Disappointed. I tried to ship a small package with them. Wanted to support locals. Customer in front of me was shipping something large. Assistant kept saying how everyone who works there is 80 and could not get to it now. I listened to the constant excuses and finally left. Wanted to support local businesses. first and foremost if you value actually receiving your packages and mail down not use this place the owner is completely wrong in withholding people's packages and mail. I have sent my daughter several times to get my packages without issue she always came back with them now today she goes to pick up my package and not only did the lady upfront bring it out and show her they held it they also refused to release it to her. this all started because they lost my package to begin with and I had to file a claim and I obviously left a review on it now they are literally holding my mail ransom until I take it down. absolutely not happening I will instead file package not recieved and let the shipper deal with this scam company they let pepole all day come I know personally come and collect mail for their family and this lady trying to use her power over me I am going to speak to lawyers and will be calling the police afterwards to file charges against them as this is literally theft read more

Not the fault of the business owner, but I came under the impression that this was a shipping business/ contract post office. It is NOT a contract post office, you will pay through the nose for services like priority mail shipping. Had I known of the 5 dollar surcharge on each priority piece, I would have driven to town and used a real post office. read more

Was vacationing in the area and had to tend to some paperwork, found this place during a "notary services" search on Yelp, but was also able to use them for postage and shipping in the same visit. Super helpful and easy going staff that is attentive and really nice. Reasonable prices and really professional service. For my whole adult life I have always had a mailbox (not PO Box, but an actual address) for whatever area i lived. There are several perks to doing this which I won't get into here, but when I moved to Gulf Breeze this is where I decided to get my mailbox. Why when there is a UPS Store across the street? It's a no brainer, this is locally owned and much more involved in the community. The women who work here like owner Kathy and Susan and the rest get to know you on a first name basis and they do a tremendous job. We recently lost everything in a fire and they decided to put a little donation jar in the store, which helped us out tremendously get back on our feet. There's never really a line and it's just a cozy little place to be honest. Oh and the mints, I never leave before stealing a mint or two (or 3, 4, 5, lol....), sometimes I go in just to grab one of those mints to be honest hah. Forget the chain stores, go here for a much better experience for whether that be your own mailbox like me or to ship anything. read more
