I came in to ship an item to my associate. The owner/manager made me feel so unconfortable. Her attitude was extremely aggressive and confrontational. She (manager) has no idea how to treat a customer or invite them to come back. I also needed some notary services. However, I will stay clear of this establishmeny and tell all of my friends, coworkers and family to do the same. The young lady that 1st helped me was nice. Because she was new she asked her manager for assistance regarding my request. Then the "Iron Lady" came to show her power, knowledge (lack of) and how to realy make a customer unconfortable. She ruined my morning with her belligerent attitude. So mean! Do yourself a favor - Avoid this pace like the plage. Thank God we have a choice I will take my business elsewhere. read more

This owner/manager should not judge the contents of a parcel by the packaging. My wife has shipped home-made cookies and snacks through this UPS store for over two years every three to four weeks. Today this owner/manager refused a package because the bottom half of the box had the word, Pendulum! No mention of beer, wine or liquor, just Pendulum! No offer of covering up the name, just NO! After she saw our business history with her, it made no difference. Be cautious with her, is my advice! read more

One time I needed a reprint of a credit card receipt from 6 weeks prior, and Devina took care of me and I avoided a $240 payroll deduction when I filed my expense report. read more

This is the best UPS store in Austin, TX. I had to ship out 25 boxes for my Virtual corporate event and the staff went above and beyond to help me! Every step of the way: boxing, wrapping, labeling. I was blown away at the service this UPS store gave me. I send a very large and heavy box. It was awkward and I had not packed it well. I used duct tape to close the box. The employee of over 20 years helped me repackage the box, reinforcing the box with extra cardboard I had inside my package. I bough bubble wrap and she helped me tape it all back up, nice and secure. Well worth any other shipping option. Thanks for a wonderful experience. read more

I actually had a lousy experience at this well known UPS Store. April 1, 2020 around 11:40am. Dark haired girl who has working here awhile, no nametag, did not seem to give a rats ass that i needed to find out how to get a package return label printed. She was short and acted cold with me. I left VERY unsatisfied. Davina, i dont know if she was having a real lousy day but her customer service attitude really ticked me off. It will be quite awhile if i ever return to your store if at all. Dont care. No one should act and show they dont care about your issue. Bad day dont take it out on me. Goodbye. I was at the UPS store at 300 Pecan on 11/9 at 6:45pm to ship some items I'm returning to an online store. When I walked through the door, the girl walked ever so effortfully and huffed and rolled her eyes. The online store sent me a PDF with the shipping label; when I asked her if they could print it for me, this UPS store wanted me pay $4.50+ $.30 for every page, for them to print the label. Umm, you realize that FedEx does that for free right? It's included in the price because it's expected. Maybe a little customer service would serve this UPS store well, all around. read more

Went to make print pages of email attachments. Was online for less than 10 seconds. Was charged $3.25 any copies would of been 0.30 per page in addition to the times usage on the computer. Their offer to help consisted of "I'm sorry sir there is nothing we can do." No assistance was offered in using the terminal or removing the charges. Being 2019, I was able to print the 4 pages for $0.48 significantly less than what UPS attempted to charge read more

STAY AWAY! I shipped an iPhone ($380) from this UPS Store and the box was delivered... EMPTY! The reason I say not to do business with this particular store is simple. 1. When I called the store to report what had happened, I was told that was the second iPhone that week that was delivered in an empty box. Apparently whoever is taking the items out of the box, is either in store, or a driver for that store, or at the sort facility connected to the store. I think two exact items being delivered in an empty box from the same store, is proof the items were taken somewhere close to the store. 2. The owner, or manager, of the store had absolutely no empathy. I proved that the shipping weight of the box changed from 1.3 lbs. when I left it with them, but was delivered in a .45 lb. box. The manager basically called me a liar. The fact that she doesn't care what happens to things her customers send from her store, means she doesn't care about you or what happens to your stuff. read more

It was 3 days before Christmas and I was in a hurry to send a package. When I got to the store, it was apparent others were too. However, the line went by extremely fast. I have a knee injury and am using a cane presently. I parked in front of this Pflugerville UPS store on Pecan St, with a pkg to return . From the moment I walked in the door the young girl there was very helpful,said she would be right with me, came over and secured my return box with the store's heavy tape since the one I used hadn't covered it well. She also attached a plastic mailer sleeve so that the mailing label could be inserted over the previous label. . She did all this with a pleasant,friendly attitude, AT NO CHARGE,and even opened the door for me when I was ready to leave, since she saw I needed help .Now THIS is excellent customer service! I encourage everyone to use this facility and stay away from the one on Wells Branch. That UPS Store has an especially rude man in charge that is VERY disrespectful to women. read more

