Is everyone working here doing ok ? This is my first time at crumbl and I was pretty excited to get my order. When I arrived though, the joy of cookies was quickly tucked out of me. Everyone is extremely quiet and the energy is really down. There were no customers in the store when I arrived but it took a bit for me to be acknowledged and when I was it was as if inconvenient.... Very bright clean place, friendly staff with plenty of parking outside, in fact 2 spaces up front are dedicated to this place which made it super convenient. There is a tray of cookie options as well as a menu on the wall behind the counter. They have a good assortment of cookies which made it hard to choose, but we chose to share a chocolate cake crumble cookie. This is my second time visiting Crumbl, but my first time visiting this location. It's in a very busy shopping center off of Yale not too far from I-10. This location looks almost identical to the one on Bellaire. I suspect they're probably all designed the same. They had two touch screens on the wall. I think there was also one or two touchscreens at the counter too near the cookie display. As with the other location, there is no seating; all orders are to go. I ordered the pecan pie (served warm) and the pina colada (served chilled). Within two minutes, my order was ready. Both cookies are delicious! The pecan pie really does taste like pecan pie. The pecans and caramel are delightful! The pina colada is really good too. It has coconut shavings in it which is a nice touch. I liked the pecan pie a little bit more. It's up there with the carrot cake cookie. These cookies are incredibly delicious and addicting and I'm looking forward to eating them over the next three days lol. read more

The cookies here are large and mushy, so maybe if cookie dough is your thing then you'll enjoy it. Also each cookie left a weird grease stain on the box after like 2 hours. The prices aren't too bad considering the size but i'm just really disappointed in the quality. The best one i had was the pink icing since it had a strong almond flavor. They only have 6 options available at a time and one will always be some type of sugar cookie. This week, they had 4 warm options and 2 cold options.
