Had everything packed to ship to the college-bound kid in Vermont - only, apparently, I suck at packing. I also had zero time because I had to get to Cupertino for a staff meeting. The folks at the UPS Store basically said "GO" and I left my whole hot mess with them. They repacked it, addressed and shipped it and called me when it was done. Now if they'd only come organize my house like that! Thank you UPS Store. You get good reviews because you are amazing. read more

I am being generous with a 2-star review, only because I have had some acceptable service at this store previously. But communication and clarity is a big problem with the staff at this location. I get there with a box to return (Amazon purchase). Nobody else in line but one person at each of the two stations. One of them says to me "If you're dropping off, you can leave it over there." I put it where he pointed and then I asked another guy there what else needs to be done. He said they would take care of it. "But what about the paperwork?" I ask. He apologized when he realized it wasn't a pre-labeled package. I explained that I had tried unsuccessfully to print the mailing label. He asked me to forward the email to their store. I did. He printed it out from their computer and started to tape it onto the box. Then the first guy shouts out to me "Do you have a dollar?" By this point, there was a long line of customers. I was confused. He said it was a dollar to print the label. He then added "This is for your convenience." I quietly muttered "It would have been convenient to know there was a charge before you did that." He asked me to repeat myself. So I did, just a little louder. He proceeded to process a $1 charge on my credit card. I explained that I would be mentioning this in my Yelp review. He seemed to not care, as though he was used to negative reviews. And thus I am writing this...for their convenience. ;-) read more

My mom requested a book be transferred to pdf file, a service they provide might I add, then she wanted the book rebound. They told her 2 times it was too much work. The entire line walked out. read more

I've been to this place a couple of times. Each time I've been here has been a great experience. From the customer service to the prices, I highly recommend this place! Friendly staff, a variety of services, great location and reasonable prices. Thank you. read more

ZERO STARS. Today I watched an elderly woman come into the store. She had her very disabled son with her. I was appalled at how rude the store manager Miguel spoke to her. After she left, the manager and these mean employees laughed and made fun of the woman and her son. That Manager Miguel has serious issues. I will never go back. read more

The UPS store on 41st and Soquel has extraordinary staff. Not one time have I ever entered the door without receiving a happy greeting. Every single time they have helped me above and beyond. They make my chores easier. Truly appreciate the wonderful attitude and clean and tidy store. read more

I have not used this location. From now on it is my primary! Staff went above and beyond helping each customer. They were knowledgeable and friendly. The manager, Miguel interacted with a very difficult customer and never became confrontational. He remained calm and committed to protecting everyone in the store. I would hire him in a minute, so capable. read more

This UPS store is pretty awful. The staff appear friendly and outgoing however, they are blatantly dishonest. They have twice lied about the cost of packing and shipping over the phone, then severely raised the price when I got to the store. Beware they'll pack and ship in the most expensive way possible unless you call them on it. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because the items I shipped were packed well. As for the prices, I've learned my lesson. read more

Love this place! Always willing to help with ANYTHING and the best attitude of everyone that works there. They must have some special test before they hire the employees, cause they are always upbeat and get the job done!!! Thank you read more

Great UPS store!!! Miguel T notarized , scanned, sent , then shipped a stack of documents for me all the while helping other customers as they came in the store. All with a great demeanor and big smile. A great experience and good guy! thank you read more

Walking into this UPS store I know that whatever my business might be, even if it's just dropping off a package ready to go, I will be greeted by at least one friendly associate and/or the manager. The manager, Miguel, models what he expects from his employees and it shows. The employees here provide efficient service, and I have been here many times. read more

Great experience at the UPS store tonight. Dropped off an Amazon return and Sagar was super helpful. In and out in a flash!

We drive a little out of the way to do business at this UPS store. OWNER Sagar Patel always Greets us and most important helps us with various copying projects! Love his attitude and way of handling several customers at once. read more

This UPS store is THE BEST in Santa Cruz County, and I have been in all of them. I was in this store on May 24th 2017 a little after 3 when Greg and another young gentleman with blonde hair helped me, they were incredibly helpful and happy, which made me very happy. I have been in this store many times and I'm always satisfied with the employees who are always ready to help, thank you so very much and I'll be back again :-) Mary B. read more

The guys that work in this store are amazing and so professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Ariel attended to my needs when I came in last time with a shipment that I had packaged wrong and he corrected it quickly and with patience and had me on my way in minutes. Great customer service! I agree with a previous review that I don't see how anyone could have a negative experience in this store. I highly recommend them! read more

Love this place! I had to send a really delicate & expensive hand made necklace to Mexico for a Mothers Day gift and was super nervous about it. It made it safe and sound and a lot faster than I expected! I now use this UPS store for all my shipping needs and have never been disappointed! Mr Patel and his staff are always very friendly and helpful. read more

I had the worst transaction of my adult life in this location with Miguel. Miguel was outraged that I would not give him my business phone number and email prior to shipping out my small package and told him to use the business address on the label in case of a needed return. After being berated about me not knowing how shipping works (he couldn't be aware of my decade buying and selling items on ebay, but whatever), he kept saying, "This isn't USPS". He must have said that ten times. At one point during the transaction he yelled instructions to the entire store about drop-offs while interacting with me, basically yelling in my face. I had never had any staff member at any type of store do something like this and felt he did it to "punish me" for not providing him my personal and business info. After suffering through the interaction with him, he shows me my outgoing package and says he wanted me to see it, "Because I know you can't remember what it looks like." I will never walk into this UPS location again because of Miguel and would recommend others avoid it as well. Miguel seemed quick to anger, showed excessive passive aggressiveness if not outright aggressiveness, and was borderline unhinged during my time in the store. This included making a few out of place comments with the woman in line in front of me. Bad, bad, bad experience. read more

