Brought my laptop here to get fixed cause it had a virus. It took him a month to fix it (when…read moreinitially he said it would be just a few days) and he charged me over $150. Didn't even save any of my files. Said that would cost extra. Also when I went to go pick it up on the day when he said it would (finally) be ready, the place was randomly closed. On a tuesday. At like noon. Never again.

I went in to buy a wireless adapter for my computer. It was not guaranteed to work with a Mac, so I…read moreasked the guy if I could return it the same day if it didn't work. He said, "yes," plain and simple. I told him I would keep the shrink wrap and all that, to make it easy to resell if a return was necessary. Well, it didn't work with a Mac, and when I came to return it, (in like-new condition with the shrink wrap still on the box) he calmly pointed to some fine print on a small sign near the ceiling, telling me there was a 20% restocking fee. Thanks for pointing that out in the first place, buddy. Restocking for what, exactly? Seriously, I was the only customer in the store both times. Would it have been too much trouble to let me know in the first place? On top of that, I had to calculate how much he had to give back and then sit there for 10 minutes while he tried to figure out how to give a refund (minus $10 "restocking") from his card scanner. I was going to give more stars because I believe in small businesses (even if they have to sell their stuff at a bit of a premium), but the more I think about it, the more this place deserves only one.
