Used my "Yelp for help" to find the next best shipping/packing center! Yay! :)) I found 2B a couple blocks away. I zoomed in, met Nathan who commented on my extremely well packaged package! lol Yes, It was a beautiful package indeed. Anyhoo, Nathan filled out a label for me, gave me options on shipping and with the utmost professionalism, processed my package WITH NICE COMPLIMENTS and a BIG SMILE! This business also sells all kinds of items for packaging your packages professionally, like moi, and they have mail box rentals to boot! Yay! Just what I needed! Unfriendly staff. I stopped by to ask if there were any openings before my scheduled fingerprint appointment. The employee informed me the next person with a scheduled appointment was not coming in for another 40 minutes and that I would have to wait an additional 5 minutes after that to see if they were a no-show before she could see me. My original appointment happened to be another 10 minutes after that. I told her was perfectly fine and that I understood and that I would see them at my appointed time. As I was leaving, another employee made a sarcastic comment about people needing to stick to their appointment times instead of asking to be seen early. I had simply asked a question and immediately accepted the answer. The comment was unnecessary and left me with the impression that customers are viewed as inconveniences rather than people seeking assistance. read more

Last Friday, I had a very disappointing experience at 2B postal . I requested certified mail, but it wasn't processed that way, so I cannot track my package. additionally , a sticker label wasn't printed correctly, and I was held responsible even though it wasn't my mistake. They said the fee was non-refundable, which was very frustrating. I have been a loyal customer, but this experience, combined with the high printing fee ($1 per page), has left me disappointed. These guys have been very good to me, they have a mailbox thats much cheaper than the USPS or UPS box, and any service that can deliver to an address they will accept as long as they can fit it through their door. If they see me pulling up in my car they pull my packages and have them waiting on the front counter for me, and if I'm running late they'll hold the door for me past their closing time. You really can't get better service than that. I don't know what those awful older reviews are about on here but most of them were from 5 or 6 years ago, businesses change, people change. I gave these guys a chance and they have been nothing less than good to me. Thank you! read more

I came on here to leave a kudos to a really great small business and share our experience with others. I decided to read the other Reveiws first. I am amazed that they were both written so rudely ( I say 2 because the 2nd and 3rd are husband and wife). So let me tell you about my experience with 2bpostal. My very first time I walked in the owner was there by himself and there were 4 other people in front of me. He said, "Good afternoon, I have a few in front of you if you don't mind waiting." And I waited. You see I work where customer service is very important, so I watched quietly. Each customer was treated as if they were the only one there. He made sure their needs were met as well as their expectations. When it became my turn, I also received the same exceptional service. And each and every time we have entered this place we have been treated with great respect. It is a great pleasure to know I do not have to stand in a long line at the Post Office or deal with poor service at other places that I use send packages from. Instead I can always send all my packages right here. Thank you for all you do for your customers, because I am sure there are many more that feel this same way. read more

Well I review based on customer service, and being a small business owner myself, I know how hard it can be to smile some days. I get great customer service at 2BPostal -- drop off packages a few times a week and always get a smile and sometimes even a curb hand-off without getting out of my car. I have never had a package get lost or misplaced. read more

great establishment!!!! i have used them for over 3 years and they have went above and beyond to help me. this is even after waiting in long lines at the post office, and using the ups store across the street. so i have tried others and it's not close. I am a black male and never have I been treated or seen them treat anyone black as if they are racist.I have even eaten lunch with them while I wait for faxed paperwork.
