This place is fairly new so you may have not heard about it yet, but they are amazing. The customer…read moreservice is top notch, the owners are beyond customer driven. The price is well below that of UPS and is comparable to USPS. The price for an actual P.O. box may be a little cheaper in Pensacola, at least in my case because there would be no initial key fee but the customer service and attention to detail more than make up for the measly monetary difference. I have not yet received any mail yet so will update further upon that milestone. I'm sure with the way everything has been so far that there will no problem and that the service will remain excellent. I would highly recommend checking this place for all your packaging needs because they do so much more than just give you a mailbox. They will pack and ship items for you, that's is what i call service. They also sale homemade hotsauces that look absolutely amazing. I will be sure to review those as well.

Last Friday, I had a very disappointing experience at 2B postal . I requested certified mail, but…read moreit wasn't processed that way, so I cannot track my package. additionally , a sticker label wasn't printed correctly, and I was held responsible even though it wasn't my mistake. They said the fee was non-refundable, which was very frustrating. I have been a loyal customer, but this experience, combined with the high printing fee ($1 per page), has left me disappointed. Unfortunately , I won't be returning.

If I could give this establishment 1000 negative stars I would. I moved here Feb 1st 2025 and I…read morehave been using storage king in Milton since then and in the last year I have had two $20 a month price increases. That alone is super shady and crooked in my opinion, but what I am most upset about is what happened today and how Jeff handled it(he's not a nice guy). I set up auto pay and have been on time every month My last payment was $113, but has since gone up to $130. When I moved here my dad was dying of small cell lung carcinoma and has since passed so being very traumatic and chaotic of a year i forgot to update my phone and email with storage king which I will admit was my bad. Apparently last month when they went to run the card it said it was lost or stolen according to them (it wasn't and in fact they managed to charge the same lost/stolen card today on May 1st). They said they had tried to contact me several times, but i no longer have that phone or email. Fast forward today I have been charge for $327 for two months of storage. I called storage king, talked to some very nasty woman who was zero help and connected me with Jeff the manager who has ZERO empathy for his clients and when I explained the situation basically just told me too bad so sad, he can't reverse the late fees as they had tried contacting me. Not one ounce of understanding and as a business owner myself I find this incredibly disappointing. This company is shady, Jeff is a crook and once you have your stuff moved in they will continue to up the price for no real reason other then they know most people won't go through the hassle of moving. I have never been so disgusted with a company in my life. Ya'll should seriously be ashamed of yourselves. 100/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
