I was originally told they would create a free sample shirt for me within two days. Instead, it took over a week. Even with the delay, the sample shirt turned out nice, so I decided to place a bulk order worth over $400. I was told I would receive my shirts within one to three business days, but I ended up waiting eighteen days while dealing with repeated mistakes and miscommunication. During this time, I made multiple trips to the store because the promised timeframe had already passed, and I assumed my order would be ready. Each time, it was not. After all the inconvenience, I expected some form of compensation, whether a refund, a discount, or at least acknowledgment of the delays and the unnecessary back and forth. Instead, I found myself having to repeatedly hound them just to get them to address the issues and attempt to make things right. One of my designs was printed on the wrong shirts, and instead of taking responsibility, they tried to place the blame on me even though my designs were clearly planned and communicated ahead of time. The kids shirt I ordered also had a logo that was not fully pressed, with the edges visibly lifting off the fabric. This entire process has been a headache. If you want your shirts done correctly and within the timeframe you are promised, I strongly recommend going somewhere else.

Someone posted a review that they were upset with having to buy a shipping box - this is not the fault of the store. If you read your return instructions it will say if you need packaging, or not - don't blame the UPS store because you didn't read the instructions - and if you made a mistake they will sell you packing materials. My, have the rates gone up! eBay wanted $100 to ship my item without insurance or a signature. I was able to ship it for about $80 with a signature required and extra insurance from this location. I almost never get a better deal than what eBay is offering for their labels. This location has two of the sweetest dogs hanging out behind the counter, it was really nice to see such well behaved pups. Some people may not appreciate this, but I lost my pup a couple months ago... and it was enjoyable for me to hang out with these two pups while my order was being packed. I really dreaded making the drive and doing the errand, but by the time I got home I still had a smile on my face from the positive experience. I'll probably stop here for all my shipping needs going forward.

I thought, okay, maybe it's just the transition from one place to the other. It's been nearly a month now, and I've not received mail. So finally, I order a package and it's supposed to be delivered through USPS. I'm excited, I've been waiting for this as the final step in my new home. Today, I received an email that my package had been returned to the sender, as the carrier "didn't recognize" my name at this address. So I'm pretty frustrated, and I call the USPS general call center. The gal creates a ticket, and says my local post office will have it in the system tomorrow, and this will notify the carrier that I do, in fact, live at my address. The gal also advised me to call this post office to notify the carrier that I live here and to deliver my package to me before it's shipped back to the seller. When I tell you, this post office is the absolute WORST, I am telling no lies. I call. I sit through their stupid automated messages. Then I'm told "one moment and you'll be connected to the operator". The phone rings. And rings. And rings. And rings. For three minutes, out of fcking principle, I sat and listened to this ringing. And then? THE CALL DISCONNECTS. I called three times to make sure I wasn't crazy - each time, just after the three minute mark, the call disconnects. Absolute BS. I loooooathe that this is my post office and I'm going to have to deal with their stupidity from here on out.
