive, but delicious. The owner was friendly and offered to warm up the cookies. She mentioned that her goal is to eventual open up a small seating area inside, which would be a great idea! I tried the cosmic cookie. It was delicious! Next time I won't choose a caramel option though because as expected it was very sweet.

I've been following their instagram account for months drooling over their cookies. Finally stopped in and was not disappointed. Believe me when I say they taste EVEN BETTER than they look (though I didn't think it was possible). I love their wide menu of fun and unique flavors while also keeping some classics. I also like that they offer two sizes, regular and petite. I went with petite so I could try more flavors. They are a great size. The cookies are so fresh and gooey. I appreciate the home baked taste. They offer to warm them up for you too! Such a great shop perfect for small or large occasions. Can't wait to come back!
