She was incredibly rude and threw my package onto the floor because she said it was too heavy for them to take and to prove her point she picked it And dropped it. When I complained about her rudeness and how she threw my package on the ground, she said she was going into the back to call the police on me. I waited around for the police to show, but they never did. I demanded the owner's phone number and they gave me a number, but it turned out to be a fake number. I went to the UPS store on ninth Avenue and they took the package without any issue Do not use this store under any circumstances

The new employees are beyond rude! I don't understand how they were selected, but one in particular should NEVER be allowed to interact with customers. I'm not going to point out names etc., but she knows and I know how rude she treated me today. This seems to have become a pattern with the new employees at this location. I usually shrugged off things like this, but the entire interaction with this person was so toxic, it seeped into my day. Absolutely giving a F grade for the lack of helpfulness, tone and friendliness this person lacks. Think twice , maybe thrice before going to this location.
