My wife and I love this place. We often try to catch the Saturday special, but it is often sold out. Becky and crew can really whip up some amazing baked goods. Her holiday pies were next level and definitely made Thanksgiving and Christmas that much better. Try their couch potato cookie or their chocolate pecan tart! Strike that, try anything and you will likely love it!

Nailed it with the Saturday rotating offerings. There is always a line. We got there at 0945 this Saturday and they ask only five at a time to go in. We waited about 15 minutes max in addition to getting there early. Everything was available so we got it all and it was worth it. Parking isn't bad even if you aren't in the lot because there's neighborhood street parking.

The absolute best sweet treat shop in H town! Staff is always super friendly, love the vibe of the place. My faves are... Trillionaire Gooey Butter Chocolate Peanut Butter Ginger Molasses Lemon Tart Never had anything less than superb from here, it's always a must when near!

Another savory Saturday at Fluff Bake Bar. I finally got a chance to try the Franklin's BBQ brisket croissant, along with their cinnamon roll bread pudding, their couch potato cookie, and lemon tart. I showed up 5 minutes before they opened, and was in and out in about 15 minutes. I love the variety and the fact that I can enjoy the rest of my weekend in a sugar coma.

Happy birthday to me with an apple cider donut. Perfection. Tangy, sweet perfection.

After seeing a review on IG, we decided to check out Fluff! We left with a ginger cookie that was the perfect blend of spices. The wallpaper made for a perfect backdrop for a selfie! All of their food looked so good and the smell of the room was yummy!

I've been wanting to try this place for quite a while. Nothing stood out as amazing but nothing was gross. I loved my time but at the same time I don't feel the need to come back. I like my desserts less sweet.

Seriously!! Where has this place been HIDING! On a residential street! My goodness, what an AWESOME find! Cleanliness - 5 stars Service - 5 stars Prices - 5 stars Quality - 5 stars Taste - 5 stars This place is literally a hidden gym when I tell you that every cookie I tried 4 different flavors was delicious in it's own right. Ooey gooey - white fluffy cake like cookie, not overly sweet Million dollar Gingerbread And something with a pretzel and marshmallows OMG my favorite! I went here just to taste but seriously I'm going to buy a dozen of those pretzel marshmallows ones tomorrow. Sweet AND salty it was like a soft yet crunchy rice crispy treat on steroids! Mouth watering goodness!! I couldn't eat it fast enough or slow enough to make it last LOL Sorry Crumble cookie, you've been replaced! Sugar feen in heaven. Thank you fluff for making my day so much brighter!

Friendly service and attentive service. They have so many options. You can never go wrong with the couch potato. I also got the lemon tarte and it was so good. Did I wait to get home to eat my couch potato...no. Should I have gotten 2...yes!

I come here almost every weekend. This is hands down my favorite bakery in Houston. I recommend it to as many people as I can. I normally come for the cookies, but lately I've been trying more things. Trust me, everything here is PHENOMENAL! I read some of the other reviews & saw some people leaving negative comments about the service. Every interaction I have had with the workers (and owner) has been great. The owner is funny, sweet, & quite frankly a genius. How she came up with such beautiful recipes is mind blowing!! Thanks for always providing amazing sweets & even better service. *side note I'm currently eating a unicorn bait in bed lol*

Everything was flavorful. The customer service was great as well. I forgot the name of the guy who i spoke with. He helped me decide on what to get by explaining things he'd suggest for me based on what i like. Great place with great people.

Kind of pricey, but extremely delicious. The butter cookie is outstanding. Although, most of the stuff they sell is tasty.

The owner is incredibly rude. Her baked goods are good but not good enough to put up with the attitude. I stopped going long ago.

Inside you will also find French pastries, coffees and teas, gelato, milkshakes, sandwiches and macaroons. I felt the most interesting items were the French pastries as they are cute and tasty as well. Also, they plate the pastries nicely when you dine in as an added bonus. I tried the Chocolate Royale and the Ruby. Chocolate Royale - a petit chocolate mouse slice with flat chocolate panels along the sides. It is delicate and tasty. If you're a chocolate lover, this is definitely up your alley. Ruby - visually this looks like a strawberry Hershey kiss, with red powder on the exterior and a top piece of foil to resemble foil on the wrapper of a hershey kiss. Inside, it's filled with a strawberry cream and has a chocolate base. I just wish there was more chocolate in this one. They have plenty of seating inside as well as along the sidewalk. Inside you have the more fancy tables, whereas outside, they're more weather resistant and not as upscale in appearance. The soft drinks to drink along with your sweets are in a cold case along the hotel side of the space and you just take them to the register as you order. One of the most surprising things when you come here are the relatively affordable prices as you might expect them to be more for being a coffee shop attached to a 5-star hotel with a helipad.

What's nudged this place up to 5 stars for me is they have really improved their coffee game, specifically their quality of cappuccino's. Previously it seemed more of latte, but now to me its a legit Capp. Their choice of pastries hasn't changed, which gives you a good assortment of choices and they have added an additional barista or server which also is a nice touch for service. The only niggling items, parking can be tough, so you'll have to either walk a block or be quick to find a place close by. Regardless, definitely give this place a go to come for a pastry and coffee.

There's a variety of rotating flavors - but I felt the options were a bit limited in terms of appeal. There were 4 slightly different kinds of vanilla flavors and most of the other flavors did not appeal as much. This is my personal preference - I would come back another day when other flavors are in rotation. Our server was very kind and we were able to try different flavors before ordering. A cone is fairly pricey, above 6 dollars for a large and another $1.16 for a waffle cone. This doesn't include tax, so you're looking at an $8 cone for a large. This is fine, if the ice cream reflects the price. What we got was good, but I feel that you can go to plenty of other options nearby for a much better price and flavor at the same quantity. The cone also does not hold the cream that well so it definitely gets messy! I would also like to mention that the signage for different flavors is very hard to read - some of them were impossible to know what it was. I would suggest that this is changed to have the flavor names in front of the ice cream being scooped and on the wall also for clarity and accessibility. I appreciate that part of it is the theme/quirkiness, but feel that accessibility should be front and center. I got the Garrison Brother's Balmorhea and the Apple Maple Pecan Praline ice cream. Both of them were quite good. The booze is quite strong in the ice cream and the Heath pieces were delicious. Overall good ice cream, but much room for improvement.

I've always liked bakeries, but I try to eat on the healthier side, so I usually avoid anything that might tempt me.But I am a sucker for cinnamon rolls, so when I saw they had them, of course I had to try one and they are so, so good. Now we actually go there about once every two weeks because we love it that much and I look forward to opening the front doors and smelling the sweet smell of baked goods Recently we also found out that they have cheese & sausage kolaches, and oh my gosh, they are delicious. They are really, really good and were such a nice surprise when we tried them. The location closest to us is the one on Airline Drive, and we usually go in the afternoon so we can avoid the after-work crowd. That time of day works really well for us because there aren't too many people, which makes it easier to grab bread and look around without feeling rushed. The ordering process is pretty quick and simple. You grab your metal tray and tongs, open each little door, pick what you want, and put it on the tray. When you're ready, you go to the register where the ladies count the breads, ring everything up, and bag it nicely for you. We're usually in and out pretty fast, which we really like.