I will think tree times before I use the services of this store. The girls that help the customers are indeed really helpful, nice and polite. Is the store owner she is rude and treats customers with out any respect., every single time that I send something is always asking questions like if I'm sending illicit stuff to my home country. This last Monday I went to drop a package with some medical supplies ( that I have always send via UPS for the convenience) for my mother and some clothes for my soon to born niece. As always Devina Goswani, the owner rush to see what I sending, she always made fuss about my package and double check with the headquarters to see if is allow or not, this time forgot to tell me that I clothes are not allow to ship to Mexico via UPS. The package was return and now I have to find another way to ship it fast to my hometown. read more

Very Helpful!!! Store is clean, well stocked with supplies for shipping. I drop off my shipment, saves me time driving to the post office. I also use for faxing, notary and copies. Agree with the negative reviews on here. Went in to ship a package (only going 2 states over) that didn't even weigh 4 pounds. Was first quoted $46, which I ridiculed, then she suggested $26, which at that point I started to pack my bag and leave, and then $16 as the cheapest! There is no clear pricing and services offered written or communicated anywhere. I was under the impression that this lady was making up numbers along the way. Felt like they were trying to take complete advantage of me and were just dropping the price based on how upset I look and that I was about to walk away. There is NO transparency. Saturday I purchased a box to mail an item from the UPS store located at 900 E Pecan Street in Pflugerville Texas and received a price to mail the item of which I brought to the store weighing only 10 pounds. The shipping address was also given to the owner upon receiving the shipping cost quote. The owner quoted a price to mail the item once the item was packaged in the box of which she sold me. I returned the following day with the item packed and packaged in the box she sold me to mail at the UPS store. The owner would not honor the price to send the package that she quoted me the day before. Instead she charged more than twice the quoted charge to mail the package. The owner is VERY dishonest. I would recommend not to use this UPS store. We will never use this store again. I have used UPS for many years and trusted this company before now. read more

I use a temporary mailbox in this location. The staff is super friendly, the manager is always there smiling and happy to help in any way. I travel a lot so I can't get there often to check my mail and these people know who I am and are happy to see me every time I walk in the door. They want to know about what I've been up to, they know my box number and start gathering my mail before I can even put the key in the box. They accept packages from all carriers for me. This box is leagues above a post office box! read more

Overcharging customers for shipping packages! I am a new Pflugerville business & wanted to do my shipping with a Pflugerville business. I measured & weight my package (I build furniture so I know how to use a tape measure). Using the UPS shipping calculator I entered the information & it came to $27.10. Now I did expect the price to be a little higher at the UPS store since they are the middle person. When I went in to ship it the price was $44 & when I asked her how she came up with that she said because of the size, she added inches to length & height. When I said she is measuring wrong to make me pay more her response was "It is what it is" Needless to say I left the store & went to the UPS store in Round Rock by Home Depot & what a surprise the measurements they came up with were the same measurements I had & it was only $33.60. I guess I will be taking my business to Round Rock instead of trying to keep it local! I recommend you do the same if you do not want to be taken advantage of. read more

I have used MANY UPS stores for dropping off packages, and the Pflugerville store's associates are by far the friendliest I have encountered. After a personally very frustrating day, it was refreshing to deal with such warm, helpful people. Even with several customers in the store, some of whom who were quite... demanding and arrogant, I saw Devina and her staff maintain a calm, friendly demeanor. Went to this UPS in Pflugerville to make a return to Amazon. Let me say I was really dreading it... I walked in Ashley was with another customer but acknowledged me & stated she would be with me soon. Told her what I was doing and wasn't able to print a label-she asked for the return email from Amazon, scan scan handed me a receipt and it was done! I was in & out of there in just a matter of mins! DO NOT PRINT OR BUY SUPPLIES HERE! Omg this was an expensive trip for a piece of paper and a medium padded envelope... $10 later!!! I went in to ship something and asked to use a computer to print a label as my printer at home wasn't working $3.95 just to print something in their computer ( when I asked them if there was a less expensive option they said, "no that is the price for that service") then I picked up an envelope which they charged me $6+. When I asked him if he was serious he said "well yes, it's a padded envelope". If I had had more time I would have found other options but as I was in a hurry I just sucked it up, but will never but anything there again. They weren't rude just not super pleasant. read more

If another company provided you with a free shipping label it's not up to UPS to provide it for you. Again it's a separate business. Get a clue people.
