Thank you for your useless response to my review. You are refusing to acknowledge that your delivery driver lied about delivering my package. The UPS driver did not do his job properly and did not deliver my package to my house. The photo the UPS driver provided in the Proof of Delivery was not my house. This store is conveniently located on the corner of El Camino & Marquita street right before the Wells Fargo. when I came in I was greeted by two friendly employees. Getting my paperwork printed was so easy. I simply emailed the documents to the store & then Boom! it was printed in a matter of seconds. ASH is the absolute best! EXTREMELY HELPFUL and very kind. This UPS store seems like it's easy to find once you know where it is, it's right on El Camino but Apple Maps directions leads you to the freeway. Once I found it, I walked in and everything is right empty with a lot of boxes everywhere. I beat the crowd though! Everyone came in after me which is great! I recently had an extremely disturbing experience with the kid with blonde hair working in the front. I brought in 10 Amazon returns with each individual item separated with the corresponding QR code TAPED TO THE ITEM/BOX. I take pride In making sure it's as seamless as possible. This kid started working too fast and misplaced a QR code in the trash, then he scanned one twice (because he was moving too fast) and proceeded to tell me I had it wrong. He then looked in the trash and couldn't find it so he looked at me and had the nerve to tell me I need to be better prepared and more organized. I said excuse me and he said "you heard me, it's not my fault there's a line behind you, you didn't come prepared". After being insulted and patronized in front of multiple people I asked him for his name and he told me "I don't have to tell you my name, you can leave now". This is terrible customer service and the way this kid spoke to me was extremely disrespectful and could've ended badly for him if I didn't have control of my temper. 1 star read more

Terrible customer service by this UPS Store!!! We had a box here for many years, paying them a ton of money during that time. This year we discontinued the box but they charged us something like a $120 bucks when we closed out the box in the middle of the month. So what do they do this time: Since we no longer have a box there, they are charging us $10 before handing over to us a delivery that was mistakenly sent to them. We were not aware The UPS Store had that policy in place. I would have thought that since we were such good customers for so many years that it would not have been an issue for them to receive a package for a good former customer. I will never again do business with them in the future and would tell potential customers about my poor experiences with The UPS Store so they could be guided accordingly. read more

Shipped a UPS Express Envelope here from northern California. Storekeep charged me $10 for accepting the envelope. This charge was not disclosed when I arranged the shipment on the UPS.com website, which is FRAUD. Not disclosing all fees for a service up front is not legal. The additional charge made the shipment go from $40 to $50. Had I know this when arranging the shipment, I would have used Fed-Ex (who does not charge you to ship to their Fed-Ex stores). UPS owes me $10. The undeveloped nation customer service reps were a waste of time and powerless to do anything. Pointless. read more

i have been to their location multiple times , unfortunately the last time was my last! I brought in two items to be returned to amazon... amazon never received- so i called them and they said they were still showing as return requested and not as being sent! So they couldn't help me - i went to the UpS store - the sales girl tried to help me until a sales guy involved himself telling me i need to contact amazon for all status - i tried to tell him it was never sent he basically in so many words said too bad - you need to contact amazon! so there you have it - two large returns were never processed out of their store (not sure if it was incompetence or error) either way, i'm out - no accountability and they want to blame amazon! So sad - i highly suggest just going to another location! i wouldn't risk it with this one read more

The older gentleman working gave absolutely the worst customer service ever. An elderly gentleman came in while I was there and the UPS employee could not have been less friendly, or short. He couldn't bother to look at either of us while "helping". He was so rude and dismissive with the older gentleman. Mean, sarcastic and rude! If you don't like people, work in the back and let someone who has patience and kindness work at the desk. It boils my blood to see this in a customer service position and the disrespect to an older person. This clerk was in his 60s and should know better. We went to this UPS to get some documents notarized. It was our first time getting documents notarized, which we told the notary at UPS. He was super nice and helpful, but in retrospect it's because he was taking advantage of us (which makes sense because he told us he gets commission on these transactions). There were 4 documents that gave us the option to either get them notarized or have 2 witness signatures. We opted for the witness signatures to avoid another notary fee, and the workers at UPS offered to serve as our witnesses so we could get it done while we were there. Turns out they charge $15 per witness signature as well, even though it was a document that did not need to be notarized. Once we left we realized the charge ($300) seemed high to us for the number of notarized signatures (12), so we went back in to ask about the charges. The notary had left for the day but the other worker said that seemed off but to come back Monday because only the notary could issue the refund. When I came back Monday the notary was very rude and would not entertain a refund because their store policy is to charge $15 per witness signature. I told him if he would have been transparent about that upfront we would have had friends or neighbors be our witnesses for free instead of paying $120. I called other UPS stores and their reaction was that they don't charge for witness signatures and do this for free to serve their community. I asked that the notary at least be transparent with future customers about the charge for witness signatures in the future. We ended up paying more than we would have if we had just notarized each document rather than getting 2 signatures, all which could have been free if they were honest and looking out for our best interest. read more
