When I walked I was welcomed by Cameron and very nice young man. I told him that we needed this package overnighted with a signature guaranty by close of business tomorrow. I had already checked the rates and was pleasantly surprised when the actual price was almost $20 cheaper than was I saw online. It is not as cheap as it used to be for overnight (I remember when it was under $20.00) but I loved that I was able to save $20.00 anyway. Cameron did a great job and it seemed like the store was staffed to handle more customers if needed. I will definitely use this location from now on.

Everyone we worked with was friendly and accommodating. We expect to have other printing needs, perhaps for photographs and/or business cards, and wouldn't hesitate to return for these. I had never heard of these! Why? Do I live in a candleless bubble of worthless knowledge? Off to Google I went and Mail & More (M&M) popped up. Was glad to see they are family owned. I drove straight there as I needed to get the fried potato smell out of my house. I found M&M right beside of Gino's. I got out of the truck and started walking to the store. That's when the confusion sat in. I saw lots of vacuum cleaners sitting on the side walk in front of the store. Hmm. Mail, candles and vacuum cleaners? Whaat? I went in and was immediately greeted by a most pleasant lady. The store is junky and crowded (my kinda place). There are vacuum cleaners and parts and gifts strewn all about, but, up against one wall are shelves of Circle E candles. Thanks to Yelp and fellow Yelpers I found what I was after, plus something else. I found a store that has parts, and will do repairs, on my Dyson. How cool is that? I've been needing a new filter and just so happens they had one! These guys repair most vacuum's and sell parts like belts, filters and bags. They are the Authorized Service Center for Silver King and Thermax Home Cleaning Systems. Call them to see if they can satisfy your needs: (512) 238-9800. These guys also have a diverse variety of gifts that are unique to local shops like this. They will even package your gifts and ship them via Fed EX or USPS! This is like one stop shopping! P.S. One of the most irresponsible UPS stores I've ever used. In the last 10 years, this store has…read moremishandled at least six of my boxes. The problem lies in the fact that it is a USPS and UPS drop off. I'm not exactly sure how the mixup occurs but I often have my UPS packages taken by the USPS pick up. Then the package goes MIA for a few days, but normally will find its way to a UPS store. Up until recently, I have only had one package go completely missing, but at least I was able to file a claim because the store scanned in my package. Each time this has happened the store has not been very helpful but one time they did look at the camera footage and found out that USPS took the UPS package. Now I've had a package go missing for coming up on two weeks and the store is refusing to help. I cannot get a call back from the manager/owner. I cannot file a claim because they never scanned the package in. I'm leaving this review in hopes that the owner will actually take it seriously and reach out to me. I've left my information several times at the store with no call back. I highly recommend you find another UPS store or drop off at the post office directly. They flat out admitted to me that this is an ongoing problem and that they've had multiple issues with this. You would think that they would have fixed the problem by now.

She told me she sends back all my mail whenever she sees it. Then after I walked away she went back to being friendly. My house for some reason has 2 addresses and I have never had issues. I just think they are SO DAMN LAZY HERE. Don't waste your time. When I originally tried to get my mail shipped here from where I moved from they couldn't even do it right. I had to go to another USPS for help.
