I even needed to buy a new trailer hitch and they installed the ball and hitch on my truck for me. I highly recommend using them the next time you move. Even if you live closer to another Uhaul center it is worth the drive to go to this location! Moving is always stressful, but they helped lessen the burden by providing incredible customer care.

This is the first time in any state in the country that my documented service dog was denied entry…read moreto a facility. I was told that an individual brought an untrained animal to the facility and they had an incident. I explained that is was absolutely illegal to deny a trained documented service animal and Alejandro didnt listen. He retreated into his office and locked the door, telling me he was on his lunch break. I even showed him the ADA laws. Still told me to keep me service animal in a vehicle when it was 100°F outside. I will be filing a complaint with the ADA and the department of justice. I drove 2200 miles from Camp Pendleton CA just to be denied my service animal in a state I thought was law abiding and free.

The guy, Evan, at the counter could not have been less helpful if he tried..his first comment when I stepped into the office was, I am suppose to be on lunch no one is supposed to be in here. He then had to walk to check my unit to make sure it was clean, he could not have walked any slower if he tried. When he was done checking my unit instead of turning around and walking back to the office where I was standing outside waiting he went ALL the way around the entire building at the slowest pace possible and showed back up at the opposite gate 15 min later. Oh and the price jumped up from $188 to $244...I would highly suggest using any other company than this. Just because I used the gate code they are charging me even though they acknowledged I was out. Please make that make sense.

My family used their services for a pod to store our belongings in while we were having our new…read morehome moved onto our property. We had the POD for one month, and was told that it would be $60 to drop the pod off, $174 for a months rent, and then $70 at pick up. We had our new home on our property and the pod unloaded within a months time, Friday being the end of the months time. I called on Monday to have them come pick their pod up and was asked since they did not have enough employees to send someone out to pick it up could they come out on Wednesday (of course, no problem as long as I am not being charged for it). I also asked since I had to call Lynn on Monday if I could get prorated for that Monday, which I was told was no problem whatsoever! They came out this last Wednesday to pick the pot up and here we are Monday, and I am being charged once again in my account! I called this morning and spoke to Natasha who said she was the office manager, she was very rude and unprofessional! She proceeded to tell me that the billing date goes for 28 days in the month and I would not be getting any of my money back! Although she had told me that I would get my prorated refund for the second month that they charged me for! So when they needed to use my property for storage for a couple days she told me whatever I wanted to hear so I would not have a problem with it and once they picked up their pod it was a different story....plain out lied! Put it this way, if you want to pay a total of $489.77 for their services for one month, and be lied to, then use them. That is what they took from my account for me having their pod for one months time! When I express my concern on the phone this morning to Natasha she told me that she could give me a credit, but to be aware for next time that I use them that this is all in the contract, but there will be no next time. I do not conduct business with dishonest and unprofessional companies. She credited me a total of $70 which should have been credited to begin with beings how they left their equipment at my home for 2 extra days because they were not properly staffed enough to come retrieve it!!! Very unprofessional, very dishonest, very rude, and I highly recommend you do not use this company!!!!
