Had an amazing experience. I'm new in town just moved here and this is the first place I went to they sat me down and welcomed me also handed me a water. I went at 5:40 and they closed at six and still sat me down to do my nails. they finished within an hour. Very sweet people definitely coming here again and recommend for others to go as well. read more

-This is my go-to spa. All the workers are so nice and don't leave you waiting for long. They did such a good job and gave the best leg massage. Just left this salon and I am in love with my nails. I called and no one answered but was immediately called back which was super nice since they were busy at the time I called. I was taken back pretty quickly as well. I came for a pedi & acrylics, had 2 ppl work on me and they both were super friendly. They let me fall asleep, I felt taken care of :) highly recommend read more

I was in desperate need of a last minute Mani before the holidays, and I called the first place that popped up on my Google search. They told me it'd be a 10 minute wait if I came in right away. So I walked in on a busy Saturday (last weekend before Christmas) and was greeted right away. Such a beautiful and stylish salon, very spacious. They were ready for me promptly and I had TONS of DIP colors to choose from compared to multiple other nail salons. most places have very sheer or just glittery colors. White Spa had hundreds? Maybe? IDK but I was ecstatic to have a wide range of colors. My nail tech was the sweetest and a perfectionist. She exceeded my expectations. I would be willing to drive the extra distance to come here just for the dip nails. I'm now tempted to get lash extensions with them. One of the girls that worked there had them on and she looked so pretty with her lashes. Glad I found this place--I'll definitely be back! read more

second time here and still did not disappoint! came in on a Saturday afternoon for a pedicure. Was greeted right away, picked a color and seated in a chair with no wait. I chose the deluxe pedi (because I i really needed it), the girl was so nice, I explained I had sensitive feet and please be gentle with the pumice, I asked for specifics on my nail trim, and I'd like to do a small design. She did so great, was patient and did not rush- even though the shop was busy. I don't live in this area, but come over to shop in the area- I will definitely return for the great service. read more

My daughter and I made an appointment ahead of time. Our service started on time and was done before we knew it. Today we were there to have acrylic nails, 2 manicures, a pedicure, and waxing. We had Rachel and Jenny helping us today, and they were wonderful to work with. I am very ticklish and Jenny was terrific and able to keep comfortable despite my ticklish nature. We really enjoyed being with them and appreciate the kind attention to detail. We will be back. read more

I'd hardly call this a spa. I just had a mani. No lotion. No cuticle trim. Nothing but polish and then walked away telling me to sit her for 10 minutes. Alone. read more

Went to the salon based off reviews Pros: Friendly, clean, and Lindsey who did my nails and pedicure was great, great selection of colors Cons: I knew I shouldn't of gotten my eyebrows waxed but I was crunched for time and I didn't have contacts on when she showed me the end result, my hair is barely there now, see pic. Also, I get SNS nails to avoid the uv light, they use the Uv light which kind of defeats the purpose for me read more

Sure, there's a large and inviting wall packed full of color options, crystal decor, luxurious chairs and seating..HOWEVER. The staff is embarrassingly getting bullied around by the 2 owners (one male and one female). They're pushy, bossy, and degrading. They micromanage their staff and you can see them getting uncomfortable and embarrassed. The staff is top notch and always being perfectionists so this is very unfortunate to witness. The work is great, but the atmosphere feels tense and thick. read more

There is definitely someone new working here or she is not very experienced. I did look through the pictures and you can tell some nails are great but someone there is doing horrible work. I did not get the name but she is on the younger side and sits on the last desk in the middle section. Do not let her do your nails. I showed her a picture she said she could do them. At first the length was okay then got shorter and shorter this is by far the ugliest set i have ever gotten is this worth $43 to you? The only thing she got right is the color read more

Horrible place. Made an appt for Sunday on Wednesday begore. I get there, tell them I have an appt and the girl does everyone except me. They finally took me an hour later and I expressed my anger because I had someplace to be. The girl who did my nails just laughed as if it were funny! Bottom line, she did two coats instead of three and most of my nails peeled and cracked. Didn't even have time for pedicure. I fail to find what's so funny about my anger when I'm waiting an hour to have my nails done. Nail salons like this are a dime a dozen.?shoddy work and just strange people who work there. read more

I've been going to White Spa for several months and have always received great service. Until today. I went for a dip manicure. I asked if a specific tech was available but if not, it was fine. I was treated rudely from that point on by Rachel, who happens to be the manager. I realize I didn't have an appointment and that's why I understood if my tech was not available. Rachel passed me off to the tech I requested, made what I assume was a snotty comment (I don't speak Vietnamese) looked right at me and walked away. Each time Rachel walked past my seat, she glared at me. You don't treat your customers that way. I'm not sure I'm going back to White Spa. I gave my review 3 stars as I'm happy with the tech I saw today. She always does a nice job. But a manager that treats customers rudely sure doesn't need my business read more

This place is just wonderful, I took my Suegra & husband to get a pedicure and they took excellent care of us. They always take great care of me so I had no doubt my mother in law was going to have a wonderful experience. Every time I get a new set someone stops & asks what salon I go to. I always make sure to tell them, They never seem to disappoint! I highly recommend this place to everyone I come across. read more

