She had also explained that their boxes are super heavy duty for shipping, but since I just needed something for storage and/or donations, I could use a different one. Since this location isn't too far from where I live, it's my go-to location when boss man wants me to drop off a package for him. I've never had any issues dropping off boxes.

She refused to help me with my notary because her shift wasn't scheduled until 10 supposedly and I had asked her for her manager's number because of how rude and uncaring she was she did not give me a pleasant UPS experience and I have been using UPS for years and now I am going to switch over to FedEx due to the fact that they have better customer service that was just terrible and I hope no one has to deal with that.
