Every time I call UPS, they confirm that my address is correct, yet no one can seem to fix the issue. I still have not received my package after nearly FIVE delivery attempts/reshipments. What makes it even more frustrating is that I regularly see UPS trucks driving through my neighborhood, so UPS clearly services the area. Each time, I call, they confirm the address is valid, and then the exact same thing happens again. At this point, the level of incompetence is unacceptable. A customer should not have to go through this five times just to receive a package at a valid address.

He looked at me once and kept writing something. Other people on the line said he should help me, but I was hesitant to go back to the my previous spot on the line because there were 5-6 people waiting on the line. Then I asked people if it's okay to stand back on the line and they said it's okay. THIS UPS CENTER ASSOCIATE WHO WAS SUPPOSED TO HELP CUSTOMERS DID NOT HELP AND PUT THEIR CUSTOMERS ON THE INCONVENIENT SPOT. Either they could say, "Please go back to your spot. Will help you in a minute." or "Can you accept his dropoff package?" Their scanner machine kiosk did not work, but their scanner on the counter worked. I stopped by to drop of a "no package or box needed" return for two items, (from the same order, same QR code), that were shipped to me seperately by the company. When I took them into UPS to make the return, in the same two packages they came in, Chris (the store owner) told me I had to either purchase a box large enough to put both items in or go package them myself in the same box. I knew that wasn't true, but to avoid a hassle, I went back to my car, combined the packages and returned to the store in less than 10 minutes. Upon my return, I was assisted by a different person. I explained the situation to the individual assisting me and asked if it was necessary for me to package both items together and he said NO! I knew that to be the case, but wanted to confirm. (NOTE: The regular staff at this location has always been very helpful and professional). This is the second incident I've had with Chris--he was very RUDE a couple months ago when I visited the store to process some returns. I didn't feel the need to write a review at that time; even though I didn't appreciate his unprofessional attitude, I chalked it up to him having a bad day. Yet here we are again! This type of behavior is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. I have no problem taking my business elsewhere.

He was so excited that I was returning a damaged cookbook because he loves to cook, and we had a nice convo about cooking! I honestly have not really used any other service here, but they do have it all... They provide shipping, shredding, printing, faxing, passport photos, mailboxes for both personal & business, & they have notary services. I give high praise to this location because every employee I've ever dealt with has been really wonderful: friendly, outgoing, and super helpful. I've also been to another UPS location, and it was not the same. On my visits, I have always breezed right through and only ever really encountered a line maybe once, but it moved super quickly.

I also thought the service was a good value for the level of work they provided. What I especially appreciated was that they worked with me to find a solution when my plans changed. At one point, I was considering storing my belongings at their warehouse for less than a week. Rather than simply taking the additional business, they told me it did not make sense to move everything from the original location into warehouse storage for such a short period because it would unnecessarily increase my costs. That advice was one of the reasons I ultimately decided to use PODS instead. My moving needs did change at the last minute, which made the overall move more expensive than I had originally planned, but that was because of the changing logistics, not because they were trying to increase the price. I really appreciated that they were focused on helping me find the most practical and cost-effective solution. I would absolutely recommend them.

One guy sat in the truck most of the time, I have pictures, the others didn't start on my kitchen until the end, had to wait for that....later to find out when I went back to the old apartment they hadn't even finished the whole kitchen ...ran over my allotted time at the building I was moving out of, at my cost. And then they ruined my couch. So I paid DOUBLE what I was expecting, which was already more than what was quoted cause I was adding a little buffer, but ended up tipping a whole additional person because I'm not a jerk. The guys were nice but inefficient. Kept saying this is what you get with a higher quality mover, but it was not even a better experience. They were wasteful with the amount of packing supplies they used, never presented or communicated the prices of the materials they were using, which I was told was included anyway but also others I never approved or asked for. Just popped it on me in the end. Oh and then they say "we are going to adjust your time by 15 min you'll see a refund on your card" and two and a half weeks later still waiting for it to even show pending at least. But you better believe the charge was instant. I was debating sharing my feedback but was so mad I finally emailed the company. But no one had even dignified me with not even an automated response, just silence. So I come here to do something I pretty much never do. But that's how annoyed I am. Sorry but would rather recommend. Cheap Movers, way better. I used last move were a thousand times better and a QUARTER of the price. I'm not even cheap but I hate being taken for a fool, and it turned out to be just that. That's what I get what I get for using hourly movers for the first time, never again. The new staff member was a bit timid, however the more senior staff members should have recognized that he was struggling and be more willing to offer help. I came here another time for an Amazon return. I was treated like I was in the military. Tone was very harsh and very abrupt, which I did not appreciate at all. I hope to see better customer service when I return. Treat people kindly. Don't show disrespect.

When I asked him to refax the documents properly, he refused unless I paid another $23. I should not have to pay twice for an error that happened while the documents were in their care. Disappointing experience, especially for important financial paperwork.
