Probably the worst dry cleaning experience I will ever have in my life. Over a month ago I dropped my clothes off and when I picked them up half of my shirts had ink stains on them? They agreed that the stains were not there when the shirts were dropped off and said they would make it right. A week and a half past and they called and told me my shirts were ready. I went down to pick them up and they were still three shirts that were very badly damaged. They agreed to try to clean them one more time and promised that they would reimburse me for my shirts if they could not get them corrected. Another week and a half went by and they called to tell me my shirts were ready again. I went down to pick up the shirts this time and one of them still had A very bad ink stain in the chest and the other one still had a little on the arm. I was willing to except the one with a little bit on the sleeve but the one with Ink in the middle of the chest is totally ruined. This company has refused to stand by anything or even give me the owner's phone number so I could talk to him about the issue?
