Made a notary appointment online and when I got there they said that the notary wasn't in until 1pm (my appointment was for 11am). There were many appointments ahead of 11 and the notary isn't there at all on Saturday mornings. It was very annoying to waste time driving here only to be told what is online doesn't actually match what is in store. I went over to postal annex in the next parking lot over and they have a notary until 3 and we're super helpful. I'd much rather go there in the future. read more

This is the worst facility with the worst customer service. Avoid this place at all costs. I had to get fingerprints for DMV so I decided to do them at this UPS. That was probably the widest decision I have ever made. Something that should have been so smooth and easy for them to do the ruined and it ended up costing me $150 dollars because of there mistake. The first set of finger prints they did for me was such bad quality that DMV refused them. So I returned to tell them, and the dumb ignorant old lady that was working and she said we can redo them but you have to repay. Since I was there I thought maybe she would do a better job the second time around. But no again DMV said they weren't of quality. After paying twice and having to resubmit another application to DMV I finally went to another location, and it was done right the first time. read more

I am not happy with this UPS Store. They do not keep good records and are not sure of the packages they receive or probably even who they give them to. They said I received a package that I did not receive and then kept emailing me to pick up a package that I did receive. I wanted my package to go there because it was Christmas time and I felt it would be safer. Obviously, that was not the case. I spent a lot of time in the store the first time I went and all they had to offer was they don't actually sign for the packages so they can't be sure about anything. Went into the ups store to buy stamps and to mail out thank you cards. They charge an up charge of $5.60 per book of stamps. 1 book (20 stamps) are Normally $9.40. That is a HUGE mark up and are ripping people off. I understand an up Charge of $1-3 but $5.60?!?! Really?!? They just lost my business. I will never use them again. read more

Customer service is lacking. Prices are not posted clearly (if at all). I had to fax a document and had a cover sheet from another place as I was trying to save paper; I had to ask how much it was to fax and was told the prices, and again, I had to ask if the cover sheet was excluded in the cost. The answer I was given was that, yes, it would be included in the cost based on the reason that "the cover sheet was not a ups store cover sheet". I was surprised that I wasn't informed (since prices are not clearly posted) that I had an option of using their cover sheet to save $2. I stated to the lady "helping" me that I wasn't told that, and she appeared to reluctantly give me the option of using their cover sheet instead. I'll admit, I was not happy with how that transaction began, and I clearly do not leave negative reviews often, but, at this time of the year, attitude says a lot; save the bad attitude for someone who isn't a paying customer. There are other places of business that offer the same services this ups store has. I will NOT be patronizing this business again and will gladly drive a bit further for better customer service and positive attitude from the employees. If I could give 0 stars I would. I had 7 boxes- 7. My husband and I tried to drop them off and the two ladies behind the counter in their EMPTY store refused them saying it's the holidays and they can't take that many packages. UNLESS- we paid a fee of 10$ per box. We took them a mike down and another store took them no problem. But really? You are a ups store and I pre paid and you won't take them unless I pay 70$? I've been coming to this location for the past year usually to do Amazon returns, but I've done other mailing options as well. Normally when I go in, if I have any mail (with postage already on it) for USPS they happily take it for me to add to their mail pickup. Well apparently it's a burden for them to add mail to their regular FREE USPS pickup. The store associate told me rudely it's a $1.00. They now want you to pay them $1.00 for each item you would like to add to their outgoing mail FREE pickup. So regardless if postage is already on your letter (I'm talking about a small letter size item, not a box) you have to pay them for the pivot they take to drop your letter in their FREE USPS pickup box located two steps behind them. There is almost always a line and wait at this location, but I've never minded before. Now with this new charge on a service they receive for FREE, guess I'll be going elsewhere for my shipping needs and dropping my letters off in the USPS FREE drop box, across the street. Avoid this place they are looking to nickel and dime their customers. *Side note... Go to the UPS store on McKinley instead. They not only take your prepaid USPS outgoing mail for FREE but they also have a nice drop box near the front door! Great staff at this location and great service! read more

Employees are pretty friendly. I come in here at least once a month, picking up orders or dropping off my textbooks when the term is over. There is usually two people working so the wait is super short. I try to come in as early as possible though. They always offer a receipt to me, unlike my previous UPS store. Thumbs up for that. Parking is ridic though. People are aggressive as hell trying to park here. I know you guys want your Subway sandwich but yeesh, chill out. read more

