It took Mike only 6 days to finish the job and it is fantastic. It turned out that there is nothing wrong with my tape and the digital transfer is flawless. I regret that I didn't go to Mike first and end up wasting time and money (the Florida company refused to give me a refund for their poor job). I originally reached out via YELP and he responded within 24 hours with upfront pricing, and exactly what I needed to bring if I wanted a USB conversion. He told me he would have the job done within a week, and he delivered in less than a week. I suggest you either call or message them with what you need, and they will tell you upfront if they can or cannot do it and how much it would cost etc.

You can tell that the quality of his work has significantly improved over the last few years. Now, the challenges: The people he referred to do marketing truly dropped the ball. I was passed off twice -- once to a secondary marketer, and then to a college junior. I was told that even though I would be working with a college junior that I'd be under the guise of the head marketer who is a college professor in business. They were hard to get ahold of and not sure how to proceed with any of our requests. At one point I was verbally promised results because they'd had so much experience with similar events in the past. Instead I ended up spending a total of $5700 on ads for zero return. Literally, zero. Since then I've consulted with a lot of other marketing firms who've specifically pointed out every single way they dropped the ball: -Lack of a funnel -No A/B testing -Not finding a way to retarget ads -Not installing a pixel right away -No regular reporting or updates I'm truly disappointed with the amount of money we've had to spend with little to no communication from the company afterwards.

My most recent one got the full treatment: XPEL Ultimate Plus paint protection film, full window tint, and a ceramic coating on top. The coverage is flawless, with zero orange peel, clean edges, and no bubbling or lifting anywhere. What sets them apart is the attention to detail. The install team clearly knows the XPEL product inside and out, and they take the time to make sure every panel and edge is wrapped properly. Pricing is more than fair for the quality of work you get. I've seen shops charge the same or more and deliver half the result. After having both cars done here I wouldn't trust anyone else with the job. If you own a Tesla or any vehicle you care about, do yourself a favor and go to Essence Motorsports.

I was able to make an appointment for the following day on monday and Jason was super cool about showing me all my options and letting me lead with what I had in mind. My stole was done THE NEXT DAY which is crazy because a lot of places said it would take several days or even weeks to complete and I needed it fast because I was taking my grad photos that following saturday. This next part is kind of embarrassing but it must be mentioned...I mixed up their hours and went to pick it up on friday at 5:03pm but they had just closed at 5pm. I panicked because I was literally having people come down to help me with my photoshoot the next day and the shop is closed on the weekends. I called and messaged them on yelp explaining the mistake I made. Karen found my phone number and called me asking if I would be able to come back to their shop later that evening because they would be out all morning the next day. Jason drove back and opened the doors just so that I could get my stole before my pictures. This cute little shop only charges .22 cents a copy and has a very convenient email-pick up option that makes not owning a personal printer a no brainer! So worth it! I live near the village so often times I'll email my print request over to the shop and by the time I get there, it's already down and waiting for me. I'm usually printing pre-paid USPS labels for shipping items so I often use the little desk set up inside to apply my label to packages and then walk them over to the USPS on Forest. On busier days (or during covid) I had to wait outside but it really is not a place people hang out for a long time so you're never waiting long. This location is right across from Bank of America (on the east side) so using their lot for parking can be helpful too. Sometimes I see stacks of menus from the local restaurants or big signage waiting to be picked up too so you know this is a well-engrained local print shop and I'm happy to bring them my little print jobs as well.
