DO NOT GO HERE! this is very convenient location and as a professional photographer new to the area i was happy to see the good reviews and do believe the work is good. I walked in and was rudely told that they were very busy and they can't promise anything getting done in a timely manner. There was no "hello welcome", "how may I help", or "what project are you working on today". He pointed at the wall and said "send whatever to that email", when trying to get on the wifi I asked if there was a password, he very rudely asked if I had my own hotspot, obviously I didn't, he then gave me the password stuttering and when I asked read it back to him incorrectly he was very agitated. I was goin to be spending $800 in print orders. I am choosing to go to a print shop in Newport instead. DO NOT GO HERE read more

I walked in with a small, but personal to me, project. The technician (kicking myself that I didn't ask his name!) dropped what he was doing and immediately began working on it, meaning I didn't have to leave and come back later. Arrogance and attitude, don't rely on this person Owen. Always have a backup plan and never give the money until the job is done. I/we made two separate appointments to do a bunch of window lettering for our store front on Broadway downtown and this Owen left us standing out in the cold an hour past closing, when I contacted him to ask why his reply was "I'm busy" He's nothing but a smug little jerk and doesn't deserve minimum wage. Never will I use these people for anything. I'm finding that being a business owner in the city of Laguna Beach is a huge mistake. This town is full of nothing but oddballs. read more

I recently had some photos printed by Laguna Digital. I have to first of all say the prints were good, My complaint is the pricing. My fault for not asking before I left. A 4 x 6 which is normally .17 to .24 cents was $2.00 and a 5 x 7 which is usually from .59 to 1.46 was $5.00. I had a bill for $143.00 for reprints and a restoration. Will not go back. I have used this company for many years throughout all my businesses and they have alway been professional and delivered on time. Many times I get my project before it is due. Owen, that's his name and boy what a jerk-off he is. Complete and utter waste of time. I have a new business in downtown Laguna and I made the mistake of calling this FLAKE. I wanted to get a bunch of windows lettered but ended up getting someone else to do it after this Owen character FLAKED OUT 4 times. He left us all standing out in the cold for an hour past closing time on two different nights and that was totally uncalled for. He had no intention of showing up. Nor did he care.