I was having one of those days when I needed a nail job done soon. I called 2 other salons I've used in the past but they couldn't get me in. . Last resort, called m neighbor for help and she recommended The White Nail spa. this was 5:00 pm . They got me in at 6:00. When I explained the shoddy job from another state, Rachael looked at me and said, "We will take care of you" and that is exactly what they did. if my nails turn out to be as good their service , they'll have a committed customer. Peter was the tech who great. Give them a try. I don't think you'll be disappointed. HAPPY AND BEAUTIFUL!!! read more

Today was my first time here. I just moved from California so I have tried a few different shops, but this one was by far the best. I made an appointment, they took me on time, which is sad to say, not something that happens often in my experience. Rachel was awesome! She made sure I got my nails exactly how I wanted them through out the whole process & was kind & patient. She was helpful in choosing a color & made sure it was the correct shade before applying. The place is clean, decorated nicely, & they have a HUGE color selection. I will definitely be back :) read more

The first couple times I'd gone here I just did gel manicures and pedicures. They got me in quick and did a good job. The last two times I went for gel I was disappointed, the color I picked needed a few more coats in my opinion as you could literally see thru them even though it was a dark color. Also they chipped pretty quickly. I decided to give them another try for a full set. I went in right at open and got taken right away, I showed a pic for reference. The nails are not very uniform, some look better than others. The acrylic is very chunky and look already grown out/doesn't go to the edge of my nails. Staff has always been friendly but I plan on trying out somewhere new going forward. read more

Everyone here is always very happy and polite and makes it nice to come in to! Rachel did my full set of nails exactly as I wanted and everyone here always does the best pedicures! My husband said he would never get a pedicure because it's a girl thing , but I talked him into it and ever since he is now addicted and asks to come every 2 weeks ! These ladies make running a business look easy. Lots of ladies working and all are so in point. My pedicure was literally amazing. I loved the wonderful massage chair and my pedicure makes my feet, well look like someone else's.... lol I stayed and got my nails done. I continued to watch the employees make every effort to focus on each customer. It was super busy and everyone was helped. They offered cold water and the location was very clean. Highly recommend if you are in the area. If you don't have about 20 minutes to wait, I recommend making an appointment and being on time. Great job ladies!! read more

I FINALLY found a place I love in the area!!! I use Yelp for pretty much any new place I go- I however, hardly post reviews as I'm not often impressed anywhere. I moved to the area about a year ago, and I've been trying nail salons all over since then. I've had some okay places, but overall none that I would keep going back to- well, my search is finally over. I've been getting my nails done for over a decade: even when you find good spots, there's generally a downside (usually the service, which is why I don't generally review). Not this place! This nail salon is gorgeous, the staff is so cordial and friendly, I seriously have never felt as comfortable in a nail salon. Not only that, he took the time to make them PERFECT. I am incredibly picky with acrylics- these are gorgeous. So much detail in the shape and thickness, and did a beautiful job with the design. I had a set of acrylics that were pretty rough from the last nail salon, and he did not ever complain or imply that what he was going to do would be affected by my previous set (usually that happens). It's like he did them from scratch and I'm seriously in love. He encouraged me to take my time choosing color (again, so picky!) and handled all incoming customers so well without making me feel rushed. I seriously am so happy, will be coming back regularly. Thank you so so much!!! Update: returned for a fill. Unfortunately had the worst service I've experienced, along with a half full set. Pretty disappointed. read more

What a great place the atmosphere is great and the service. Kind from the second I walked in. Many colors to choose from and very organized also very clean... they sat me in a nice massage chair and also brought me a water. I got a level 3 pedicure and salt scrub massage and it was very enjoyable. They did a great job with the color and she was such a doll.. my nails are great best gel I've had. But I have a lot of friends here so I'll be letting them know of this little gem! read more

I went to white spa this morning and was so pleased with the service. I was one of the first customers of the day. I was seated quickly for a pedicure. The pedicure was excellent. $25 for a classic pedicure was very reasonable. The polish looks great and was applied well! The massage chairs are also the best I've ever experienced at a nail spa. I will definitely be coming back! Also, they have a cheaper pedicure option that is for those who need a quick service. read more

I popped in to inquire if they could do a regular manicure and they told me to sign in and pick a color. Score! Finally picked a color and a lady came to greet me and told me to sit down. I like square with round edges and she was able to do that on first try with no issues! Her painting was just okay. But for a last minute stop at a place I have never been, I was pleased she shaped well and didn't cut me and it was only $15 so I tipped her $5 to make an even $20. Very pleased for a quick manicure and wouldn't mind stopping in if I was in the area again. read more

**Edit**I always get nails done here. Great customer service, they're kind and respectful of your nail design and style. The nail technicians are always proffesional, knowledgeable, of the styles and trends. (They offer water as a curtesy) Staff are never pushy, always makes suggestions so your nails are looking polished and beautiful. Today, was the first time my husband received a well done and professional pedicure. They even put on football just for him to watch as he received a healthy pedicure. The nail technician was thorough, clean and polite. Thank you My sister asked for gorgeous design and nail style. The nail technician was helpful and provided her with the design she asked for. Thank you I received a fabulous fullset on my already bitten down cuticles. The nail technician was helpful and professional, he is highly skilled on ombre designs and nail style. Thank you Not only did I receive a full set the way I desired, but I added on a $35 pedicure. My pedicure was relaxing, calming, and clean. I found a picture of what I wanted and they showed it to Peter. He looked at it and said yes I can do that it had a very reasonable price.
