Unfortunately the truck broke down at a truckstop in the middle of nowhere in Alabama. It wouldn't start after refueling. We called roadside assistance and they had us check a few diagnostic items then told us that someone would be out within an hour. We had major doubts given that we were literally in the middle of nowhere. No more than 45 minutes later a diesel truck mechanic showed up. He crawled under the truck, worked on it for about 30 minutes, started it a few times, then told us we were good to go. It turns out that the starter had gotten stuck in the flywheel. Even though the truck broke down I'm still giving them 4 stars because their customer service and roadside assistance was great. I would feel confident renting again.

The internet Safe Tow Ins. was $34.00 plus $5.00 Safe Tow which also changed to $54.00. The quoted rental $128.00 which was then changed to $189.00. This is one hell of a way to do business. With a lot of "sorry's" but it's more due to DROP OFF! Not IAW the internet and Customer service (phone). Totally "bait and switch" resulting in over $70.00 charges plus taxes and other fees. I reserved a storage unit that wasn't actually available upon my arrival. This was obviously frustrating and stressful after packing/traveling. Christine and Mike could've easily been justified to blame it on the system, but instead they took ownership of the situation that was out of their control, did a little "Kansas City Shuffle," and made magic happen. The units are very nice and clean. They gave detailed instructions about entering and exiting the property to ensure no one could get past the gate, as they take security seriously as well.
