This place is fairly new so you may have not heard about it yet, but they are amazing. The customer…read moreservice is top notch, the owners are beyond customer driven. The price is well below that of UPS and is comparable to USPS. The price for an actual P.O. box may be a little cheaper in Pensacola, at least in my case because there would be no initial key fee but the customer service and attention to detail more than make up for the measly monetary difference. I have not yet received any mail yet so will update further upon that milestone. I'm sure with the way everything has been so far that there will no problem and that the service will remain excellent. I would highly recommend checking this place for all your packaging needs because they do so much more than just give you a mailbox. They will pack and ship items for you, that's is what i call service. They also sale homemade hotsauces that look absolutely amazing. I will be sure to review those as well.

The employee informed me the next person with a scheduled appointment was not coming in for another 40 minutes and that I would have to wait an additional 5 minutes after that to see if they were a no-show before she could see me. My original appointment happened to be another 10 minutes after that. I told her was perfectly fine and that I understood and that I would see them at my appointed time. As I was leaving, another employee made a sarcastic comment about people needing to stick to their appointment times instead of asking to be seen early. I had simply asked a question and immediately accepted the answer. The comment was unnecessary and left me with the impression that customers are viewed as inconveniences rather than people seeking assistance.
