Is everyone working here doing ok ? This is my first time at crumbl and I was pretty excited to get my order. When I arrived though, the joy of cookies was quickly tucked out of me. Everyone is extremely quiet and the energy is really down. There were no customers in the store when I arrived but it took a bit for me to be acknowledged and when I was it was as if inconvenient.... I placed an order for pickup at 11am but when I arrived right at 11 my order was not ready to go. There is a tray of cookie options as well as a menu on the wall behind the counter. They have a good assortment of cookies which made it hard to choose, but we chose to share a chocolate cake crumble cookie. It was basically a chocolate chip cookie with chocolate cake crumbles on top. Cookie was very soft and very sweet. We grabbed a bunch of cookies for a friend's birthday and every single cookie was incredible. They were all super soft, moist, and delectable. My personal favorites were the banana pudding cookie, the lemon custard cookie, the original chocolate chip, and the extreme chocolate cookie! This is my second time visiting Crumbl, but my first time visiting this location. It's in a very busy shopping center off of Yale not too far from I-10. This location looks almost identical to the one on Bellaire. I suspect they're probably all designed the same. They had two touch screens on the wall. I think there was also one or two touchscreens at the counter too near the cookie display. As with the other location, there is no seating; all orders are to go. I ordered the pecan pie (served warm) and the pina colada (served chilled). Within two minutes, my order was ready. Both cookies are delicious! The pecan pie really does taste like pecan pie. The pecans and caramel are delightful! The pina colada is really good too. It has coconut shavings in it which is a nice touch. I liked the pecan pie a little bit more. It's up there with the carrot cake cookie. These cookies are incredibly delicious and addicting and I'm looking forward to eating them over the next three days lol. read more

Yeahhhh, i've eaten a lot of cookies in my day and this ain't it. I was so excited to try the hyped up cookies at Crumbl but ultimately just ended up disappointed. The cookies here are large and mushy, so maybe if cookie dough is your thing then you'll enjoy it. Also each cookie left a weird grease stain on the box after like 2 hours. The prices aren't too bad considering the size but i'm just really disappointed in the quality. The best one i had was the pink icing since it had a strong almond flavor. I don't like how they use milk chocolate in their chocolate chip cookies either (too sweet!). The store is is nice and the ipad self-ordering system was smooth though.
