Overall she started out a little laid back and then really pulled thru in the last 5 days. My furniture did arrive with minor damage. I could see the potential damage from the pictures they sent me but I figured they were the professionals and I shouldn't question their many years of experience. The damage was done by placing the 4 chairs on top of the dining room table that was upside down. The chair legs scratched the outsides of the dining room table. Also a 2 inch chunk was chipped off the dining room cabinet. I was disappointed but glad my furniture made it in overall very good condition. It was the first time I hired long distance carriers. This package was "intercepted" in Pensacola, and they stole the cash! She was refunded by another UPS location. Today, I received a literal box of garbage, including LEAKING SODA, instead of medical supplies from CVS. This package was also "intercepted" in Pensacola. There was no liquid warning on the box...the culprit is clear. Mail fraud is a federal crime!!