As a Notary Public in Santa Cruz County I am shipping packages out to Lenders on a daily basis. I get calls for mobile Notary services that I can't always accommodate. I feel confident recommending a trip to this UPS store because of my positive happy to help me quickly experience with these folks I am now recommending my overflow Notary work to them. I go out of my way to ship from this location since my experience with other locations in this County hasn't been all the best. So happy they are here and opened another UPS drop off in this County. They are happy, helpful and efficient. 5 Stars read more

If I could give an 1/8 star I would. I've been to this location multiple times. The last time I was there the staff was rude. They made me wait while they ate candy. Next I was given a price of $50 to mail a pair of shoes. I said that seemed high and the clerk said " I'm not making the prices up". As I left to find another store I got comments from all clerks of " good luck" . What a@@=/!. Well I went to the USPS office and mailed the package for $18 This was faster, and the customer service was good. I won't be back and they suck. read more

Staff are always entertaining and funny. It's like a "cool" UPS store. Great service and they make me laugh.

I live on the Westside but will go out of my way to to to this UPS store. They are always super helpful and friendly. They got my son's guitar to Minnesota in one piece and helped my daughter with her passport. I highly recommend them! read more

These guys are fantastic! They consistently go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure their customers are as satisfied as possible. I got my LiveScan receipt copies stolen from my car, and they not only got me my A.T.I. but also were able to email me a copy of my receipt. This was extra impressive because they do tons of finger printings a day, and I had gotten mine done the year prior! Would absolutely recommend this UPS location above all others. read more

Very friendly staff and great attention to detail. Sager was especially helpful with my printing questions.

I've used this store for quite a while now without any problems and the staff has been nice and helpful thus far, however what has happened to me recently has broken all trust with this store as well as the UPS brand. I recently came in to send a package to my godson who was leaving for his first year in college. The package i sent had just a few trinkets in it but also had a $500 gift/cash card inside. When I asked about insurance, I let it slip (my fault) that there was a gift card of substantial value inside. Since the guys at the counter seemed very nice and helpful, I felt comfortable sending the package with only the $100 maximum insurance they offered. After a week of not hearing from my godson that he received the package, I looked up the tracking number and saw this as the status, "All merchandise missing, empty carton was discarded. UPS will notify the sender with details of the damage." Not only does this lead me to suspect foul play by the employees at this location, but I've also yet to be contacted by UPS on this incident and if I hadn't followed up on this package, I doubt would have ever known what had happened. This experience has been permanent trustbuster with this store and the UPS brand. Beware of sending anything of value from this store. UPDATE 9/23/2017: I reached out to the owner as per his offer to help out. Its been 2 weeks and I've yet to hear anything back from him. Pretty obvious he's just concerned with damage control on his yelp rating. Please don't offer to help if you don't plan to follow through. Also still nothing from UPS in regards to insurance claim on my package. Fairly apparent their insurance policy means very little if you actually have to report a claim. Switching to FedEx. Hopefully they do a better job. read more

I have used this store at least 5 different times and I can't say enough nice things about the staff and the store. Only once did I have to wait in line for a bit but they processed everyone as fast as they could. Today they went out of their way to help me return a package. It was a bit confusing about what service was going to give me the cheapest mailing price but they helped me figure it out and even when we thought it was FedX they still helped. Turned out it was USPS and they were able to process that. My only request is that they would offer live scan fingerprinting. Many UPS stores do and I recently had to get fingerprinted for my work and the closest place was San Jose. Thanks for the good job. read more

I believe her name was Andrea who helped me today. The costumer service was excellent, it was right at closing and she could've easily sent me away and say they were closed, but she went out of her way to help me print some images and I couldn't be more grateful for her help. This is the best *BEST* best UPS location in the area! I frequently mail (and return) things for myself personally as well as for two businesses. I've been to every UPS in the county from Los Gatos to Watsonville and this one is absolutely the tops. I now try to arrange it so I only come to this one because the experience here exceeds every other location in every regard, seriously. They're ALWAYS friendly and helpful (...what?! YES! It is SOOOOO refreshing: persons in client relation/service actually being helpful with a genuine smile!). Even when it's quite busy they always greet you immediately and they work together so efficiently that the wait is minimal, even when it's nuts. Every time I've come here the owner and employees have been smiling, friendly and fun yet still professional, they've been patient, they've been helpful and they possess wonderful attitudes while working together to get you in and out as quickly as possible. Even if it's a bit out of your way I would highly, highly recommend this location!! read more

The most helpful and easy process to get my shipment label printed, packed and shipped, within minutes. I was in and out in 15 minutes, and walked in with nothing but what I wanted to ship. I was so impressed with the service that I promised to write a good review, as this is a newer location and the gentleman that helped me (who also owns this UPS store) was so friendly, I couldn't not give him a raving review. This was my second time here, but, clearly, I will not be using any other shipping service now that I know I'm in good hands here. read more
