It took nearly two weeks just to get two shirts and one pair of pants back, and I am still missing one pair of black dress slacks. I have gone into the Woodbine location multiple times and continue to get the same rehearsed response that "the manager will call you." The manager has never called. Not once. At this point, it's clear there is either a complete lack of organization or a total disregard for customer service and accountability. It has now been over a month since I trusted this business with my clothing, and I still do not have all of my items back. Completely unacceptable. What a joke this place is , they don't bother to tell you when you drop your clothes off that they will be sending them off to another location. They do nothing in House. One Star is one too many for this company
