As I was leaving, another employee made a sarcastic comment about people needing to stick to their appointment times instead of asking to be seen early. I had simply asked a question and immediately accepted the answer. Unfortunately, they have an ongoing serious problem with beggars. When I arrived I saw the man loitering directly in front of their store, asking a lady for money but she declined. I kindly said "Hello" to him because he is a human being. But after I went inside the store, I needed to go outside to get a black pen in my car to sign the document. As I was walking to my car, evidently the man thought I was leaving without giving him any money, so he became slightly aggressive, saying: "What's wrong?" I didn't know what he was talking about. I asked him what he wanted and he said "You didn't say anything to me." I kindly told him that I didn't have anything to say. Then he asked me for some money. I am so tired of this ongoing harassment. Kindly said, the UPS Store needs to call the police to have him removed. He practically lives there and has been a nuisance for years. I've been able to ship out clothing items as well as baked goods. I've used this places about 5-6 times and the items always get there within the expected delivery date!! Very clean store and they have everything you need to ship out the items (boxes, tape, pens, filler, etc). They also print out the shipping labels for you which is great when you don't have a printer!!
