I wish I found Frank 20 years ago. I've moved multiple times in Phoenix but never has service been so exceptional as that I received from Frank Thompson Moving. Throughout the whole process, I found Frank to be attentive, helpful, very punctual and most of all careful. Not one object of mine was broken, misplaced or lost. The most important thing was Frank was methodical in his approach to packing. He studied the rooms, furniture and layout and suggested the best way to handle the move. I left it all in his hands. I was truly impressed by how carefully and thoughtfully he packed everything. Never have I seen a moving crew so careful and respectful. Pho, Junior, George and Frank teamed up to deliver exceptional service at a price that was reasonable and affordable. Frank went a step further and arranged to have a Units storage container delivered on time. He handled all the details at a price I agreed to. Furthermore, Frank went beyond the call of duty and helped set up storage shelves in my new garages. And what's more, he referred me to a handyman who charged reasonable rates to fix things in my new home. When I think of the job Frank Thompson Moving did for me, I could not be happier or more pleased. Here are the take aways - punctual, courteous, problem-solver, careful and efficient. The team placed all my new furniture in the exact spots I wanted and hauled away all the packing materials. Frank is unbeatable in his knowledge of the moving industry and knows from the minute he walks through your home how your move will be handled. I will use Frank again and again and refer him to all my friends in need of a trusted and reliable mover. read more

My husband and I recently moved from California to Scottsdale. During the move, several pieces of large / heavy furniture were damaged. In our search to find the best furniture repair, we found THE BEST movers. Thompson Moving was recommended by our repair company and after some additional research, I contacted Thompson to coordinate the move from our home to the shop. Frank was responsive to my inquiry, made room for my move immediately, arrived with his crew promptly and treated my furniture as if it were his own. Frank and Gabriel were not only 2 of the most professional movers I've ever met, but they followed all COVID safety protocols, paid special care when I mentioned we had three cats, and were polite, respectful and funny. When my furniture repair was completed and I needed to have my furniture brought back, Frank replied to my text immediately and was able to accommodate the move the VERY NEXT DAY. The return of the furniture was just as exceptional.... Frank and Gabriel even dealt with my Type A personality in terms of furniture placement -- and one of our pieces was a piano!! They made it their business to go the "extra mile" to make sure we were completely satisfied. I will definitely use Thompson again and recommend them highly!! read more

I hired some college hunks to pack my truck. It was a total disaster. Don't hire college kids to load your truck. You need experienced people that know how to load a truck so nothing gets damaged during transit. I called Frank the Professional Mover at THOMPSON MOVING later that day at 9PM, and he was there the NEXT day bright and early at 730AM. Frank offloaded and repacked my truck. Frank and his crew packed my truck to perfection. Everything was packed with care. Frank protected my items with plastic wrap and furniture moving pads prior to loading them on my 26 foot truck, and then packed the truck so nothing moved during transit. I drove over 2000 miles from Gilbert AZ to Wisconsin, and when I arrived in Wisconsin, everything was in place just as Frank packed it in Gilbert. Nothing was damaged. Everything was packed snug with perfection. FRANK KNOWS HOW TO PACK A TRUCK RIGHT!. This is crucial when hiring someone to load your truck. I'd highly recommend Frank for your truck packing needs for your next move. read more

Frank and his team were beyond wonderful to work with. From the very beinging of my interactions, Frank was very communicative and willing to assist. At first our closing date got pushed up, Frank easily rearranged his schedule and was there exactly when we needed him to be. Once Frank and team had everything loaded and packed nicely in his truck(which they do an awesome job fitting everything and handling it all with care) I had to call Frank and let him know that we weren't getting the keys when we planned and that I didn't even have an ETA on when we would have them. Frank was extremely patient understanding through it all. Not once did I feel uneasy or pressured to need the keys as Frank knew it was out of my control. He patiently waited for my call that we had the keys and was over and unloading within minutes of me calling!! Thompson Moving is a 5 star business for sure. I hope not to move for many years at this point, but I will be recommending Frank and his team to everyone I know. They are the real deal!! read more

We used Thompson Moving to move from Scottsdale to Sierra Vista, AZ. We had 4,500 SF of space in Scottsdale, and a little less space in Sierra Vista. We were really impressed by the procedures used by Frank and his team. First, they put down runners to protect floors they were moving things over. We had them do a lot of the packing as well, and they showed their skills in the move resulting in no damage. Extensive paper was used to not only wrap items, but to fill voids in each box, so they could be safely stacked during the move. Every piece of furniture was wrapped with a blanket first, then shrink wrapped. Again, no damage at all. The loading and unloading was very carefully done, and efficiently unpacked, and where applicable, furniture was reassembled. I have used many moving companies, and mostly had bad experiences. Frank and his team were the best I have ever used. Frank communicated with me constantly so I always knew what to expect. I highly recommend Frank and his crew for your move. read more

This was the first time I've hired movers, so I spent 2-3 weeks calling and getting estimates. The standard is to speak with a receptionist who collects the sizes of furniture, TV's, boxes and so on. When I called Thompson moving, Frank returened my call that day and asked if he could swing by to look over all that needed to be moved in person. It was so much easier having him come over than speaking over someone on the phone. He knew right away the size of truck and amount of movers it would take and gave me the estimate right then. These guys were amazing during the move. It was 110 degrees that day and they were like machines going up and down the stairs making sure my belongings wouldn't be damaged. Frank is one of the most honest and positive guys I've ever met and so thankful I contacted him. I'll never call another moving company if I needed and highly recommend Thompson moving. They're the best in Az. read more

