The cleaners lost my pants, and I've been trying to get this resolved since the end of April. They admitted they would pay me for the lost pants, yet here it is July 3, and I still haven't received a single penny. To make matters worse, I also paid them to dry clean the very pants they lost, and I haven't even been refunded that charge. For nearly three months I've been given nothing but delays and empty promises. A business that loses a customer's clothing should take responsibility and make it right promptly. Instead, I've had to repeatedly follow up with no resolution. Customer service means standing behind your work and treating customers with honesty and respect. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience with Vicks Cleaners. If this is how they handle a simple mistake, I can't recommend trusting them with your clothing. I hope this review encourages them to finally do the right thing, but until they honor their promise and reimburse me, I cannot recommend this business to anyone. Next step small claims ..

They agreed that the stains were not there when the shirts were dropped off and said they would make it right. A week and a half past and they called and told me my shirts were ready. I went down to pick them up and they were still three shirts that were very badly damaged. They agreed to try to clean them one more time and promised that they would reimburse me for my shirts if they could not get them corrected. Another week and a half went by and they called to tell me my shirts were ready again. I went down to pick up the shirts this time and one of them still had A very bad ink stain in the chest and the other one still had a little on the arm. I was willing to except the one with a little bit on the sleeve but the one with Ink in the middle of the chest is totally ruined. This company has refused to stand by anything or even give me the owner's phone number so I could talk to him about the issue? The prices are reasonable and the results are very good. The one time I had a concern about the way my pants were ironed, the price was promptly refunded and she said she would ensure it was made right. Everything has been flawless since.
