A-one Mailbox Box & Tobacco located on Caroline street has a NEW store owner. Right across the street from Exxon downtown Milton, Florida. I've been in there a few times a week and it's very convenient with FAST customer service. The people are very friendly. But most of all because of the NEW OWNER he wants to get and know all the customers and their needs. Paul is the NEW OWNER and just ask him for whatever you're looking for or any items you might want and he said he'll do his best to stock those items for you in the future. He's stocking more items in the store weekly so stop by and check them out he's a very demented hearted person and the employees are awesome!!!! Best Regards, BOBBY read more

NO AIR CONDITION!!!! Just HOT AIR BLOWING!!! Go somewhere else for fingerprinting because it's EXTREMELY HOT in this store. They do NOT care about the customers or even their employees either. read more

A One Mailbox & Tobacco - Bye now - Notaries Near Me - Milton, Florida

I am giving this review a 3 because the people there are nice. However, do not use the FedEx service. I was sold a 40.00 2-day express rate which took 5 days to get there (more than the time it would take USPS to do it for 3.50) and they kept my money. Fedex denied my claim through them and they do not take any responsibility for what they are selling for FedEx. So I'm out 40.00 for nothing. Also, their Fume Extra Vapes are always faulty and once you leave the store, they will usually not replace them (which I get but that's a lot of wasted money there). So, they got me for 60.00 last time and that's the last I'll be spending there. Also, STAY AWAY FROM FEDEX! (see review) read more

Under new management thankfully!! The new owner is so nice and helpful! Went in to get fingerprinted for a new job and he was so professional! I was also able to get lottery tickets. He is bringing in all kinds of cool stuff and cleaning it up! I'll definitely being going back for other stuff! The lady that works with him is super friendly! Great experience! read more

Would give them a zero if possible. Linda, older blonde Lady that does fingerprints told me my fingers were tense and that it looks like I could go up to someone behind them and punch them in the face. Never met this woman before. So rude and hurtful considering I'm a new mom and am sensitive. Just rude, and not nice. read more

Many gift items and email to copy. Stop in sometime. Everything from snacks and drinks to bill pay to Notary Service.

I went in to be fingerprinted for an application process. At first, I was worried because of the other reviews but thankfully, I had a pleasant experience. The new owner was professional, kind and efficient. I had no problem at all! read more

$16 to send a flat rate letter USPS when it's $7.35 at post office. Lady tried to tell me that's only at Pensacola post office. No need to lie. I paid the $16 only cause I said I would but never again. Ridiculous! read more

September 13, 2019 Please Please avoid Mail Box Plus, 6745 Caroline St, located in Milton, Florida 32570 Jennifer and the owner Carol Stewart are abusive, and hostile, and Beligerent, towards customers! They both tried to be intimidating, and humilating to you, if you ask for a refund! Wow!! I was due a small refund, of 16 dollars, due to a late FEDEX Delivery! From the beginning, Jennifer and the owner Carol Stewart, made the refund process, extremely harsh and difficult and intimidating, to me. I will never go back!! I do not want any contact, with this nightmare business, and I do not want any contact with these two very emotional and very hostile people: Jennifer and the owner Carol Stewart. On the same hand, They have my personal information they needed my cell phone number, and my home address, and they made a copy of my drivers license, to send a FEDEX delivery out for me! I do not want them to have any contact with me! Since, they have my home address and cell phone information! This is a scary business, that if you ask for a refund, that is due to you, this business, Jennifer and Carol Stewart, insult and humilate you, for asking for your refund! I was kind, and calm and professional, and smiling, asking for my refund! Now, I am told, that they mailed out only 7.96 dollars, but I have still received nothing!! I have good character, and I am a Christian wife and mother and an Honored US NAVY Veteran. I have received nothing and they are lying, and saying false things against me. Sadly, this is all over, the issue, of me asking for a refund, only! Please, this has been a nightmare experience, there has been the worst customer service, I paid 16 dollars for 2 day shipping, and my delivery was very late, and this was Birthday cards, for my adult son, in Ohio! I was due a refund of 16 dollars, and I have gotten nothing! I got insults and intimidation and slander of my good name! Please this is too much Drama for me, Please avoid this business! I will never have contact with this business I will never have contact with dis-honest, corrupt Jennifer and Carol Stewart. I do not recommend this nightmare place, Mail Box PLus located on 6745 Caroline St, Milton, Florida I want them to not have any contact with me, I deserve safety and peace in my life and in my home. I will go to UPS and the USPS from now on, I have always had respectful and professional behavior from them, at UPS and at the USPS! I am always professional and kind and respectful of others Eileen D. Brown US NAVY Veteran read more

Convenient, but overpriced. Also, they don't accept debit/credit cards but have an ATM for your "convenience" that charges a fee. I bought a $9.70 book of stamps that they marked up to $14 - luckily, I had cash. If you're in a pinch or if you're just dropping off a package to ship, then they're fine, but if you're looking for reasonable prices, look elsewhere. read more
