I never noticed there was a UPS store tucked in this little plaza but now I will begin coming here versus going all the way to the one in Berryessa near the Safeway. I was able to handle an Amazon return here with no problem. I also was able to get something notarized here quickly with no problem. I didn't make an appointment. I called one morning to confirm. They also answered the phone quickly, which I like when you need a quick question answered and it didn't have a robot or pre-recorded message either. They did have a notary to get some documents signed, and I was able to come in the same day to get it taken care of. She was very friendly and very professional. read more

I've used this facility to ship many items over the years even tho the post office would be faster and cheaper. Since it's local to me I try to continue to support local. I went In to ship a few labels and stickers in a light envelope type of package and was told Puerto Rico was not a part of the United States and that would be roughly $60. Mind you I've shipped to Florida and PR from this location a few times in the last 3 months. Same items shipped the same way. read more

They always say hi with a smile, especially when I bring my baby to run errands with me. Dishonest owners! I asked to make a delivery for a 5lbs item within California. The original delivery was UPS for $15 so needed to make a return delivery expecting the same $15 amount. However, this store quoted me $57 to $105. I had to think about it because of a busy holiday season, but I told them I wanted to check at USPS first. They then told me they also have USPS, but pricing still ranged around the same amount or more. Trying to rush me in the purchase, I told them I'm going to check USPS myself first. Line up, drop off the return, show the QR code and head out. This place does it, and with a smile. The lady, who might be the manager or owner of the store, is a nice lady named Huyen. She recognizes me as a regular, and she always has a smile for me, with her scanner ready to go! I drop off my box with a smile, scan the code on my phone, and I'm OUT! Just stopped in to bring an Amazon return. Usually it's a pretty quick and easy process. They now have a self serve machine which I don't mind using. A lady standing in the entrance directs me right to the self service machine even though there were no other customers. I start my return, scan my code and grab a clear bag to put my item in. While I am in the middle of trying to apply the label the same lady decided to tell me I don't need to use a clear bag. I let her know my Amazon bag is ripped and she proceeds to let me know it's fine. Again I let her know it's ripped on the side and I don't want my item to fall out. She comes over and takes my item out of the clear bag and puts the return label on my Amazon bag absolutely annoying. If you had a specific way you wanted it done then don't direct me to the self service machine. It was a complete waste of time read more

If you're looking for a Go-To UPS location for shipping, this is the one and it's one of my favorites and also happens to be near my house as well as the Lucky's/CVS shopping center across the street so it's super convenient. I routinely ship medium and large size items for my car and guitar hobbies. I've used the services of a few UPS stores for this near various jobs and homes and over the last few years this has become one of my favorites. Customer Service here is exceptional. They are very friendly and efficient. They have decent rates and also can ship USPS if needed. Thao is the main person that usually helps me here and she is outstanding, but all of the staff I've interacted with have been great. Extremely polite, calm and helpful. I actually feel more relaxed when I leave - I don't think many of us can say that after dropping off a package for shipment! read more

My family and I have been to this location for years from dropping off packages to notary services. Have always been met with great service from the team! Completed a Live Scan today, walked-in during the live scan hours (up to 1pm according to online). Huyen completed the live scan very thoroughly, ensuring all fingerprints were clear, and made sure to include extra copies of the completed form. $30 processing fee for UPS here and additional for the live scan fees. Wished I knew of the 10% off check-in discount for live scan before coming in. read more

I walked in to store and asked the gentleman if he could take my package for usps and he told me I'd have to pay. Come to find out that this not the case at all and he should have taken it. Things are a bit different at this UPS location. We have come to this location for almost 4 years on Saturdays, but for the past couple times we visited, it's close. Yelp says it's closed Saturday, but Google says it's open Saturday, so I am confused which one is right. So, the recent visit, we went on Monday. We used the machine to do the Amazon return. However, it printed out garbled (I hope it's fixed by now. It's very convenient. Please don't take it away). So, we went to queue up since it was crowded. It was around 2:30pm. And Thao was the one who assisted us. She is cheery and very helpful. Since the front registers were all taken, she took us to the back, printed the return label and receipt, and thanked us for coming. So, it's a different vibe and customer experience than usual. Independently owned and operated, the UPS Store is closest in driving distance from my neighborhood. I've been to this location in the past for other reasons but my most recent visit (yesterday afternoon) reminded me that I should drop a review to help others in the area determine if this store is worth a visit. The holiday season is here so that means shipping gifts out of state is a must. I had to get some gifts out of state and the associates made it very easy for me. I walked in with my wrapped presents, and one of the clerks quickly flagged me down and started creating shipping labels for me. The store sells shipping supplies (I had to buy protective envelopes to slip my gifts in), and pretty much anything you need to mail something out. Other services that are offered: copies, faxing, scanning, LiveScan fingerprinting, passport photos, PO Boxes, etc. Some of the services may be slightly more expensive than what one could find elsewhere but I think it's part of the convenience fee for a one-stop-shop. I thought that all UPS stores were the same. This location has a self scanning and label station. This save so much time,for those of us who just want to return a Amazon package. It will also accept pre label packaging and you need a receipt. The clerk took the time to explain how to use the scanner.
