Always happy to support this local print shop. When you want quality work for a fair price, skip Vistaprint and come here. They have printed out marketing material and business cards for me and the difference is the pride they take in their work. When one of my design files was slightly too small for the page, the owner shaved down the sides of our prints so that it remained "full bleed" printing at no additional charge. If you are expecting better customer service from this local printer compared to the big guys forget it. Save yourself the headache of unanswered emails, unacknowledged voice-mails, incomplete projects and rude customer service and just go to Office Depot of Kinkos! I wanted to support this local business but have been very disappointed. Mary Johnson has absolutely no concept of customer service and will never go the extra mile to assure you are satisfied and that the job is correctly done. I recently gave them a project that tipped me over the edge and her arguing about it just made it worse, she has no customer service qualities, can't be bothered to do her job and just plain doesn't care....period. Sorry, but people skills are required for being successful in this day and age. If you are considering using them for business project with deadlines and depend on a printer to actually do their job well then save yourself the headache and just spend a few more bucks and go to Office Depot or Kinkos where your project will actually look good and be done on time. I have never received a job from a professional printer where I had to finish the project myself....disgraceful. Will NOT be using this place for my companies' needs anytime soon. read more

I stopped in because I had noticed this place a few days ago. I was getting fed up with fedex. So I decided to try out a local print shop. I was very pleased with the service I received and the suggestions on paper and color options that would best suit my purposes. Their prices were fair and they even folded the brochures for me which I was not expecting to be done. Overall it was very pleasant experience and my Trestles Chiropractic brochures look awesome!! Universal Press did an awesome job with my family reunion book. I wanted an 8x11 book but was able to provide only in an 8.5x5.5 format. Mary Johnson was able to enlarge it to a 7x10 book and it looked perfect. All the pictures and text did not appear to be enlarged. Two weeks after the job was completed, I discovered that I was missing some pages. Mary responded very quickly with a solution and had the additional pages printed and attached to books within a couple of days. In addition, I did not have the time to pick up the books during business hours so Ben graciously waited for me to pick them up after business hours. I tried to support this very local company. The owner has been everything except helpful. I had one of my employees pick up an order from her facililty and when I saw the receipt immediately knew we were overcharged. Sent my employee back to figure out what happened. Mary said she did not have time for this she was closing in 10 minutes it was 1230 PM on a Thursday. I told her no worries lets just get you paid correctly so then we can get out of your hair. She attempted to offer me a 20 credit on next order in which a calculation in my head I knew was over 20 bucks due back to me. I said no lets just calulate this out so I can get you a new check it should only take a minute my employee just left your office. She then quickly spit out the new number including taxes i double checked the math and yeah right on the number is right but Mary why was it wrong to begin with? You obviously know your pricing and the taxes. I feel like you took advantage of my employee and if you didnt take advantage of her you definitely made a mistake and instead of handing the problem you were rude and didnt have time for us and offered no apology . Take your business elsewhere for someone who is honest and cares about their customers. Bills do not pay themselves Mary. Have an awesome 2019. read more

I had hang tags and business cards made from this business. I was really happy with the quality and the little time it took to have them ready. The reason why I gave them three stars is that when I returned two months later to get more hang tags they told me that it would be more money. They told me they had made a mistake the first time and they had charged me less. I just wished they had told me when I had that first job done that the next time I would pay more money. When I decided to go there I didn't even bother to get quotes from someone else because my family has been working with them for years, so I thought I would just go with someone I already knew. If next time I go back to them, it will be after checking other local businesses. read more
