I frequent this location when I need to do an Amazon return. I wish I knew the employee's name who helped me. He was so excited that I was returning a damaged cookbook because he loves to cook, and we had a nice convo about cooking! I honestly have not really used any other service here, but they do have it all... They provide shipping, shredding, printing, faxing, passport photos, mailboxes for both personal & business, & they have notary services. I give high praise to this location because every employee I've ever dealt with has been really wonderful: friendly, outgoing, and super helpful. I've also been to another UPS location, and it was not the same. On my visits, I have always breezed right through and only ever really encountered a line maybe once, but it moved super quickly. read more

Terrible lack of listening and customer service. I needed a document signed for work and they refused to even listen to me because it was related to an I9. They absolutely could have done it, and many of my co-workers had it done by notaries in their area, but the guy at the register and the supervisor both just talked over me when I tried to explain what I needed. When your entire business is providing a service, maybe learn to listen and try to be helpful. I won't walk back in this establishment on a dare. read more

I am very disappointed in the handling of a refund for a package to my 7 year old granddaughter for her birthday. I mentioned to the clerk her Mom has cancer I need this there tomorrow. I paid $85 for a package less than a lb. The package was delayed a day I called the store 7 times since 2/1 and kept being told UPS is deciding ... I finally went there this week and was told UPS declined the package doesn't qualify??? You sure took my $85 and made me think it was qualified. This is not my first issue with UPS I had a box that was Opened UPS employees stole what was in it and replaced my items with Dollar store stuff. The next time was $150 for Christmas Eve delivery again they didn't hold up their part of our contract to deliver goods as requested. Also another item need Box for return, buying here or bring it again with Boxed. Only this store or every UPS policy, never experienced before other stores. AD on Amazon different words. I went in to do fingerprints and Valerie was less than friendly. She acted as if it were a chore to even call me to her part of the counter. She mumbled when she spoke, showing complete lack of engagement. I was clearly on my own once I sat down. I asked if I needed to clean the pad to make it work, and she came over, grabbed the bottle of cleaner, walked away without saying a word, filled it up, and came back over to hand it to me, like I was the fingerprint machine expert, again, not saying a word. A customer standing behind me ended up giving me guidance on how to get the clearest read of my fingerprints. I won't use that branch moving forward. read more

I normally used Bradlick SC UPS store as it is close to me house. I drop off all my Amazon returns here so never had a chance to experience their prices. The staff is always efficient and knowledgeable. I find that buying packing supplies here is expensive so I try to pick them up at the Dollar Store next door to UPS store. Owner or management in the background don't look too friendly or inviting so luckily I haven't dealt with them. read more

Love my local UPS store! I'm always able to get in and out super quickly, the employees are really attentive and always drop what they're doing in the back to come out and help if the staff at the desk is already helping someone else. Today I was in a jam and needed just one strip of tape more to finish packing a box, and I had just run out. I was without my wallet as I had just darted in quickly, and couldn't purchase any more tape. A wonderful employee that I regret not getting her name - an Asian woman - gave me some packing tape no problem. I appreciate her helpfulness! I used to use one of the generic shipping stores nearby but they never gave me a good feeling when they'd tell me to "chuck [my] package in a pile by the door for UPS pick up"... doesn't feel safe or secure! I always go to the Bradlick UPS store now so I know my packages are properly taken care of! read more

We went there to ask for changing the address. The manager there took away our FORM which was given to us by another USPS location and yelled at an employee who tried to help us. Do you have the RIGHT to take away our FORM?? On what basic?? We'd like to give this service a MINUS 5 STARS if we can. I stopped by here because I needed to fax a documents. There were some problems on the receiving end of the fax but they stuck with me and tried a few times even as I got different numbers to try. I eventually gave up and was given permission to scan and send the document (yippy). I greatly appreciated the assistance of both folks working at this UPS and while I may not ended up spending money that day I am confident that when I need their type of services again this will be the place I visit. read more

I came into the store today to get one page notarized. There were no other customers, just me and two employees, one of whom was talking with me and the other staring into space with nothing to do. I was told they would not notarize my signature on one page because it was after 6 and they don't do that after 6 because it may take a few minutes and other customers would have to wait. I observed that there were no other customers and there were two employees neither of whom looked to be busy with any other tasks. The answer: 'Well if I help you I'd have to help the next 100 people who come in asking for notary help, so I can't help you.' Clearly, the employees would rather do nothing than help the only customer they have at the time. I won't be coming back. read more

I have no idea why this is listed as "UPS Store the". In the spirit of this listing, I should call myself "Anson P the." (Shortly after I typed this, they noted my correction. Yelp now only ignores my updates half of the time.) Anyway, I needed to get some documents notarized and essentially my bank failed me...but then again what can I expect from a bank that has "whack" (wach if you want to be proper with the spelling) as the first syllable? For free notarizing, it's still a pain. Apparently, UPS notarizes documents and even took care of a fingerprint for my documents. The staff at this location were incredibly cool. I explained what I needed and they did it in a timely fashion. Is it sad that I'm surprised when this happens anywhere? I've shipped stuff from here a couple of times and I remember these events being relatively painless. Even though I'll have to pay for notarizing stuff, I think I just might forgo the whole bank experience and come here. read more

What a cute UPS store. The lady in there literally ran to the front to help me with my printing needs. And don't listen to the hours Yelp listed, when I checked Yelp, it said it was closed, so I called the store and they were actually opened. It's in the corner of the shopping plaza next to the gym, good amount of parking in the lot available, overall the location is convenient and the lady there was really nice and helpful. My ratings are solely based on my personal interaction with the manager (do not know his name. he is an African American male) . He was being unprofessional toward customer as he escalates the situation to a turmoil. When I responded to him that he was a little aggressive as he raised his voice to me saying, " I repeated 5 times ! We cannot check email and no you cannot leave your stuff!" Then, all of sudden, he said " oh you want my name? We have a security camera and witness ! Here is my name! " Ha I never asked for his name and I never told him I am going to file a complaint. He initiated this. He needs his ego checked again. Then there was a customer next to the manager who appears to be Caucasian- Asian, saying " that is enough!" Seriously? The manager and this customer must be acquaintance or they are sleeping each other or she is simply purely a bitch at baseline. The manager implied that the customer can be a witness. Anyhow for a detail fact how it led to all this, UPS corporate leadership knows about it since I have decided to report after all. read more

They charge a dollar if you need a tape (no complementary tape for customers). Other UPS or USPS locations I went have a tape just in case you need a little. I'm not sure if all UPS stores now removed the complementary tape so they can start charging. But this location does. And to be fair, it's only a dollar so it shouldn't be a big deal. But, I like places where you are welcomed even if you need a little bit of tape to seal off the box. read more