We use them daily and they are pretty patient and accurate with what they do. Have had no problems with transactions at this store and the girls here are great! I don't see any reason to leave bad reviews this store has been amazing since day 1 over 4 years ago! Fast and friendly. If you need to make copies stay away from this store.. i was sent here for an Amazon return so i showed up ready to print my return label and ship ithe package back.. when i was told i couldnt use the copier because it wasnt set up ... so they said i had to use a coputer to make a copy.. so i said ok i proceeded and went on computer and printed my label.. when i went to pay i why the. Opy was so much.... I was told i needed to pay for use of computer also. I use to always use this UPS store. However I noticed lately they weren't as friendly as the first owner. Last week I needed copies of a letter that was political. The young man that helped me said yes he could make copies but then he read the letter and all of a sudden his copy machine was broken and he said I can't make you copies. First of all he had no right to read my letter. Invasion of privacy. Second he was rude. I said ok I'll go to the mail service next to Stater's market. I did and they were very willing to make my copies. I might add my husband went to this UPS store a little later to ask if their copier was working and they said yes!! Since I've packed, unpacked and moved my stuff three times in the past year with one more move before I'm done(I'm pretty sure my friends are screening my calls for fear I may have them help me move again.) I figured a PO box was probably my best bet. I stopped in here yesterday to get the paper work to open a PO box, was on my lunch & in a hurry so I was a little concerned when I walked in and there were a couple people in front of me but the line went super fast. The girl at the counter was really nice. She introduced me to Patty, (I think she is the owner) who got me the paper work and went over my options because I told her I had no clue what I needed she was extremely helpful and had a good sense of humor about the whole thing. I didn't have time to fill stuff out completely so she let me take it home and said I could email it to her later and she would get me taken care of. Today, I realized I had some questions on the paper work so I called them and they went over each box with me and said that they would call me if I was missing anything. Both of the ladies that I met were really friendly, they took their time with me in the office and on the phone, even when I was repetitive. Lastly, While I was in there I even noticed them saying hello and good bye to their customers by name and grabbing their mail for them before they even asked. The absolute WORST place if you expect your package to arrive intact (or at all). UPS damaged my package in transit, refused to give me any information about the type or extent of the damage, and then returned the package to me with absolutely no evidence of any damage. I had to re-ship at my expense and they refused to refund ANY of the shipping fees. On a separate occasion, a package I had shipped was never delivered at all and I was told there was nothing they could do about it. Not only is this particular store completely incompetent and unprofessional, but the customer service at UPS.com is nonexistent. I will NEVER use any UPS services again. read more

So much to say about this store and how bad they take no responsibility for there screw ups. I packaged a Antique Barbers chair from the 1800's to ship to a buyer. They accepted the package, charged me the shipping fee. Got it on a UPS truck and when it arrived at there Hub 12 miles from me they dropped it and ruined the chair. Now UPS nor this store will reimburse me any expenses or the insured value! They blame it on each other since the store is a franchise! So now i have to file a small claims against UPS and the UPS store. Pretty sad for a company that has billions in assets. Now i see why they do. At first I'd buy the boxes and package things up but over time I've come to trust them enough to just drop things off and let them handle all the packaging and shipping. Pretty quick and painless. Went on a Tuesday afternoon around 2PM to mail out a package. Printed out my label at home and had my package prepared nicely before coming here, so that sped things up a lot for me there I believe. There was a lengthy line, but it really flew by because a nice black lady coming by to help customers in line on top on the usual attendants at the window. One star off because I've been here before with my Aunt and found the experience with an older gentleman at the window to be very slow, painstaking, and irritable. Other than that its just about as good as a USPS facility can get. read more

I hate giving bad reviews, but this place is the worse, and I just want to warn people. The owner is really rude and terrible woman. I would not do business with her. We sent a package and told her it was fragile. She proceeded in tossing it down roughly, and I heard a crack. I opened the box to inspect it and it was broken. She said she was not responsible and walked away, ignoring me completely. After waiting for her for another 20 minutes, I took it and left. Total waste of time and energy. Don't go here! read more

I needed to return an item I ordered off Amazon. This site was stated as a drop off location for return items. This is the second time I have been here and it went fast without any issues. The store is always clean and organized, and I am able to get in and out fairly quickly, which is so important to me since there is never enough time in a day to take care of all the errands I need to do to take care of my own business. I go into this store often and it is the first place I think of to take care of most of my shipping needs. I have been doing business here since they first opened. i had ink fingerprinting done for FBI. when the owner did my prints i noticed she was very sloppy, quick and seemed uninterested. My prints were returned, i wasn't surprised, but the store told me tough luck. we don't guarantee our work and we won't redo them for you. i couldn't get my money back either. I left the JOHN DOE sample the FBI gave me as a guideline on how to do a better job for the next customer. RUDE owner said, "have a better day". I WILL NEVER GO INTO THIS STORE FOR ANYTHING. the front desk girl is rude, bored, and mad at being at work. The owner is the queen of rude and she's obviously teaching her staff that customer service doesn't matter. A different UPS store did a perfect job on my prints, I had to pay again, and the FBI is happy. read more

Horrible people. My mom asked them for help to pack a phone to send to me. They did help but THEY MESSED UP THE LABEL. The label needed a contact number on it due to the battery. The package was returned to my mom and she went back. THEY CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT AGAIN TO SEND THE SECOND TIME! It was their mistake, they knew what they were packing and did not include the proper information. We started renting a box at this ups store when we started our business in 2007. I am literally in their store daily and we have always experienced great service from all the employees there. The owners and staff are all very friendly, honest, helpful and timely with anything you need. I run our business out of my house and frequently have packages delivered there and I am notified by text when they arrive. When it comes to shipping items out, they always find the most affordable price to meet your needs. Now and then I need to print larger projects than my printer is capable of. I am able to e-mail the file to them, they print it out and it is ready when I pick up my mail. On occasion I have had to put large binders of documentation together and if the staff is not busy helping other customers they have jumped in to help me with my project. The staff at this store always goes above and beyond for their customers. The owners, Patti and Tony, are two of the nicest people I know. They treat their customers and staff like family. I have two young girls that just adore the staff there and refer to them as our "UPS Family". I fully trust them not only with my business needs but also personally. Over the years they have become like family to us. Their customer service is outstanding! This shows in the business relationships they have formed over the years with their customers. I've never had any issues with anyone at this La Sierra UPS store and I've been coming here for 6 years. In fact, I drop off packages for my Amazon returns all the time and just dropped one off today with absolutely no problems. I dropped it off, she asked me if I wanted a receipt, done! Not sure why the other posts claim they don't accept Amazon packages but there has to be another reason. Prices aren't as low as the USPS but it's faster and more convenient. It's worth the couple of bucks not to stand in line. read more