Frank Thompson Movers are magicians. They packed our 5500 sq ft. home into two TINY spaces. I am astounded. Frank, Price, Joey, and especially Pho, were all professional, friendly and patient with our kids under-foot. They are also highly skilled. They worked at lightning pace, finished faster than expected and saved us a ton on having to rent additional storage space. They also saved me from having to sell somethings on Craigslist that I didn't think I could fit. These guys are the real deal. They were referred to us with a raving recommendation from another reputable industry professional, he trusts them for his personal moves and I see why. When we move our things out of storage we may be overseas; we'll have no hesitation hiring Frank and his crew to move our things into shipping containers without us being here. That's the credibility they built with us today. Don't hesitate to hire them. read more

I was recommended to Thompson Moving LLC. by Paul Cardosie at Units Moving and storage. I contacted Frank Thompson and was very pleased that he would be able to help us load and unload our Unit. Selling a home and having to move everything into storage for 2 weeks before we could close on our new home was very stressful. Frank and his team were very professional. They did an outstanding job of packing each item with care and loading the Unit to full capacity with no wasted space. It was necessary to get an additional Unit delivered to complete our move. Frank to care of contacting Units to see that it was delivered on time. I received a very fair and excellent quote for their services. They will also provide boxes and shrink wrap etc. if you should need it. Please contact Thompson Moving for your move. I am sure you will be happy with their quality service. read more

Frank and his team were fantastic! I've moved across the country 4x due to my husband's job and have worked with companies that may be "bigger or more well known" than his...I can say that I am very impressed with his work ethic. He was efficient, courteous, hardworking and you can't beat his rates. I've coordinated all of my family's moves due to my husband's busy schedule and I've never felt more comfortable as a female alone in a big house with these guys. (Don't use Arizona Discount Movers, FYI) He wrapped everything really well and even took the time to repair damage to one of my entertainment centers that the previous movers, (ADM) made. I went with Thompson Movers because of the great reviews on my neighborhood website, Next Door and then after that I checked the reviews on Yelp. I 100% recommend!! read more

Wow!! AMAZING! Frank and his crew are the best. Organized, effecient, get the job done, high energy crew! Pleasant, courteous, professional, always concerned about us during the moving process. All our furniture was plastic wrapped and padded and our breakables were packed so well nothing was broke and nothing was scratched. They padded our entry doors and laid out carpet to protect our house. Set our beds back up, put lamps back together, arranged our furniture and double checked that we were satisfied with how beds and furniture arranged. Frank's lighthearted humor kept our moving day less stressful. Frank and his crew are so easy to work with. They really made our day!!! read more

Impressive Master Movers...Thompson Moving! Frank Thompson responded quickly to my moving needs and 24 hours after my phone call, we were totally moved into our new home. Frank and his employee protected my home and moved all of my treasures without one scratch or ding. This was the first moving company I had ever used that I didn't have any damage to my personal belongings. Thompson Moving gets my vote as the BEST moving company in the valley. Great customer service, wonderful attention given to protect your home and personal belongings, professional, and a fair price for the work completed. Frank Thompson and his crew not only moved our household, but actually made the experience enjoyable. They packed and moved my entire office [including computer, speakers, printers] and set it up in our new home that day. And, they packed and moved our large flat screen and all of the stereo components [cable box, CD player, DVD, etc] and set it up in our new home that day. We did not experience any down time. All of my glass furniture was carefully wrapped and survived the move intact. If you get to the end and still have things to pack, Frank and his crew will pack it and get it moved. They are great! read more

This moving company is outstanding! Frank (the owner) expects 120% from his crew! His company will pack a container so well that it saves you money from having to purchase a second container. Everything they packed was wrapped and nothing was broken from the move. Frank's crew will put all your furniture back together and each member checks with the customer regarding each piece of furniture. House looked great when they were done. Not to mention they protect the floors and are very careful with everything they move and assemble. I highly recommend this company to anyone moving or packing a container! read more

Couldn't have asked for a smoother experience. Frank and his team were professional, punctual, courteous, honest, and hardworking. He came by about a week before the more to drop off boxes, packing paper, and tape and offered advice for packing. They arrived right on time the day of the move, and everything was treated with respect and wrapped and moved with care. Walls, doors, and floors were all protected, and all of our belongings made the move safely. His quote was right around what the final cost was, and it came in under the competitors' offers! What more could you ask for! Highly recommended. read more

Frank and his crew are a 6-star for sure. From the first conversation, Frank provided support, guidance and sense of confidence I needed as we moved up our home to put into storage units. From recommendations to the size of units, supplies we needed and help with specific items, he made a chaotic situation calm and easy. He wrapped all items with care and took extra steps in our home to protect the walls and floors and all items they put into storage. I would recommend them to EVERYONE for any type of move. They worked with our schedual and were on time everytime. Thank you Frank and the crew.. I could not have done this without you guys, litterally.. read more

GREAT company and group of guys!! We moved from out of state and got this company as a referral. Night and day difference between the movers we used to load and the guys who did our unloading. They were prepared and professional. They showed up on time. They protected our flooring. They were careful, efficient and quick. When they finished, they cleaned up after themselves. If you need movers, we HIGHLY recommend Thompson Moving. Schedule with them. They're awesome!! read more

I can't say enough good things about Frank and his crew. I am a realtor and have referred them many times to my clients.
